ikbnice:Na from clap dance dey start.. |
So they didn't know the difference between credit card payments and bank deposits ?? Shame shame shame. That's an embrassment to the investigative team, I have always said EFCC investigative team is crap. Their investigation is never thorough and that's why these thieves always get away with it. |
So months after becoming minister it's now u want to start touring to understand the issues relating to our epileptic power supply ...hmmmm am getting u. We are tired of talk, if na tour u wan tour abeg don't tell us just tour and offer a sustainable solution as the problem solver u claim to be. This government of will, shall, going, probe don tire pesin abeg. We want to start hearing commenced, completed, launched. Will we hear any of these words used by our leaders before 2019? |
Alwaystruth:Chop knuckle!!!!! Bottom line we are the problem . Our king makers have failed us. We have people who have the intelligence to lead but don't have the political clout. The Nigerian political sphere is filled with rogues. Many of these intellectuals don't want to tarnish their reputation by publicly associating with these rogues. Come 2017 we should start hand picking people who are performance driven to go and represent us in government and the Senate in 2019. We need to vote the rogues and comedians out!! |
NobleAngell:No my dear the jokes on you. We still have to follow due judicial process so these thieves don't get acquitted on a technicality. He is presently not a threat to national security, himself or anyone so he has a right to bail. lets see who will come up with a bond to cover the bail amount, that's were the story would get interesting. |
NobleAngell:Its a bailable offence. |
Nothing new here...abeg talk another thing Jare. We don't need Bloomberg to tell us what we already know. I think this info is for dem oyibo people dem. we Nigerians already know where the shoe pinches. |
How does relocating solve the problem? Is there a market the size of mile 12 in the original plan for Ikorodu? What about access, Utilities and security? Have they considered that Ikorodu is currently experiencing a population explosion? Moving the market with out addressing the real issue is like burying your head in the sand in the hope that the problem will go away. |
RIP to those who lost their lives. Just a quick question, how many people were in this SUV? did any one survive? |
Na wa oh ...so Mercedes Benz S500 has now become a pot of soup that when it's spoils u throw it away. The car is not more than 3 years old, that's an insult to Mercedes please tell us another story. And because u want to reduce the cost of the Senate presidents house from 6 billion to 1 billion we should give u a medal abi. What happened to the one your predecessor used abi that one has spoilt too!!!!! Shior |
boluwatife66:Apart from the bit about Ibo's U are 1 million percent correct. We need to vote all of them out regardless of party affliations ...these people don't have Nigeria at heart at all |
No senator should mention anything about buying naija again!!!!! What's the use of the photo up with innoson and all the fan fare about promoting naija made products when these very rogues go and purchase foreign made at the first chance they get. The house of assembly is a joke!!!! Come 2019 we need to vote all of them out PDP and APC alike ...they are all there for themselves only. And the fools keeps saying money no dey |
KINGwax007:These is nothing new about stabilizers. It's being used on FG roads for donkey years. Maybe it's new to state roads. I think the technology required for erosion zones is raised roads seating on piles. |
How will this be achieved? how will the government fund this? How the FG pay for the drugs, doctors and equipment to be used by these PHC's? Before we start to jump for joy lets ask how the FG intends to achieve this, saying you will or may doesn't mean anything these days. If there is a Journalist that has this ministers ear please ask him how he intends to achieve this. |
They want to scatter our heads, scatter scatter scatter our heads ooooo!!!!. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing...recipe for disaster. MTN is playing the game and the hungry government is falling for it. ( at all, at all na hin bad pass) |
banmee:Totally agree. We keep saying this one said this that one said that, did we ever ask how they planned to achieve whatever they said prior to elections? Policitians know Nigerians very well we never ask the right questions then we start complaining after the fact People say PMB only talks while he is abroad, well that's because our journalist don't have the kahunas to ask the right questions. Did anyone really believe Tam David West when he said that Let's stop deceiving ourselves we the Nigerian citizens are too gullible abeg |
TheFreeOne:The guy already nows that he will lose his job that's why he is trying to save 'his'face. He is 100% correct. There is nothing zero based about hte 2016 budget proposal. Anyone who understands budgeting will know that they got it totally wrong. |
SETI666:No commerical car company manufactres all the parts of thier cars, the car parts are manufactured by specialist companies that make certain components of the vehicle e.g the company that makes the dashboard could be different from.the one that makes shock absorbers. All the parts are then shipped to the assembly plant were all the parts are assembled by the car company. Hope this helps |
Even if it's propaganda or for show, this is the type of politics our leaders should be playing.Ben Bruce saw a low hanging fruit and plucked it. This would have been an easy win for any political party to score cheap political points. Kudos to Mr Bruce for having the foresight to come up with the promotion of made in Nigeria. People castigating him should come up with their own ideas instead of just giving a horse a bad name in order to kill it. I believe the change should come from the top. All official cars, buses, trucks etc owned and leased by the FG should be naija made going forward. Don't know why our leaders cant see this as an easy way to boost industry and improve on the current state of our economy. |
