This explanation make absolutely zero sense. If a gas pipeline heading through north Africa can be built to just 10% then what stops gas pipeline from being built to a plant in let's say Aba, Onitsha, Benue, or Ondo North?
But the truth is they want gas power plants in their backyard at the detriment of those who own the gas.

I know of one old Yoruba woman who died in Lagos some years back,she told the children to give part of the flats to her driver and whatever car the guy might be driving her upon her death.
