cybermic007: A Zion Christian Church prophet who was filled with the Holy Spirit and thought the Lord wanted to use him to show His power over animals, recently challenged a pride of lions to a duel in the Kruger National Park. Pretoria based man of God, Prophet Alec Ndiwane was with members of of his church in the Kruger National Park where they had gone sightseeing when he suddenly went into a trance and started to speak in tongues. Ahead of them were the lions busy eating their impala. Prophet Ndiwane must have thought he was the biblical Samsom or Daniel as he opened the car door and charged towards the lions. On seeing the man running towards them, the abandoned their food and ran towards the prophet. Ndiwane immediately came to his senses when he saw the predators. He turned and ran for his life. But before he could safely reach the confines of the car, one lion had snapped its paws on him causing serious damage to his buttocks. He was saved by the game ranger who fired shots into the air with his gun to scare the lions away. The injuries the prophet sustained was so severe that he had to be rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. “I don’t know what came over me,” Prophet Ndiwane confessed,”I thought the Lord wanted to use me to show His power over animals. Is it not we were given dominion over all creatures of the earth?” he asked.

Romance › Re: Please Help, My 4 Years Relationship Seems To Be Crashing Down by Rhea: 11:11pm On Mar 04, 2016 |
Lawz20: Good day my fellow Nairalanders, I have a very serious problem which I so much believe that with your kind and generous advice, I might take the right step. I met this girl around April 2012 at my work place and since then we have been together after I proposed to her last year. The fact is I love her so much and I thought she also loves me.
I went down with her to her village around April 2014 to see her parents formally and they were so happy, her mum, dad, grand parents and even her siblings welcomed me wholeheartedly and I was so happy. I stayed with them for two weeks just to see if I can picture out any bad behavior but seriously, non was found.
The problem am having with her is that she has too much male friends and most of them are always sending her love messages both on 2go and Facebook. I once stumble on her Facebook inbox and I found a chat between her and another guy and he was just thanking her for coming to spend good time with him, bla bla bla and how he enjoyed her. I was so mad because during this period she went to the village alone and promised to return in a week but she didn't until after 3 weeks, this is what she always do, she travels like 4-5 times in a year and never return on time. When she returned, I confronted her and she said she is not the one that did that chat with the guy, I tried asking her who did but she never gave me a good answer.
Later that week, she gave me her phone to help her charge it in a barbing saloon, then a strange number called and I picked, the person hissed and cut the call, he later sent a message saying, "you're picking my wife's call and asking me who it is" I replied him that he should check the number that he might be wrong, he then mentioned her name. I went back home to ask my fiancee who own that number then she said its that guy I saw his chat and I should not worry, she will fix it.
Recently again, she has travelled and up till this moment, she is not back, she promised she won't stay upto 2 weeks but yesterday makes it 5 weeks. That same yesterday, my mum's pastor asked my mum to call me that he has a message for me which I later went, he greeted me and say, while he was praying for me because of my mums request, that he was shown that the lady I am planning of marrying is not mine alone, that if I go ahead to marry her, she will wreck me and leave me, he said she travelled now and I said yes, he said she was seeing someone else in the village, he said if I doubt him, I should go ahead.
It was then my mum now said, my younger sister told her of a dream she had, that I caught my fiancee with another guy and it leads to a fight which the said guy killed me. I myself have had such dreams too. The pastor gave me 3 days fasting and prayer. I am confused, despite all her cunning ways I still love her but what should I do and how do I go about leaving her. I will be 30 by 5th April, am not getting any younger. Please advice. Bros, you should go and bring the following: 1. Eyelashes of a 3 month old housefly 2. Left scrotum of a senile agama lizard 3. Upper right molar tooth of a diabetic cockroach 4. 2ml of milk from cossy's right teats I will use these ingredients to make you a concoction to drink so that your eyes will clear, and you will realize that your girl is chopping awantilor for 'ova dia'. EMEKA1MILLION: Every new month this is what I do. Go to market and get the things for the desired soup for the month myself since am still a bachelor and living alone. The soup is expected to last for the month unless my friends come around. This month of March I chose egusi, ogbono, okra and stew.
The egusi ingredients are Egusi 2 cups Achi (to make the soup thick) Cameroon pepper (dunno why it's called that tho) Vegetable Dry fish Stock fish Palm oil Goat and cow beef mixed Fresh fish. Etc....
Ogbono soup ingredients is same as above excluding the Achi.
The okra soup is made specially for me cos I love periwinkle but sadly most of my guys don't so just in case they come around, they'll see something to eat. The soup has so much periwinkle. Beef (chopped the beef to pieces) Dry fish Kpomo Etc...
Stew easy na so no need listing out the ingredients.
Anyway it took me 3hours to cook all.
Budget for everything is 10,500 naira. Since I stay in Port Harcourt, things are pretty expensive here so I spent most of my day in the market bargaining price You are on the right track. Well done |

