So these leaders: Jonathan and Buhari are bribing they ways to power while people are groaning in poverty. If the write-up is true, APC and PDP should stop taking their bribe and corruption to worship centres for cheap popularity and acceptance. |
prettythicksme:congrats! ki e bara yin ka le. |
openmine:two different parties which are still similar in different ways. Nigerian politicians are full of tricks and manipulations for relevance in power always. They are so smart in making people believe they have changed for better; their change is in appearance by changing political parties and not in character. The system has been rotating the same rotten eggs for long. |
Ganoderma:like your idea, share with me how you go about it |
ok we don hear the word again from Obama. That some are developing their brains to move the world forward, some are becoming radicalized in all aspects to impose their wicked interest on others and return the world to dark age. They think they are the ones to decide for God and treat all people the way they like. All terrorists, their sponsors and sympathisers are all destined for eternal punishment. |
deeozi:Hmmm Obj successfully tore his membership card but can't tear his character. This is a country blessed with Politicians of dubious character. They know how best to jump out of the ship wrecked by their bad behaviours before it sinks finally. SEYIOKE:Abi o ... kayefi! |
sexyjennik:mind you, some are what they behaved before getting married while some are pretenders and will become dangerous people once they are married. woman can be dangerous at times, that's why man needs wisdom and understanding in dealing with her. |
Good move but that couldn't have returned my money before they closed the account? |
dokyOloye:I wonder. When will these people know the truth and say the truth. They will always confuse the gullible and show them self-destruction as the only option to live. The man talked as if boko haram members are not Muslims and northerners |
and the game continues.... all is about voting your conscience. |
VOTE YOUR CONSCIENCE... DON'T TRUST THESE YEYE POLITICIANS |
May God save the world from these jihadists, agents of Satan, killing and destroying lives and properties all over the world. Nigeria is currently having her share of poisonous pill of global terrorism. No wonder it was reported that boko haram has link with ISIS. I wonder if United Nations exist as we are made to believe, if so how could they have allowed some countries forming as Islamic States to freely embark on massive killing and destruction lives and properties of others who don't share their controversial belief. |
clevvermind:Godfatherism is leaving the democracy alone Good for our expensive democracy! Change That's why I love political situation of Oyo State now. No godfathers for all contestants... Change or no change of players, the tendency is high that anyone/party that emerges at the end will do better. #voteyourconscience |
With all these thuggery and vandalism I pray May 29 will not usher in questionable practices! May God save us #voteyourconscience #don'ttrustpoliticians |
Most politicians in Nigeria are parasites. They are like bed bugs. They suck and suck and when they are overfed they fall off leaving hosts in pain These yeye ppl are bane of development. |
These leaders behaving as God. All these they are doing will definitely backfire on them. When that time comes, I pray God will save the innocent. They are tearing the country apart for selfish gains, and many are they that support their hypocrisy. The country where leaders are cunning and the cunning ones are celebrated as leaders! Hmmm. |
who is deceiving who? These politicians are deceiving the gullible. |
egift:very good but if Jonathan would end up in jail for corruption I wonder where obj, atiku, ibb, tinubu and their likes would end up their lives if injustice doesn't become the order of the day. if all these people are probed maybe only buhari would remain as the only politicians without blemish... which I doubt many will receive in good faith. |
God Raises a Deliverer (Moses) God is the hope of the hopeless and responds to those who cry to him for help in the time of trouble. He prepares and enables whoever He calls to do His work. Psalm 116:1 - I love the Lord, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications. We have the followings for discussion: God Prepares a Deliverer; God Calls the Deliverer; God Assures the Deliverer. God Prepares a Deliverer: Moses was born at the time Pharaoh passed an edict that newborn boys of Israelites should be thrown into river Nile in an attempt to reduce their population and weaken their strengths. Moses mother has hidden him three months before she placed him by the side of the river in a basket (Exodus 2:1-10). Pharaoh's daughter saw the baby and