For example, if i am president and i want to keep my enemy in detention for as long as i want, i will simply draw up 1000 charges against him and take him to court one by one. If the court strikes out the first charge, I'll bring another charge the following day and if they strike it again, I'll keep bringing another one. With this, i will keep him in custody as long as i want and i can keep saying i am not disobeying court orders.

We must strengthen our institutions else it will be abused. Yes, Dasuki is a thief and i do not have any sympathy for him but it could be an innocent man tomorrow and the govt of the day Will refer to this case.
