Test-Taking Strategies
1. Read very carefully the set of statements on which a question is based.
Pay close attention to
• what is put forward as factual information
• what is not said but necessarily follows from what is said
• what is claimed to follow from facts that have been put forward
• how well substantiated are any claims that a particular conclusion follows from the facts
that have been put forward
In reading the arguments, it is important to pay attention to the logical reasoning used; the
actual truth of statements portrayed as fact is not important.
2. Identify the conclusion.
The conclusion does not necessarily come at the end of the text; it may come somewhere in the
middle or even at the beginning. Be alert to clues in the text that an argument follows
logically from another statement or statements in the text.
3. Determine exactly what each question asks.
You might find it helpful to read the question first, before reading the material on which it is
based; don’t assume that you know what you will be asked about an argument. An argument
may have obvious flaws, and one question may ask you to detect them. But another question
may direct you to select the one answer choice that does NOT describe a flaw in the
argument.
4. Read all the answer choices carefully.
Do not assume that a given answer is the best without first reading all the choices.

I used to consider myself a guru in abstract reasoning... but here I am getting humbled by GSE Abstract Reasoning test

Those still asking for past questions till now are either deluded, confused or plain lazy! Coincidentally, these three traits have no place in dpr.

yes, I just confirmed. I just spoke to someone with ND who took his today. He couldn't explicitly tell what everyone would like to hear on this platform. But he told me that when he was done, he heard people complaining that DPR should have told them outrightly told them there's no job for them instead of asking them questions(maybe tough) they couldn't answer in one hour. You know what this means.


The silence from those who wrote today says a lot. People, brace up!

However one might want to put it; at the end of the day, the truth remains that we are competing amongst ourselves..

No sane person would want to give out any info that would disadvantage him/her. That's just the blatant truth.

So let's just stop seeking for expo, tips, clues and mgbo; and focus on two things: Good preparation, Total trust in God.

"Credentials doesn't match" means either the username or password or both are wrong. If u supply the CORRECT details, you will get logged in. There are no two ways about it.

Unless perhaps your details have been wiped out of the DB (highly unlikely though)

Pls those that have written for N-Health how were u notified/invited for the test? Via mail or sms? It's been over 2 weeks and my sister is yet to get any response whatsoever. Kindly reply pls

DOES THE VIDEO INTERVIEW TAKE MUCH Data?

I used about 250MB in total. But I will advise u to have as much data as possible; this is because your connection is still active even when there is network downtime. And as such, your data will continue reading even when it seems nothing is happening on the screen.

Let's just say that deciphering figures, shapes and patterns have always been my hobby since 1914.

Why not just apply and do the tests... let God decide for u. Some persons I know that graduated before u applied and have done the tests

I first received the interview invite within 12 hours after submitting application... then the assessment invite came in about 6 hours later...

Tips for the Interview: Be real, be genuine, be bold, be smart, Learn to quickly cover up any blunder you make, make eye contact always and try to smile as much as u can.... and yes, please get a very fast internet connection to avoid frustration.
It is important to get an idea of what Shell is looking for in terms of skills, and read up their vision and core values.
Also think up challenges faced and leadership positions held. In all, learn to back up your answers with an ideal story, tied back to how suited you are for the job. be passionate about what u say. Finally, have you heard about STAR?

For those yet to take the test, the numeric is mere basic arithmetic and percentage calculations that u dont need a calculator sef. of course you dont need a calculator for "45 x 0.5" do u?
For verbal, be confident as it is just cehap antonyms and synonyms... forexample i am sure everyone knows the opposite of essential right? if u dont, then dont even bother taking the test
The abstract is particularly interesting... i finished with almost 2 minutes to spare.

If after all these u still dont Ace the assessments, my dear you need to go for spiritual cleansing
