ZooOga:Indeed the allegations are laughable. Ohakim, like many Nigerian politicians, past and present, may have his own shady side, but this woman has clearly fabricated a whole lot of bu llshit, simply to blackmail him and tarnish his image further. She had N500million to buy a land, but doesn't have a mere 50-100k to verify the genuineless of the land or the simple intellect to ask for documentary proof of the land before paying. She also claims to have provided the money in cash and kind. Even many poor and illiterate people in Nigeria have the basic knowledge to know they must have documentary or other official proof of payment they make, for as little as say 10k,talkless of one clown claiming to have paid millions. I believe that indeed this phantom allegations are an afterthought of the lady after her phony and shady ways may have been found out or after a business deal, not related to this, went sour. |
pocohantas:And world changing. |
theophorus:This is the part that pains me the most. It's obvious many Nigerians are contracting the virus due to the millions interracting and in close proximity to each other daily, but are not coming down with the disease or recovering unconsciously,as I have believed and so stated for a long time. It should thus have been a matter of research to find out what in our body system or environment is giving majority of us this hidden protection, which even the Wilder world could gain from. No,we as blacks instead do things the way we are used to, assigning everything to the spiritual, even when we claim to have people that have degrees in science and logical reasoning. |
Osagyefo98:Of what political relevance is fani kayode to any party in the first place, none. It's not a secret that many SS and SE PDP governors secreted worked against Atiku, for personal gains and maybe get protection from investigation by the government in power. Nigerian politicians have no principle at all. Here it is politics of anywhere belle face. |
Without going into the story, something tells me there is something fishy in this report. |
Amanee:She claims to be on 18k salary, gives let's say on average 14k to parents and siblings.Left with 4k monthly and sometimes even less. For eg,after the last salary, she was left with just 1k. Ask yourself how does she commute to work? How does she feed? How does she buy toiletries as a female on a monthly basis. Unless she is into other runs which her parents and siblings know about and are not ashamed to indirectly be encouraging and are thus subtly using it to blackmail her into getting more money because they know she earns more money from her other runs. That is the only logical reasoning here because she can't survive on the mere 3k she is left with monthly. |
How can they agree to pay Sancho £340k per week. What has he achieved to deserve that. Even Sterling,a proven talent is not earning that much. The same mistake the i diots made with Sanchez and Chelsea made with Hudson Oboi. After 10 games, the blames, regrets and excuses would follow. |
Rubbish report. The people behind these secret Reporters should be fished out and health a bitter lesson so that blogs would stop from tarnishing people, organisations and establishments names. How will a bank swindle a society of a mere 400k. Even a kid would know this is pure hogwash. But if they are allowed to continue, blogs like this would continue getting away with libelous and even sometimes criminal publications. |
Nigeria is indeed one of the 8th wonders of the world. With loosening of social distance, more crowded places,no adherence to face masks wearing, increased interactions in buses, travelling and the rest, our numbers instead of going up,is reducing. No wonder the developed world see us as clowns and jesters, better suited for the theatre for amusement purposes. |
LastProphet:Even d 3000 workforce is a scam. I av never for one day seen Onyeama as a genuine businessman. He is a corporate Yahoo man to me. Arik to me was even better than him,Arik just took poor financial and business decisions, trying to grow too fast, too soon, without the requisite funds coming partly from the business operations itself and not entirely borrowed funds. I maybe wrong though. |
crackhouse:Guy cool down. Even though the figures maynot represent the true picture, the numbers reported are for the particular days the results came out. So if by say Thursday this week your result comes out they may include it in Thursday's figures and so on. Though it's also a fact the figures are being manipulated. |
mu2sa2:Christians would rather write the examination than miss it because of church because a good Christian knows the value of education. Besides you can attend other services at other times of the day or at worse skipping one Sunday service for the extreme devotees won't take anything away from any Godly person. 5months of service have been missed, why didn't God's wrath fall on the world if He is that pissed about it? |
teamoneline:So a young person cannot have BP issues? Sometimes the ignorance of Nigerians and their determination to remain in that ignorance is astounding. Please visit a hospital if you value your life. At least a government general hospital if you are scared of cost. If your history is correct, you maybe dealing with an angina(Google it)and the earlier it's evaluated the better for u. |
