Wislet: NOPE.
A good cook never uses the meat as a measure of how sweet her food is.
If u're cooking soup or stew for instance, taste a little bit of the food itself. The taste of the food is the same as the taste of the meat.
There is no excuse for finishing ur meat while cooking.
If you have to finish your meat before you get the correct taste of your food, then you don't know what u're cooking.
How possible is it to use meat as a yardstick to know if the food is delicious or not??.....my post was directed to Dayokanu (WAS JUST PULLING HIS LEGS)...thank you for nothing grin...i know my basics in the kitchen....if a woman chooses to finish her own meat while she is cooking, i don't know how it will affect others??, na her go carry her legs go buy another meat....abi will she borrow mine ?? wink grin

Sagamite: That does not answer my question.

How does being married "for better for worse" make one party entitled to another party's sweat?
Because the "two shall become one", whatever the husband own belongs to the woman also and vice-versa.....now i know you do not beleive in the Bible or the Koran, as long as we are obeying the "be fruitful and multiply law" and "a man shall leave his family and clive to his wife and they shall become one" the man's gratuity technically also belongs to the woman, if the man is sweating; she is also sweating, if he is crying; she is crying, if he is rich; she is rich and if he is poor; she is also poor.
Family › Re: Grown-Up Kids Kick Their Father Out Of His House! by ronkebp(f): 9:37pm On Jul 10, 2012
dayokanu: Excellent points.

With Point 3, Does it count that they have taken the mans house already? Why do they need his gratuity again?
Well it is only fair to leave the gratuity for the man since the house has been taken, only if it is not worth 1/3 of the money though....

And just so we know....i am not supporting his attitude towards his wife....but we never can be 100% certain, the man knows why he wants to marry another wife, i don't understand why a 65 year old man would want to be buying pampers and paying for kinder- garten....Reallyhuh the way some men think is annoying.

STORY- STORY................

1. The children have no right to send their father packing.....there is nothing wrong in building a house for their mum..The parents have equal right to the kids, there is no point showing favouritsm to one parent and neglecting the other, except if the man had abandoned them, from the beginning (which is not the case here). The Bible says (and this for the christians that believe that God exist, not for the atheist) "honour your father and mother so that your days maybe long" and that is irrespective of whatever they do to you.

2. The father might have done worse, overtime to their mother, so it could have been from a pent-up frustration, and the kids decided that "enough was enough", still i do not support maltreating their dad..

3. If the man is tired of the woman, there is nothing wrong in divorcing her but doing it right. The gratuity, if not shared equally, 1/3 of it should have gone to the first wife....

dayokanu: I personally would look at it from an indiscipline point.

When we were growing up We were made to eat meat last. And my sister who would first eat her meat would always be scolded.

When I cook most times, I dont even taste it till its done
By the time you finally taste it, then you realise, the salt is either too much or not enough....

PeterKbaba: I understand you, but who's fault is it... We should be glad Lagos is a city of hope, excellence and pride to all Nigerians home and abroad. I only wonder if all this online e-war soldiers criticize the government of their individual states, maybe if they do, their states might one day be better, but beleive me Lagos is over 20 years atleast ahead of any other state in Nigeria ( Including Abuja ).... the only good thing about ABJ is that all money stolen from all states in Nigeria goes there.

The most brilliant Nigerians home and abroad reside in Lagos.
You are right...Imagine Ibadan-Oyo state capital, that is so close to lagos, that city is a glorified village, the roads are nothing to write home about, i went to Nigeria 2 years back and i was literally looking for a spa in Ibadan, did not want to go to Lagos, just for that, i did not find one, even a massage parlour....for where, i was so angry that a city not so far-away from Lagos cannot even have or boast of half of the things and places lagos has. Shior!!!!!

Sometimes i wonder why people have to fight or insult eachother on a thread that has to do with the positive aspects of Nigeria, i do not understand the necessity of some arguements where we have to go back and forth with one another,...if you are too intelligent, just try to make the country a better place with your wisdom and intellect, no need wasting it on arguements.

Once in a while is fine...but when it becomes too regular that the bf is not even aware of the fact that you are having couple of lunches, he calls and you cannot pick up your phone because of the lunch-date, he calls and you lie about where you are or were, then it is bad.
Romance › Re: Can We Call This Cheating? by ronkebp(f): 3:36pm On Jul 10, 2012
Cheating actually starts from there, from couple of dates, having lunches together.....am sure there must have been dirty talks, here and there.....

[quote author=tpia@]^are you sure the sugar in the tea wasnt the cause of the cramps.

Assuming you added sugar. It can sometimes have that effect if taken continuously.

^^^^ I tire oooo.....there is nothing wrong in eating the meat you cooked yourself in your own house.....my own thing is, if you do not watch what you eat, you will begin to pack on the pounds and grow fatter.....instead of snacking on meat, get crackers that are fat free and chew on them.....it will keep you filled till the food is ready.
