ZetaBeta: Many families are barely able to feed and they're talking about face masks being compulsory... Are face masks the palliatives they're supposed to be giving? The time will come when hunger will be more dangerous than this virus if care is not taken You are allowed to go and look for what to eat, on the condition that you should wear a nose mask... What else do you want government to do for you? |

itsme01: First learn a skill(plumbing , welding, barbing, hair dressing ) or any other high demand skills.. then go for your masters in Canada , Australia or Germany.. no matter how bad it is you can get your masters and get some income through your skills , this income can pile up and you putting for your PhD or other coarse and continue working and learning , I can tell you for a fact you would be better off than bumping into business in Nigeria without previous experience So a potential Germany or Canada Msc degree holder should be doing plumbing and barber? Haha why not ask him to learn ICT related skills |

PetersKID: 8m is much for masters, with 2m you are done with masters depending on the school immediately after MSc go for your PhD,sometimes the business might fall, what will you use to pay your workers? some of those people that their shop got burnt at Ochanja market they have not recovered any thing till now, that's business. There are many opportunity in the education sector, August last year my school recruit 400 staff. If you insist on starting a business you better meet someone that studied business management for proper advice. And said after Msc and Phd he will atomatically get a job, you think getting a lecturing job is easy? |

i really hate people with fixed boxed up mindset
The day you stop searching for job because you listen to many unfurtunate half baked entitled graduates thats when you shot yourself dead in life
while enterprenuership always appears lucrative to outsiders, it takes some level of discipline and finacial capacity that you can only get after working in corporate nigeria to start..
how many people have the discipline to manage time, source for fund, manage fund, create product and service, market it and expand without having major work experience from an organised sector?
.. Please before you call some people "half baked graduates" try and read what you just wrote up there. |

emmasege: Has ASUU suspended its strike action?
That's the second phase of 'COVID-19' lockdown for Nigerian university students.
The dumb government that we have in Abuja doesn't know that this is the best time to resolve the crisis so that universities can be fully re-opened immediately after the lockdown.
ASUU leadership and government can continue with their negotiations or meetings the same way the presidential task force on covid-19 is meeting daily.
But everyone in this government is dumb and bereft of ideas just because their head (buhari) is brain-dead. Best comment i have seen for a while... I wish the yeye government can see this and learn. |

KingKingKing: I laugh at you.. How many tests are being carried out daily in other States.. ?Maybe 100 tests compared to Lagos's 2000 daily tests!
Other States are under testing, the only state that comes close to Lagos' number is Abuja when it comes to daily testing!
Well I'm quite surprised that despite the low number of daily testing in Kano , the number of positives there keeps rising! Lagos is testing more because Lagos is the Epicentre of the virus, the virus is believed to have spread in Lagos than other states. New York conducted more test than Ohio you know! |

QuinModah: People will betray you, you can't escape it. What is more important is that you come out Better
Have you being betrayed before? Share your story, you might heal
Use share so others can learn
While I was working for a company. I got diagnosed of a kidney infection and was admitted in the hospital for two weeks. I was staying with my father’s elder sister at the time because my parents were here in Abuja
Two weeks of constant drugs, drips and injections on my *you know* and guess what, my aunt and her family never came to visit for one day. My friends(even tho I didn’t have a lot of them) were to busy to come see me. No company representative to pay me a visit.
Everyday I would walk to the little store close to the hospital to buy biscuits and yoghurt because no one would bring them to me.
Betrayal hurts so bad because it never comes from strangers but those of your household.
This is why I recommend people live like they are alone on this planet. Have zero expectations. Any human can become anything at anytime. When u expect so much from people, betrayal is inevitable. Live ur life without expectations. That was not betrayal, they didn't owe you a visit.... Just that they didn't act as expected. |

Comparative advantage at play here, India have what it takes to produce Hydrochloroquine in large quantity and at cheaper rate.... So US buys from them at cheaper rate. US also have things it produces in larger quantity and cheaper rate. |