arranged for a person to take care of him among the Hebrew women. Surprisingly, it was the mother that was employed to take care of the baby. At that time Pharaoh's daughter adopted the child and named him Moses. God provides solution in hopeless situation. Moses was brought up in Egyptian palace and had every reason to identify himself as an Egyptian but he wouldn't. He was identified with his people and deeply concerned about their plights. That made him to act cruelly when he killed the Egyptian who maltreated his fellow Hebrew. Moses knew what he did was wrong and could not survive Pharaoh's wrath. Therefore he fled from Egypt to Midian. Unwise and sinful action results in fear. Again in Midian Moses encountered another injustice against seven sisters of the same father, he intervened and helped them out. The sisters reported the events to their father, and his response resulted in Moses' marriage to one of the daughters (Exodus 2:16-25). The Israelites continued to cry to God for their deliverance from bondage, force labour and maltreatment in Egypt. God heard their cries and was ready to deliver them through Moses. God will make things work for good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). God Calls the Deliverer: God began the process of deliverance when he appeared to Moses in the forest in a wonderful way. The bush was burning with fire, and was not consumed. God called to Moses out of the bush. He answered and was told to remove his shoes as he was standing in holy ground, which translates to God's presence (Exodus 3:1-6). Coming to the presence of God requires doing what befits His majesty. He is holy and can't be approached with sinful acts. God told Moses that he would lead Israelites out of Egypt to the promised. Israelites had difficult times in Egypt but God didn't forget them. If God is involved he will definitely make a way out of the trouble (Exodus 3:7-9). God explained the purpose of sending Moses for deliverance of his people, but Moses was reluctant at first to do the work. He asked: "Who am I ?" and "Who shall I say is sending me?". God replied him, 'say I AM has sent you'. 'I AM' declares eternal existence of God. Jesus later identified himself by the same name, showing that he is God indeed. God Assures the Deliverer: God assured Moses that his people would receive his word for the planned deliverance. God didn't stop at that He assured Moses with three miracles which confirmed His presence and readiness to deliver his people (Exodus 4:1-9). God still performs miracles with ordinary people, and can use the ordinary to accomplish His purpose. Moses then asked the final question that he didn't speak well but God said He would give him words to say. Moses still wanted God to send another person, counting on his weakness and showing unwillingness to deliver. In that instance he made God angry about what He had planned to do (Exodus 4:10-17). God didn't stop His work, He provided Aaron, Moses' brother to be the voice while Moses would receive direct messages from him. At that moment Moses' excuses was over. God is aware of strengths and weaknesses of whoever He calls and gives a role to play. He will make the work easier by trusting Him. To God be the glory. Lesson texts: Exodus 2:1 through 4:17. |
Abraham faith Tested Abraham faith was tested again when God told him to offer Isaac - the covenant child as a sacrifice unto Him. He neither questioned God nor hesitated to do according to His command. He believed God knew the best and would not put the man of His heart to shame. Abraham faith demonstrated our needs to keep faith and stand stronger when we are tested. Hebrews 11:17 - By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that has received the promises offer up his only beggotten son. We have the followings for discussion: Sacrifice Commanded by God; Obedience to God Displayed; Obedience to God rewarded. Sacrifice Commanded by God: God's promise was fulfilled with the birth of Isaac when Abraham was one hundred years and Sarah was ninety years old (Genesis 21:1-7). His birth was not the final miracle, it was just the beginning of God's plan to bless nations and bring salvation to people who are reconciled to Him. Isaac means 'I laugh' and was derived from Abraham's and Sarah's responses to God's promise. The laughter signified their disbelief of possibility of giving birth to a child at their old age. God brought what seemed to be impossible into reality. God tested Abraham's faith when he was asked to take Isaac to the land of Moriah and offer him for a burnt offering (Genesis 22:1-2). Isaac response and cooperation portrayed him as the beloved son God promised Abraham. Abraham was called out of the land where human sacrifice to god was practiced, so the call to sacrifice Isaac could not be strange to him. Obedience to God displayed: