sweetie I'm kind of confused here,so many conflicting advice out there.Although I eat meat once in a while,I was told by my doctor at LASUTH that I can take anything except alcohol, cigarette, local herbs like agbo;and I shouldn't take medication indiscriminately.do u think I should refrain completely from fatty foods? Plus how do you prepare your soup or other meals without oil?.I take fried eggs with normal bread once a while as well as indomie without d spice when I'm very hungry and there's nothing to eat,is this ok?..
Think of the lover as the main border control/customs check point of the body. Everything you consume via your mouth, which gets absorbed in your stomach/intestines has to pass through your liver before it enters the rest of your system (heart, lungs, kidney, brain etc). The liver serves like immigration. Alcohol is a poison to the body. This does not mean it kills; it just means it has the potential to kill in very large amounts (when the liver is overwhelmed by excess alcohol in the body). Most medicines we take by mouth also pass through the liver. Fat in the blood passes through the liver and can 'clog' it. So when you take agbo (medicine), alcohol and excess fat constantly, the liver will be overwhelmed int he long run. If you have hepatitis (a serious disease of the liver), that means that your ability to screen what goes to your heart/brain/kidneys is compromised.

The food you eat are okay. You just have to eat them in moderation so that your system is not overwhelmed. I forsee an upsurge in liver disease in Nigeria because of the unregulated use of medications coupled with excessive alcohol consumption and lack of awareness of hepatitis and how it is spread.

Thank you, very much. I am 21, and please, How long do I maintain this diet before I notice changes?
You should notice some changes in 3 months. Also bear in mind that at 21, you still have lots of room for physical growth. You will notice significant growth until you turn 28. So do not worry too much. Do not drink any medication hoping to get any result from it.
HealthRe: Looking For How To Cure Erectile Dysfunction by Rhea: 4:05am On Apr 04, 2016
Before you start taking any medication, check if you have a ha.rd.0n when you wake up in the morning. If you do, then your problem is psychological and not physiological. This is a very important yet simple test to distinguish between psychological and clinical im.pote.nce

Weight is 50kg, height is 6'1. Recommendations?
I also forgot to ask how old you are. If you are still a teenager, then there is really no need to worry because when your testosterone levels kick in at late puberty, you should bulk up. Also eat lots of boiled eggs, banana, bread and butter, meat. Increase your dinner portion as well. Stop smoking if you do. There are medications that stimulate appetite (assuming you do have lack of appetite) but I would not recommend them because of other side effects.

If you construct a road like this without proper drainage, the neighboring communities will channel all their runoff water toward the road. In a matter of 12 months the road will revert back to its original state. No need constructing roads every year when we can do it once and for all.

Men and their chauvinistic thought process. You can entrust your wife to carry your baby for you in her womb for 9 months, but you cannot live in 'her' house. cheesy cheesy cheesy Irony of our warped way of analyzing issues.
Anyway, if indeed she is your wife and two has become one, then it shouldn't matter who built which house. Even if it were her house before marriage, your marriage should make the house both yours (unless of course you signed a pre-nuptial agreement).

PoliticsRe: Arrested Bomber May Not Be Chibok Schoolgirl - FG by Rhea: 6:09pm On Mar 27, 2016
olokeded:
The Federal Government has expressed some doubts over the suicide bomber arrested in Cameroon who claimed to be one of the 219 missing Chibok schoolgirls abducted by Boko Haram two years ago.

In a statement today, Malam Garba Shehu, senior special assistant on media to President Buhari, said fresh information from Cameroon indicated that the two arrested bombers are about 10 years old, which rule either of the two as a possible Chibok schoolgirl. The lost girls were teenagers when they were taken away by Boko Haram gunmen on 14 April, 2014 as they came to school to prepare for the West African School Certificate examinations.

“It has been confirmed that one of two girls is claiming to be among the girls stolen from Chibok on April 14, last year, although doubts have creeped into the claim following new information from Cameroon that the two girls are aged about 10 years,’’ Garba stated.

According to the statement, one of the two is also believed to be heavily drugged and therefore not in full control of her senses.

Nevertheless, the Federal Government is to send some members of the Chibok community to Cameroon, to verify the identity of the two girls.

Garba said the Minister of Women Affairs, Hajiya Aisha Alhassan and Nigerian high commissioner in Cameroon had swung into action and were receiving a lot of cooperation from the Cameroonian authorities.

Nigeria’s High Commissioner to Cameroon, Amb. Hadiza Mustapha, had confirmed that the arrested girls might be brought to the Cameroonian capital, Yaounde, on Monday, at which point the High Commission would seek permission to meet with them.

The statement said that the Murtala Mohammed Foundation had offered to cooperate with federal government in sponsoring two parents from Chibok, who had been selected to embark on the trip to Cameroon.

“The two are Yakubu Nkeki, Chairman of the Parents of the Abducted Girls from Chibok association, and Yana Galang, the group’s women leader.

“The Nigerian High Commission will receive the two and will facilitate their access to the two girls once permission to meet and verify their identity is obtained from the Cameroonian authorities,’’ the statement added.

About 270 Chibok schoolgirls were reported to have been abducted by members of the Boko Haram terror sect at the Chibok Government Secondary School in Borno about two years ago.

About 51 of the affected schoolgirls escaped from their abductors, who were transporting them to unknown destinations.

She has already told you that she is one of the Chibok girls. Anyway I don't even think the FG have any idea how many girls were abducted or who they are

BusinessRe: Dangote Group Sponsors Nigerians To India To Understudy Refinery Operations by Rhea: 12:38am On Mar 20, 2016
Refinery operations is not magic or okija juju. We have at least 3 refineries that have been running in Nigeria for over 30 years. Nigeria does not need to understudy anything. Our politicians need to cough out the billions they have stolen from our treasury so that we can build refineries in Nigeria. We have more than enough Nigerians competent in and capable of running these refineries.
