Ariani: Sagay is an honest man, he says it as it is.
He had been consistent, he had never pretended to have any love for Ndiigbo.
Those his outbursts are exactly the sentiments of most Nigerians towards the Igbo, irrespective of their educational attainment, just that many are very good at hiding their's.
Ndiigbo should stop feeling like anyone owe them fairness and justice, no one owe you a dime, it's a brutal world, if you want it bad enough, you take it.
Ndiigbo should be happy for the existence of painfully blunt individuals like Sagay, if only the Igbos are strategic enough and not petulant, they should be silently be thankful to Sagay, and be puting to good use, his sentiments that mirrors those of other Nigerians. in a more simpler term explain what you mean. I mean your own personal stand. |

nigeriaone: Izu1 said" I have travelled almost all the villages in Anambra state, brodas there is no way Ogun and Ondo even put together can be more populated than anambra u guys should travel and see for yourself. "
MY REPLY: But SATELLITE PICTURE can't not find this big towns you claim, I understand, that this is passionate for you, since you want to be proud of where you come from, I understand your pain and the need for you to MANIPULATE INFORMATION so that your state can get more allocation from GOVT, but census is more than getting allocation, AND PICTURE DO NOT LIE, The biggest cities is Anambra state is Onitsha, and even satellite picture shows is it about the same size as place like ore in ondo state, while Akure and Ondo are far larger than Onitsha,
HERE IS MY QUESTION TO YOU, what would NASA or google or russian space agency gain by deleting satellite of Igbo states, or of kastina, jigawa, kebbi , bauchi , sokoto and other which the fraud 1991 census claim where so so populate but thanks to TECHNOLOGY AND SATELLITE PICTURE , we all now know that IBB 1991 census was a mere lie,
Izu1 said" I have traveled to ondo state and I tell u my brothers that apart from Akure and Ore we do not have any town that is as big as any of the towns mentioned above.""
MY REPLY: Then you have not travel to ondo state, ore come 6 or 7 in size in ondo state, After ondo, okitipupa, Ikare akoko, owo, Akure etc CHECK SATELLITE PICTURE,
Izu1 said"Checking properly you will find out that 30% of the people leaving in the Ondo and Ogun state's are Igbos."
MY REPLY: THis is a joke O, IT is not 30% igbo but 100% IGbo, You must be joking, pls friend sentiments aside, if we are to go by the the size of cities, umuahia should be more populated than onitcha, or orlu more populated than okigwe. I am not here to defending any south eastern city. By satelite image onitcha is comparable to some slums in sw like ore. But the human traffic is way more than that of ore. |

(only on abia) Aba is grossly under estimated. Aba is made up of 7 highly dense LGAs. Umuahia, ohafia and aro chukwu in abia state have population density between 200000-500000 and i wonder who did this unreliabble population estimates because it is never a census. I think states should embark on its own census as a preliminary to the national census. False figures like this affect investment, planning and other necessary factors |
Politics › Re: Why Is South-south Often Referred To As 'the East'? by Scholes007(m): 8:54pm On Jan 09, 2016 |
9jaStar: Don't deceive yourself. The vast majority of the people in the parts outside of the Igbo areas did not want any part of Biafra. That is why the Igbos termed them 'saboteurs' and killed people indiscriminately. We will not forget. And we will not be part of any Igbo agenda.
If you Igbos want Biafra (and a lot of the educated/intelligent Igbo friends I know are not interested), that's your problem. But don't try to rope others into it for your own interests. It won't work ok i will not want unnecessary arguement. Thanks for you observation. |

This is a very good question but from a very tilted mind.
Is 2nd niger bridge a state project?
What do you mean by when they were holding juicy position? Were you planning not to excute any federal projects there again? The question should be how will nigeria and it's states fair during this oil down turn. Any way last time i check it is mostly federal roads in SE that is in a terrible state. And i most commend the effort of the immediate past and present administration on their interest on some of the roads lately.
For now i think SE as a region is one of the zones that has taken steps to diversify its economy. By the way I will not like to chat on it because i already know what will be the outcome. |

Jeremyaaa09: We as nigerians in the cyberspace must as a matter of urgent importance support the government and media to suffocate the terrorists using the media platforms. I want to quote Margaret Thatcher who stated "media is the oxygen on which terrorists depend" which was further reiterated by Lai Mohammed today. Terrorists want to be popular because the more they become popular, the more they achieve their goes of instilling fear, terror and devastating psychological effects on the citizens and beautifully, the Nigerian media space is being used to achieve this. I agree we have the right to know but I want you all to also know that currently, BH is happy with the media for helping their mission of terror. Its high time the media stood on the side of the government to protect the citizens from terror and halt all forms of terrorism through well censored reportage in terms of content especially. When BH strike, they don't count their victims per head and they calmly wait for the media to tell them how successful they were and how weak the govt forces were. Also, the media must stop publicing intelligent information against terror groups as it aids in changing their modus operandi. Of what good is it to both the media and her audience if the death toll was 26 or over 50? Will it not be on the gain for the BH sect to measure the degree of their success and ways to improve? Does it not cause more panics to us all? Please our media, use the cyberspace infrastructure to weaken and suffocate terrorists rather than making them terror/dreaded celebrity. Use the social platform as a tool for sustaining peace and democracy. God bless the media, God bless the military, God bless Nigeria.
N.B: I am not a lying liar nor a wailing wailer but a true Nigerian. I am very much ashamed of your defenceless defence. So we should keep lying to ourselves in order to win the terrorist? From you logic the terrorist don't do head count of the dead but the media, hence the media should release less number of casualt to the public in order to win them. Right? I. What happens if they(the terrorists) get less number casualt from them media were they still have more capability to inflict more damage on the citizens? II. What will be the fate of the ignorant citizens of the nation? III. How will that put a permanent end to the insurgency? And so on. I am not here to celebrate or mock the high rate of illiteracy in the nation, but to plead with some of you that term yourselves the well educated and highly sensible to at least stop misleading people especially when it involves life and death. Call a spear a spear. |

disumusa: i realy investigate the geneses of hate between hausa and ibo, the old man said b/4 indipendent ibo use to go any part of nigeria to steal and cary arm to rob and their women migrate to sw,north to prostitude asawo. i would have not made a comment on this topic but this kind of lies(forktale) told by some elders is one of the major problem with the nation. Culturally in those days before indepentence, the igbos were mostly not engage in anything robbery or similar vices. The "rikichi" (viewed as robbers then) were highly prohibited by every clan and they never used guns in their operations as the could not afford it (mostly because they were outlaws). Any hint of their presence calls for emergency call for every village near the area. So i wonder how a society that has a very strong cultural condemnation against anything stealing turns to be a fertile ground for breeding robbers. |
