Niice one. The attires look beautiful as a momental / one time wear but does not look too practical as an everyday/occasional wear. Too busy. |
Olokin innit Waawu so Mr Aare ona Kakanfo is already confering titles on people ? That was fast. |
Ngokafor:Chinese do business here, not bring their entire generation over to live here their whole lives here, marry here, die here and some getting buried here. Besides, the major reason Chinese are in Africa is to compete with the West and expand their Global influence, not really for the profit because the truth is that china gives out nore money in loans to africans than they get back via petty businesses! Besides how many chinese are in Nigeria compared to china’s 1.3billion people? Now conpare the number of Igbos in SW to those remaining there and spot the difference. Some of you people reason like people with IQ in the low 70s |
Wooow Inpressive I must say. ![]() I see haters everywhere saying all sort of negative things because it’s not their language being spoken. Lmao ![]() Gentlevin:Lol mumu did someone who flew to Dubai to shop tell you that she didn’t buy her return flight ticket already? You think people just buy one way tickets and zoom off to Dubai? Ode. |
Wtf is bailey? ![]() |
Eje Jesuuu o! |
victrick105:Which one be throw stone again? |
Who did this to Nigerians? |
... |
Yemike:Who cares if you are Yoruba or Gogobiri? That is the number one method to catch Impostors- After finishing all the lies and rubbish they want to type, they’lll be like: Mind you, I am from ______ (Insert tribe name here), Therefore what I am saying must be fact. |
www.nairaland.com/attachments/6142790_thievescaughttodayinigboukwuanambrastatepictures009_jpg6ecb49c623656ea0b93f4af7daecc290See the one on the left’s tiny Igbotic weiner, smh! IPOB and their small pricks. ![]() |
Jaiyeola24:How can Afonja impose a ruler on something he sacked and destroyed? ![]() Afonja revolted against Oyo NOT Alimi so what you are saying is complete rubbish. Alimin was a mercenary and Afonja had to be killed via backstabbing before Alimi could usurp the leadership of even Ilorin township, so pray tell how exactly he could have imposed anything on Oyo town with Afonja his enployer and superior alive and kicking? Are you okay? Again the Yoruba Obas on kwara are not subject to the Emir in the cultural sense, except you are confused and mistaking being the “appointed head” of Kwara state traditional rulers council to meaning they are traditionally under him- unless you want to tell us of any traditional connections between the Enir in Ilorin and towns like Erin Ile, Shaare or Oro which we don’t know. And if you are verse in history you would have known that after afonja was killed the marauding fulanis later came back for remnants of the old Oyo enpire and the rest of Yorubaland, only to be defeated by the Ibadans, not once but Twice. They never came back after their defeat. Sincerely speaking I don’t want to inst you but you are a complete Idio.t and a cancerous mole in the Yoruba ethnic community. Your types are the ones causing problems for us. |
SuperSuave:Lol they (Ilorin prople) are NOT Fulani, except for a hardly noticeable micro community. Perhaps they are Fulani by mouth sha. Loool And how exactly did Ilorin local governments conquer other Yoruba local governments except for the fact that Ilorin is the government designated state capital? Did the Igbominas, Ibolo or Ekiti Kwarans tell you they are Caliphate people ? Ps: Barubas as you might want to call them are also known as Baribas. |
Furthermore.... Broken English refers to a poorly spoken or ill-written version of the English language, sometimes considered a pidgin. Under the strictest definition of the term, broken English consists of English vocabulary grafted onto the syntax of a non-English speaker's native language.EXACTLY what pidgin is in Nigeria. |
If I give the same text in proper English to three different speakers of pidgin, one in Lagos, one in Sapele and the other in Calabar and ask them to do aome traduction , it would surprise you how different what they come up with would be. The only binding factors between the three translations might end up being just the general Idea. Let’s. Ot mid ourselves here, Pidgin has no fixed grammar or atructure. The partial structure obtainable in pidgin as it were, is largely derived from english just like most of the vocab, and word order (SVO) don’t differ most of the time, with the rest derived from innovations based on the local languages spoken in the local vicinity where the particular version of pidgin is being spoken. I see am - I saw it And I began to sing - As I come dey sing Etc |
SuperSuave:They are Bariba. Baribas have 2 LG, Nupe have 2 LG The rest are Yoruba. |
SuperSuave:Baruten is not Nupe. |
.... |
RedboneSmith:Pidgin has no structure abeg. A creole has a structure but a pidgin does not. That is why Pidgin in Nigeria differs from place to place and is constantly changing and evolving to include new forms and convoluted ways of expressing the same things that already had a previous form. In short, no rules. The way someone in Jos will speak pidgin (structure, grammar and all) might significantly differ from what you may hear in Benin. What makes pidgin not broken English? |
mayberry1:So what is pidgin?? Does “Make I come dey go” sound like rich use of English (either spoken or written) with perfect grammatical tenses and lexis? ![]() Pidgin= Brokin abeg. |
Wait oooo So before them , what have UNIUYO law students been graduating from law school with? ![]() |
ReorxTohGan:Lol only the pretty ones are snapping since na dem get the confidence na. |
frenzyduchess:Rotflmao!! |
Broken Language- Indeed, the name is apt. |
Wooow , Axum didn’t perish in the Mogadishu bomb blast? |
Because people were curious to hear what his music would sound like. |
Igi Ìwé! |
Konquest:Exactly. I remember when I used to view EQG’s wiki article and there was nothing like Igbo in it. Now some people have edited it and included Igbo there under the “others” category. I am not saying it is wrong though- but then, how true is it as well. Sketchy things will always look somehow sketchy- and to be sincere with you this looks sketchy. Yorubas in Benin and Togo is well documented, Efiks and Ejaghams in Cameroon arr well documented, Hausa in Niger isn’t even a question- why is the Igbo in EQG one just being discussed IN 2017 if it is a long established fact? What do you have to say about the aecond entry I posted from joshua project? |
IHEJIRIKAisBOKO:=N=5? ![]() |
enugu419:Haha Touché. Also, it happened in Brazil- but according to Ndi IPOB, Afonjas don’t travel, Lmao. |
