Gbawe: Not so much a common sense issue. More that the value system of Africans is now very compromised and bastardized. For a continent endowed with so much and producing absolutely nada, one would think our youths would be up and doing. Instead they are obsessed with Brazilian hair, Louboutin footwear, embroidered blazers and garish materialism.

This is why it is still very easy for non-Africans to come to our continent and make it big in a relatively short period of time. The values and orientations of those non-Africans are calibrated properly to make them see and acknowledge what is important while the endowed remain totally blind to their own gifts.
It all boils down to common sense, which means good sense and sound judgement in practical matters, life matters.

Africans tend to live in limbos,in a world they dont understand, neither can they control.Yet they want they want to stay alive.

Even common spiders have better evolutionary traits they understand and control than africans. They are more intuitively and instinctively connected to their surroundings than africans.

Do know that in some part of nigeria some of the fulani marauders are hunted down by locals, tried violently,ALLUED and buried shallowly, without even the local press having a whif of it?

Some communities knows how to deal them.
Crime › Re: Nigerian Jailed For Duping Online Lovers Of 120,000 Pounds In UK by redsun(m): 11:40am On Nov 21, 2012
The fact is that nigerians leave nigeria instilled in their heart that criminality is normal,so every gaddamn opportunity is godsent.Tell me,who is not a criminal in nigeria?

How else can one explain why a rogue like tinubu can be given a chieftancy title by almost a whole race of people?or why a senator caught righthanded on video taking bribe should be set free?

playmode: No dumbazz,it is you that GOD needs to deliver from the pit of abject mental slavery.I don't give a sh*t about Jonathan and his family. When the looters and their relatives die in this country it is their slaves who weep the most. They do not care about you so why care about them.Jonathan and his crew are a bunch of heartless animals who deserve death for the high treason they have perpetrated in this country. When his wife was overseas and sick ,it is the slaves who were crying here on nairaland wishing her speedy recovery. If you still can't deduce what i am getting at then you are a slave ,a typical African slave. When people like you realize that Africa will never progress unless we stop worshiping these cretins who we also intentionally elect knowing beforehand that they mean us harm ,maybe then we can build this continent. Until then we will remain what we are, the the most idiotic , intellectually deficient, regressive and primitive race on GOD's green earth. It is people like you who are holding this continent back because instead of being intelligent ,calling a spade a spade and doing what is right and just ,you prefer to hail your slave masters like this : Alaye Baba, Director general,Commander general, commodore, chief chief,Area father, Alhaji , Honorable and all those other ridiculous titles you bestow upon them to receive handouts. The truth is a bitter pill to swallow but it is the truth and no amount of "and co" mentality on nairaland will make me stop voicing my opinion no matter how painful it may sound to some here.
I hail you man.May they all vanish without sane nigerians having to waste a bullet or shed innocent blood trying to get rid of them.

May the evil ones perish. And may there be joy among the sane for the downfall of the wicked.

This kind of magomago calls for revolution, unless of course all nigerians are criminals and mentally dead. This is more like halliburton, more like 16 billion dollars obj power generation illusion, more like bankole saga, more like the "lawmakers" over inflated and undeserve wages and more like all the ills that nigerians endures.

Nigeria is in the hands of psychopatic criminals, anybody that respects them is a subcreature like them.

Same obj that is calling the "militants" he savagely killed terrorists is the first to negotiate and first to initiate financial settlement with the murderous bokoharam. And up till this day,i dont think i have heard him call them terrorists yet.

Obj is in pact with suicide,he knows his time has come, either he does it himself or the ravaging mob will do it for him

chaircover: debrief and redsun, I was naive back then o! some of the things one learns when one starts out in biz.

Now if you enter my shop and cant afford to pay for the item, you will drop deposit and if you dont come back in 4 weeks time to pay the balance & pick up your item you forfeit your deposit end of!
Good, that is called lay-away.Give then a long rope to pay instalmentally,if they cant pay up after a certain considerable period, then they forfit their money, while you retain your goods.

