If the reason for this is to avert loss of revenue that might result from hosting a rally there, then I do not have anything against it. But if the reason behind this is to scuttle the rally even if it's hosted at any other part of Lagos, then that's wrong and illegal.

Actually that's not a case of tribalism. She was acting from a personal experience that she's still dealing with.
