CORONA VIRUS IN SUB-SAHARA AFRICA ESPECIALLY IN NIGERIA IS A HOAX.
-HOW WERE THEY TESTED?
-ACCORDING TO W.H.O, COVID19 HAS NO CURE.
-HOW WERE THEY TREATED, CURE & DISCHARGED?
-HAVE PEOPLE WITH WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEM NOT BEEN DIEING IN NIGERIA SINCE AGES?

OK KONTINUE! huh
Baba i believe you are educated, you don't need a degree in MBBS to know that coronavirus does not have a particular medication... You get treated on the type of disease that shows in you.

If you have high fever, you will be given drugs for that, that is more reason malaira drugs is being touted as a possible cure for coronavirus.

Yes everything is possible in Nigeria, i believe there is a bit scam in fighting coronavirus in Nigeria but it do exist.

My own is that i don't still get how Lagos will be 179 today and 27 tomorrow. is it that they don't want to record 200 in a day? The curve is very inconsistent.
That's the problem, NCDC and the PTF are not serious in flatterning the curve, if they were, massive testing would have been carried out.

There is no Testing in the south East hence no cases.

The virus has really spread in the SE. I urge the NCDC to deploy much task force and test kits to the SE.

I'm worried the number of cases in the SE is too small.

May God heal our land
when did you start caring about the Southeast?

Do you think the southeast is as careless as Southwest?
Come to Onitsha, if you aare caught without a nose mask, you pay 5k, if your shop or office doesn't have bucket tap and soap you will be fined 5k...

Enough social distancing here, only problem is the interstate movement.

Since coronavirus came to Nigeria and Southeast, there is no record of death from coronavirus, care more about Lagos and leave Southeast alone.

With the gradual ease of the war the noble pandemic is ravaging on the world including our blessed country Nigeria (the "blessed country" part, will be saved as a subject of discussion for another day), when do you think Nigerian youths will be allowed to continue their studies in their various chosen learning institutions?
I think july, that is if the comfirmed cases keep reducing and discharged keep increasing.

But for the university students ASUU is another problem.

HealthRe: Raymond Dokpesi: When Did Malaria Become Synonymous With COVID-19? by Saintinoo(m): 2:48pm On May 15, 2020
Xisnin:
He is just another fool.
Aside from looting the national wealth, most Nigerian politicians are surprisingly dumb.
They can't see the next move.

He could have checked Nigerian statistics on active malaria cases
and compare them with the meager 5000 Covid-19 cases recorded for the last 3 months.

Here is what any thinking person already knows:
Patients can have a combination of diseases such as malaria, Typhoid,
Tuberculosis and others at the same time especially when the immune system is overstressed.
Having malaria doesn't mean you don't have other diseases.

If the government had done nothing, doctors would have fled the hospital en masse
or refuse to treat patients. People like him with high BP and various health conditions
wouldn't survive a month without medical assistance.
He doesn't care that doctors, nurses, pharmacists, other hospital workers, and emergency patients
will suffer disproportionate deaths from the fallout of his proposed idiocy.

Unfortunately, the people that are supposed to be dying are not.
So what is your point now, he asked a question, why malaira patients are being admitted as covid-19 patient.

I believe what ever exposure you have, mr AIT is more exposed than you, it's left for Nigerians to ask questions and demand for answers.

[quote author=NigPatriot post=89574044]OP, you can do better by giving more details. This is a very shallow description of your Covid story. People want to know things like, did you have any symptoms, if yes, what were they? What kind of treatment did you receive? Etc.
Yes, many people have recovered from Covid 19 without even knowing that they had it. The mortality rate is overhyped. I was shocked to see that Malaria is more lethal than this. God punish Buhari[/quote
Why are you asking for the type of medication, so people can self medicate?
HealthRe: My Experience As A Covid 19 Survivor. by Saintinoo(m): 2:38pm On May 15, 2020
GodPunishBiafra:
Is that so?

Covid19 truly exists, no doubt.

But in Nigeria, na scam!

The one true person I know that died from the virus in Nigeria is Abba kyari (Mind you, I'm not disputing that he's the only one that has died from it).
All these other politicians are just deceiving themselves.

If you have any fever, flu, cough etc and you mistakenly cross path with NCDC, they will tag you a corona patient.

Remember in Tanzania, pawpaw, goat and engine oil are testing positive for the virus...
Food for thought.
In all you have typed there is no where i see the point you are making.

Baba did you conduct autopsy to know the cause of their deaths? Or have people not been dying mysteriously before the coming of Covid? Is North the only place with the virus? Why are people not dropping dead in Lagos, or u think lagosians that are known to be very stubborn are adhering to the social distancing and hand washing rule? If Covid is what is Covid is what's killing people in the North then a lot of Lagosians ought to have died mysteriously too cos u need to see how Lagosians crowd themselves. Once again, reason am
No mind them, most people on nairaland like claiming they know alot, if you have been to the the north before then you will know why they don't fear coronavirus, people have been dying enmass from cholera, heat wave and other diseases in the north.
If NCDC are conducting lesser test, maybe they have there reasons, whatever they do they sure cannot hold people at home for so long.

It is clear from your response that you are a victim of the paucity of funds for quality education due to inadequate tax revenue.
Educated people don't shy away from constuctive argument, you may want to use those typo's as a tool but that won't work with me.

Next time stick to the topic and don't go off topic just because you want to prove a baseless point.

I wonder how responding to covi-19 and payment of tax should in any way relate.
I also wonder how countries such as Ghana, Senegal with little revenue channels have been showing Nigeria leaders how to do the job.

govts can only put in measures where people pay taxes......remmember that! People want palliatives but we have one of the lowest tax base and compliance rates in the world. Where are they supposed to get the money for paliatives?

Nigeria has the lowest tax to GDP in the WHOLE OF AFRICA!! If you dont pay tax, dont complain.
How does pay of tax and responding to covid-19 relate?
Let's not go to revenue generation by the government of Nigeria, because that argument will not end.

Nigeria have the most useless leader in the world, while other countries are busy looking for cure and putting measures to reopen and build back their economy, Nigeria leaders are conducting online poll to know wether they should lift lockdown or not.
If government decisions are to be decided my people online, then why did we vote for them at the first place.....

For your information, Bauchi, Jigawa, Katsina and Gombe, Kaduna and Kano have carried out more testing than Southwest and Southwest states with exception of Lagos.

that man is just after money and collection of school fees without considering people's health. He is not a public health professional to give advice in that regards. The virus originated from China. As I speak, all schools in China are shut down after 5 months even when the virus is nonexistent in some province. The government should not listen to his advice until a concrete framework on prevention, control and possible cure is sorted out. Everybody are giving selfish advice. Give the the power and he will perform worst after all, it's their generation that put us were we are today.
Oga say what you know.... Only Wuhan spent 3months on lockdown and schools in China have since resumed.

UK, France starts school next week.. Israel and China already resumed

another lockdown is imminent, this time, it will be more aggressive and longer.

instead of debating, question the government over the lockdown of worship centers or praying for no lockdown. we should join our hands in prayer and pray for a cure to be found.
Before easing of lockdown we had 200+ cases per day, after easing of lockdown we still had 200+ cases per day and you are advocating for another lockdown? For what exactly.

Seriously what is happening in this country. Is there really an interstate lockdown? How could any right thinking VC would ask students back to school. Forget Coro alone wont allow most parents to release their children. Then there is those who will come from other states accross the country or even outside the country. The present situation warrants higher institutions especially to remain closed
You and Nigeria government are so confuse... Have any VC ask students to resume school? Ask yourself that question first.
