Ceteris paribus, South West ought to have a SWDC even before NDDC because we contribute most to this nation. If NE and now SE that contribute least to governmemt purse can have Development commissions, nothing stops SW from getting one.

How's the south West contributing most? Do you know that the FG is even favouring Lagos by sighting a lot of government agencies headquarters there, which in turn provides massive employment to the residents? What natural resources is in the SW?

If the SW and the SE successfully get their own commission, the remaining two regions in the North will start clamouring for theirs too.

In my opinion, these so-called devt commissions will only be avenues for grand corruption like it's currently going on in the NDDC, with very little to show for the billions budgeted for them.

A few years ago, the National Assembly created the North East Development Commission, becoming the first development commission aside NDDC that was created to assuage the plights of the region where Nigeria gets its daily feeding money, but is left to wallow in poverty.

We all know the commission hasn't lived up to that expectation and has been a hotbed for corruption, but that's a story for another day.

Now, the south East lawmakers are also pushing for a bill to create a similar commission for them and the south West too.

Now, what's the special privilege the Niger Delta are enjoying with respect to their oil, if every region gets devt commission?

Wow, your portfolio is even up to 80. The people vetting names at SH need to be replaced. Their expertise is to keep on adding crappy domain names.

Don't kill yourself trying to submit names there. If they accept, good. If they don't,better you can submit your names at brandbucket if you feel it's good enough....

I so agree with you. The names they keep accepting have the same format. That's why somebody would have 50+ names (Ikh....) or 130 names (realmc...) and not sell any in a year. Since they have mastered the art of copying what kind of names SH accept, they keep on regurgitating and submitting them even if the submitters themselves know that the names are not cool.


Just this week, I got angry about this and I had to send a strong-worded message to them because they keep rejecting names I thought were very good.