They are more or less divesting from foreign ownership of the franchise to Nigerian ownership. I may sound unpatriotic or harsh, but I am always suspicious of Nigerian owned large business, particularly the ones owed by Nigerians since 1999. The source of funds, running of the business with actual funds or profit from it are always suspicious to me. When businesses are run by funds derived from politics,or from those borrowed from banks with no intent of refund or genuine servicing of the loans, sooner or later it runs into trouble. It's better ShopRite retains it's original ownership with minority Nigerian stake |

FnbAutos:So why didn't you put up the one for this particular car you are advertising on a free medium,if you are acting your own age? It's easy to modify one's original post. Instead of admitting you didn't put the price initially and have now done so,you are here claiming wisdom. |
flokii:In your childish attempt to sound intelligent, you just gave out how unintelligent you are. The same Nigeria that imports almost 90% of it's cooking gas, more than half ironically from the same U.S you say have a safer cooking gas, different from the one we use? Going by your fu llishness,U.S. sells to us a cooking gas different from the one they use,so as to depopulate us? https://www.vanguardngr.com/2020/02/nigeria-imports-82-of-cooking-gas-consumed-in-one-month-―pppra/ |
Hargbo:The ringing of his phone is likely a PR gimmick. He wants to give the impression he is a very busy and well sought after businessman when people hear him always answering a call. Childish because all the people that put up their car prices here are adults that understand that every product must come with a clearly started price tag, even if it's negotiable. |
flokii:Please educate us on the hazards of cooking gas. What the world over is using. So you rather we all return to wood and charcoal stoves? Apart from being the cleanest, cooking gas is ironically very safe. It's the cylinders, piping and environment where the aforementioned are used you should be talking about if you have any idea of what you are even saying. |
From the arithmetic to the legal reasoning, that SC judgement that installed Uzodinma was error cast and embarrassingly shameful;but in Nigeria where honor is better seen in dogs than office holders;they would soon find another utterly embarrassing reason to dismiss this suit. |
Nothing, absolutely nothing in the report gives credence to the claim in the story that the drugs are fake. So Nigerian police can know a fake drug by just looking at it? Besides, aside tramadol and codeine, none of the drugs in the list are banned,so why the sensationalism in the report? Oh,I forgot,it's the Vanguard newspaper,a glorified blog with poorly,if at all trained journalists on their pay roll. |
That this man is a professor of medicine sometimes beats my imagination. From once being quoted to have said that Lagos State miraculously went from average 400 infections to zero on a particular day, which quickly got rubbished by hundreds of positive infections a day after his statement,to this stupendous claim of almost a million spent on patients per day,you wonder what he sometimes thinks before talking. The previous health commissioner was not that flappant and off target with his utterances. Besides that and I maybe wrong, but I have not seen any evidence of a seriously ill Covid 19 patient in Nigeria on the much touted and glorified ventilator. All we here are people on isolation on CQ,fruits, azithromycin, multivitamins etc. Where are the seriously ill patients on intensive care on ventilators, round the clock monitoring etc, that warrants his claim of 1million/day of management ? |
SaintBeehot:If he was paying them about 30k, which is most likely, those 92 aides would amount to just under N3million. For a senator that is earning close to 45-100million per quarter, asides other millions from constituency allowance,u can see that's chicken change. Most of them after political office can hardly employ 5 people and pay them even that meagre 30k regularly. Political office money is cheap, huge and not accountable. |
KwaraRat:Stop talking like someone without a proper education and commonsense. It's only drunkards in the village that should be bringing up such balderdash. Without the likes of Bill Gates, easily preventable diseases would be decimating your likes. |
sweerychick:Education has suffered a bad blow to it's reputation |
Celebrating a criminal. The truth is the average Nigerian does not see anything wrong in crime. Very shameful bunch. To see how perverted and crime born he is,he as a multibillionaire then returned and gave d woman who fed him on free then a paltry 5k! I bet that same period he was giving out at least 100k for just touching the boobs of an olosho. |
MEGA4BILLION:Simply and well captured. The party was built on propaganda, half truths and outright falsehood. They won the first general election using the above, and in the second they subsequently advanced to outright rigging where they knew their propaganda and lies failed. |
Incoherent balderdash.
Seems like the rantings of that deranged ademusiwa |
