Just to add that there is no offering time in Apostolic Faith. There are tithes and offering boxes at the church entrances where people go,preferably during the week, to drop their offerings secretly and privately.
Also,after the sermon and closing prayer people pray to their satisfaction before leaving so there is no general closing time. The church has the best orchestra in Africa featuring violins,trumpets,double bass, clarinet etc

I am surprised to hear folks talk of registry in addition to white wedding. Just check whether ur church does have the govt licence to wed. If it does, ur church wedding is both religious and legal and you don't need different ceremonies. Unless it is a mushroom church.
There are several ways of getting married without robbing the bank: 'Gage N'Go or Cash N'Carry (where u stop at traditional), Prayer Room wedding (where u come with few guests into the vestry of the church and after the ceremony,caterers hand over food packs to invited guests who drop their gifts in an open truck), full_fledged white wedding.

Thanks for this wonderful suggestion. I wish they don't only memorise verses in the Bible but take time to read the whole book. It is good as poetry, prose, drama, science and makes for a very enjoyable reading. I can't say the same of the Koran because I couldn't get beyond the first page even when I tried to. Even philosophical books sound more logical and poetic than what I read.
I hope you can cope with the consequences of their taking your advice. Many people who read the Bible encounter the Jesus of the Bible and are converted to Christianity. This has happened to many who went there to find enough grounds to punch holes in the Christian way.

Good if it works for you. That is what we do too. It can be clumsy waiting for your partner to approve before you buy a pair of shoes or send a little token to a relative. The only modification in ours is that each is a signatory to the other's account. Either can sign. In any case who are the christians? Many Muslims believe that Christians have modified their religion so much that even Jesus when he returns may not recognize some of them as his flock.