U will be surprised to find out that he is not a beggar but an undercover security agent ...many of them assume beggar status to get Intel. He may also be a beggar and a snitch getting paid for intel |
Even if it turns out to be true , the guy is not a credible witness . Lawyers will eat him for breakfast. He lied under oath so whatever he says about the matter now worthless. The guy is very lousy, he could have leaked this information directly to the DSS if he really wanted to come clean instead of going to Channels. I want to believe DSS already have this information , what he is saying is not new to them but proving it is were they are struggling .This lousy guy just made the case even more difficult to prove. |
So many arrests no conviction . EFCC lawyers need to step their game up and our Constitution is too lax on corruption. EFCC needs to invest in very intelligent lawyers or esle na only arrest arrest we go dey hear. 9 months gone and not one conviction. No high profile case that has actually progressed to trail.Na so so bail hearing bail hearing. Our judicial system needs a kick in the back side ...too damn slow and the floored constitution which was written to confuse rather than clarify has not helped matters either. |
anonimi:No need for any calculation here. Is Ameachi from the north? Because a position is allocated to a Christian minority FROM THE NORTH that means they would accept a southern Christian as one of their own....hmmm I am getting you ![]() ![]() Even if it's a game of deception as you put it, these Arewa guys never ever cross that line and there is no neeed to do so at this point because they are the ones in power. I stand by what I said about constructive criticism. |
Fake news alert!!! Somebody is clearly airing his or her own personal opinion and saying it came from Arewa. No matter how much you kiss their ass3s, they will never consider a southener as one of them. They would never even come our publicly to say that. OP. Please practice constructive criticism and not bad propaganda. |
ALL SECTORS ARE COLLAPSING!!!!!!. WAKE UP NIGERIA ...WE NEED A STATE OF EMERGENCY ON THE ECONOMY! !!! There seems to be no direction. Miss Adeosun weda u?? |
realborn:At this point the design is immaterial as construction has already commenced . Yes there may have been a better design and syenergy between buildings but we have what we have. I think instead of focusing on design we should focus on the completion of the project so it can be usedto train the people and help to create revenue for the people who live in the area. From what I have seen this project is in the construction stage, stopping it now would amount to a great waste in resources and short sightness on the part of the present government . As Universitis are not only a place for education but they also provide revenue for other people that live in the area. It's an easy win for the present government. .I hope they can see it that way instead of clouding their judgement with personal vendettas. |
Am I missing something? Or is it only PDP members that were allowed to own properties in UAE? The anti graft war shouldn't be one sided. That said it's not a crime to own property abroad as far as u didn't use illicit funds to purchase it. How are they going to prove tht these properties were bought using illicit funds? I think we are fighting the wrong battle, lets focus on our economy. We need a state of emergency on the economy. ..people are crying, the policies are crippling business by the hour. Please PMB should refocus or else we will become like Zimbabwe in the next 2 years. |
Mariecakes:That's because it is ...I don't want to believe Diezani's people did this terrible job. |
I thought the stamp duty act of 2004 referred to securities transactions ....where did it say it's for every bank transactions including deposits of over 1k ![]() U learn everyday in this naija .stamp duties are normally for immovable properties, credit card transactions (ireland) securities, bonds etc. I have never heard were your day to day bank transactions are charged a stamp duty yax . What is Nipost even providing that they have to charge this tax ? Or are we now in 1939? If they have called it galaxy back bone or IT services Tax it would have been more believable but stamp duty tax in 2016!!!!! Give me a break. |
vikacydevato:You hit the nail on the head, the earlier we all realise these guys have no plans for us and start becoming self reliant the better for us. Go and farm, plant something or start something no matter how small even if its in your backyard last last you and your family go see something chop!!! The youths have nothing to bargaining with, at the moment we are only good for campaigning and social media bollocks. We all need to change the status quo or esle we will grow up to become the leaders we hate. |
What exactly do they want PMB to say ? He has said he feels their pain and he is working to find the girls, do they expect to release classified Intel on the workings of military intelligence?PMB has never been an emotional man, he faked emotion during the campaign. The guy can't keep faking it. BBOG are doing a great job in bringing awareness to the plight of the parents but they need to understand that showing emotion or saying eyahh doooe will not bring the girls back. Whether the reception you get is cold or not , the goal should be for whoever is in charge to bring this case to a conclusion. The government has not forgotten, soldiers are dying everyday in the fight against boko haram, stop making it look like they don't care. |
Let's stop deceiving ourselves we the Nigerian citizens are too gullible abeg
