I suppose this governor is most likely the most corrupt governor in the North at the moment. We have been seeing projects from Kano, Kaduna, etc, but none from Katsina. I won't be surprised if this man is using these bandit attacks as a cover up for bad governance.

No Region needs a devt comm except the Niger Delta Region. Other regions would get a feel of the FG through the normal projects the govt executes every year.

Hello, don't miss the point of this thread. I'm saying that there's no need for a Devt Commission for any other region aside the SS. They're the only ones that merit it, even though their NDDC instead of using the allotted funds for infrastructure projects, channel it to bribe their traditional rulers, youth groups and militants, which Dr Joy Nunieh said she refused to do.