Without questioning God or asking others for advice Abraham embarked on the long journey to Moriah for the sacrificial offering. On the mountain Isaac asked about the sacrifice, but Abraham said, 'God will provide'. He had no clear answer but he believed God would do the best( Genesis 22:3-8 ). If we keep faith in God he has the power to turn the situation around for our good. He is able to perform what He promised (Romans 4:21). Abraham's unwavering faith encouraged him to embark on sacrificing Isaac without hesitation (Genesis 22:9-10). Without questioning his father Isaac willingly surrendered to be offered for a sacrifice. Isaac's acted like Christ who willingly surrendered his life as a sacrificial offering for all. Isaac was the fulfilment of God's covenant to bless nations of the world (Genesis 21:12; Romans 9:6-7). Obedience to God Rewarded: As Abraham was about to draw knife through Isaac throat God's angel called out unto him to stop doing so (Genesis 22:11-14) God provided a ram for a replacement. God rewards obedience and unwavering trust in Him. It is by faith we can see God as the loving and caring Father and the One who knows and can meet our needs. God provided ram and reaffirmed His covenant that Abraham would be a great nation, his descendants would be victorious over their enemies, and through them nations of the world would be blessed (Genesis 22:15-19). Just as Abraham was greatly rewarded, we can be rewarded if we continue in faith and obedience. God's greatest reward is eternal life in the presence of Christ. To God be the glory. Lesson texts: Genesis 21:1-7; 22:1-19. You can support this ministry if you have the grace |
thaoriginator:All these idle talks can't land you somewhere better. You mean a sane person will like to hide burning charcoal under his treasure. Utterances of people like you bring shame and reproach to an ideal society. You should have stated the way you know terrorists can be defeated and destroyed without leaving any trace. |
boko haram population is just like biblical saying that broad is the way that leads to destruction. The guys are agents of destruction and wouldn't care to destroy anything in the country. The earlier they are wiped out the better. |
Nigeria is going higher. Very soon the country will lead super economy in Africa and beyond. God help the great minds, lovers and promoters of economic and technological advancement. |
There might have been none, but I will like to mention... We can begin to name them and put their achievements beside them. Whilst some have achieved quite a lot, few others have nothing on ground to show for us, and which could have provided opportunities to the general public to mention them as achievers. |
IHEJIRIKAisBOKO:boko haram has not been fully defeated because the North is full of people who reason and behave like you. All attempts by government to destroy boko haram are forbidden to numerous people over there. Get wisdom pls and stop sentiments, The army are there keeping peace always under very harsh condition, all you have to do is to mock them. You better Change your attitudes. |
XketchDesigns:The North always in unpleasant news. The zone needs deliverance from forces of evil. The zone also needs moral, mental and spiritual rebirth. |
paulsir:It is very possible and even more than possible. Info got to us that at a point in time collective military effort was sabotaged due to some reasons: disloyalty to clarion call, some soldiers were possessed by boko haram spirit, high level of corruption among some superior officers and other unforeseen circumstances. If it was possible for Sarah to conceive at 89 after it wasn't possible in her brighter years in the sight of people. Boko haram could be wiped off within a week. Just have faith and be prayerful. |
One will wonder why Obasanjo's behaves somehow of recent. Sometimes ago he accused President Jonathan of training snippers which were no where to be found. The man should have stopped playing politics with lives of good people of Nigeria. |
paulsir:They have never waited till the election time before they embark on massive attacks on boko haram hide outs. Probably they couldn't have launched deadly attacks while they still want to retrieve the abducted school girls alive in the forest. I think the military can no longer give chance to the terrorists to take undue advantage of their unwillingness to completely destroy all threats to life in their fight and search operations. God willing, 2015 is black year for boko haram and all organizations, individuals that sponsor it |
wishing them huge success and total eradication of boko haram and its allies in Nigeria |
Corruption in high places... now to places of worship! Too bad! Pastors were gathered in a place and made to declare support for politicians against their conscience! Too bad! |