Dohmeenick: Please how do I handle this situation?? I am in a fixed, and I need your help.. I have an old family friend,we have come a very long way, she's almost my dad's age, though my dad is late now.
This woman has been disturbing me for a long period of two years now,but I couldn't fall for her flashy gifts and her so called love.
I confided in my close friend,he said I should have sex with the woman, but by the grace of God I'm a disciplined person, and I refused...
A year ago before my father died,he always advice me that no matter how bad I become,I should never sleep with a married woman, and I know that's one thing I need to avoid in order to make my late dad happy wherever he is.
Right now I'm in my final year in University of calabar, things has not been easy with me and my siblings, since my dad died,I have been the bread winner of the family because my mom suffered from stroke after my dad passed on..
I need some amount of money to round up in school with my project,I have looked for money everywhere, but it seems God has turned his face on me and my family.
This woman who is my last hope, has promised to give me the money and even more if only I reciprocate her advances, and my friend is insisting I do it.
But I'm so confused now,do I sleep with a married woman in order to get money,or listen to my fathers dead wishes and my self discipline..?? Please what do I do??My life, family, education is at stake,I really need help and God's intervention. Seems like you have already done the deed and now seek some form of public approval. Sirolad: What is fatwa?
In recent years, the term “fatwā” has been widely used throughout the media, usually to indicate that a death sentence has been dealt to someone or some group of people. The limited use of this term has resulted in a limited understanding of its meaning. ISCA therefore offers the following statement to elucidate the true significance of the term “fatwā.”
Most importantly, a fatwā is not by definition a pronouncement of death or a declaration of war. A fatwā is an Islamic legal pronouncement, issued by an expert in religious law (mufti), pertaining to a specific issue, usually at the request of an individual or judge to resolve an issue where Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh), is unclear. Typically, such uncertainty arises as Muslim society works to address new issues – issues that develop as technology and society advance. “Can a Muslim be involved in cloning?” for instance. Thanks for the lecture. I first heard of fatwa with Salman Rushdie after he published the Satanic Verses. I guess I have the media to blame for that |

Politics › Re: The South-east Is Like A Private Construction Zone by Rhea: 5:05pm On Feb 25, 2016 |
Emancipation: I have been away from the country for almost 4 years for studies. I had the opportunity to tour the east for the past two months trying to setup up my business. It felt like a construction zone everywhere. The type of real estate boom happening is shocking. Places that used to be bush years ago are housing estates. I couldn't even recognize my own mother's village. The development is real and surprising considering the fact that the economy is not good.
My theory about this is that:
1)possible investment coming from igbos in the diaspora.
2) possible that igbos in nigeria have finally reversed the trend of investing outside of igboland
3) possible that Easterners on average might have stronger spending power
Finally, i think that governments in the east have to be more strict when it comes to new developments in virgin lands. They need to make sure the area is mapped out and well planned before people get permit to build so that space for road expansion can be available. But I am still impressed at the rapid developments. The North became hostile to business ventures conducted by Igbos, hence they were forced to relocate back to the East. It's beginning to pay off |
