what I see here is a technical retreat by the police. they changed the military like man to a diplomat and administrators who will broker peace on behalf of the police behind the media through dialogue and agreements rather than guns and arrest.
if not why the overhaul of almost the whole police structure in the state?
I see peace soon in the Southeast.

I've not seen anything good in this news: rather a saddened attestation to incompetence and inability of our leaders to grasp reality and be proactive with it.
leaders in sane world identify problem and solve or ameliorate it but in our clime, our leaders identify the problem, speak English to it, then device a means of creating more of such or aggravate the problem. but unfortunately, there are hordes of people cheering them on due to different reasons such as ignorance, syncophancy or benefitting from the rot.

it was so painful seeing Pochettino left the way he was sacked after tolerating and struggling to get something for the club with those guys under the harsh environment he worked.