There are different ways to kill a rat.Sometimes stringently controlled market is not always the best, flexibilities opens up avenues for better returns.
Family › Re: Police Detain 7-month-old Baby, Parents Over N20,000 Debt by redsun(m): 12:24pm On Nov 20, 2012
chaircover: redsun I dont know what to say o! because even the "biz people" ones amongst us sometimes get caught out.

I had a 6 month pregnant woman who bought 4 lots of 10 yards of lace form me in anticipation of her naming ceremony party. The woman though was a first tine customer came highly recommended. I didnt attend the party but I heard how there were bottles and bottles of moet on the tables. . . . she & her hubby wore all 4 lace materials

Lets just say that when the baby turned one year old; I gave up chasing her for the money! she only paid for one lot of 10 yards remaining 3 lots, but even then it was in dribs and drabs and I was the one driving to her house(of course she was never in even though she gave me appointments).

How would someone owe another person money for clothes she used to do naming ceremony on her own child shocked Some people dont have conscience o!
You dont give credit to people like that because that was not necessary. It was not a do or die issue,a child can be named without ceremony and if you come across that are willing to be indebted for such things, avoid them, because they are fo-ols and foo-ls dont pay debts.

People should only do that when they can comfortably afford.
Politics › Re: Special Adviser To Enugu Governor Dies Of Food Poisoning by redsun(m): 12:14pm On Nov 20, 2012
When they mean food poison, are they talking of somebody plying otapiapia in her food deliberately or poison that she got from just being unhygenic,ie,eating food with contaminated hands or food that has been laced with bacterial for long being expose to dangerous tempratures where bacterial thrive?

There are so many unseen things that can kill you easily,if dont know how to deal with the.And that is what kills nigerians most.
Family › Re: Police Detain 7-month-old Baby, Parents Over N20,000 Debt by redsun(m): 12:02pm On Nov 20, 2012
You dont give loans without collaterals or else it will mean a gift.

Although,i like the flexibility of credit giving in nigeria. How easy it is to go to a local corner shop and ask the shop owner that knows you very well for credit when you are broke, like the mallams that sells cigaretts and bread. It is good for both parties when all goes smoothly, but could very risky for the business person if he/she is dealing with individuals without principles, that sees nothing beneficial in reciprocating good and keeping the tempo flowing.

GEJ is using dogs like orisejafor like ibb used the media in his propangada quest to add credibility to his cinicism. And part of the 12billion dollars oil widfall he stole was spent in shaping up some of today's mainsteam medias in nigeria.

Gej is wasting our money at will, showering those that declares their loyalties to him, which includes militants, terrorists, senators, paedophiles and of course rogue clegies like ayo.

Barbarians.20,000 Naira, that is equivalent to 80 pounds and enough to put a family with a suckling through that agony.Somebody should get me speaking with the debtor,i will send the money to them.I mean the real person, not some dubious opportunist.

The creditor could be a wife/mistress of one of the oroforofo police
Business › Re: Why Is Customer Service In Nigeria So Aggressive? by redsun(m): 12:52am On Nov 20, 2012
Country without rules like nigeria cannot have custormer service.Custormer service, like every other same procedures exist in societies where people have rights.where there are abiding rules and regulations.Where people are responsible.

But in a dog eat dog society like nigeria, establishments get away with murders.

China is the nest big thing. And as we know it,africans always clamours for shelter were ever it's happening and never thinking of their own independence. So understanding the language of the world nest civilizaion will be quite advantagoes to dependent africans.

The language that reigns is that language of the people that rules.

Monuments named after animals like obj, danjuma, yaradua, ibb and co will be scrapped later in future when nigerians will start thinking.

Culture › Re: Black Man Is Forced To Be Classified As White In The United States by redsun(m): 11:16am On Nov 19, 2012
Such a blind classification helps the oyinbos to buttress their illusive and shallow argurments that original egyptians are albinos.

If the man in question was stupi=d,he will actually start thinking that he is white.Just as they have managed to convince some stu-pid african americans that they are no longer africans.
