Direct jobs is a lot.
He should watch out for the frustrations Dangote and his FG agents will create for him because some of the areas he wants to delve into are areas Dangote wants to colonise, with the help of government,to himself alone.
Even some government officials in Delta State where the project will be cited and which will directly benefit the state first, may become saboteurs, once Dangote gets to them.
Politics › Re: Kanu's Medical And Feeding Regime Emerge Amidst Failing Health Claims by seborrhic: 1:20pm On Feb 02, 2023
It's only f ools that would believe Kanu is being starved or denied proper care in prison.
What would it serve the interest of the government for him to die in custody knowing the havoc it would cause in Nigeria and the damage it would do the government in the international community?
Of course they know there are some Nigerians that can believe any rubbish,no matter how nonsensical, that's the audience those claiming Kanu is being starved and maltreated, want to get across to.

Everytime he posts or says something you just begin to scratch your head and ask yourself if it's the same person that founded naira land that just said what you heard or posted what you read.

All easy measures to do online transactions ought to have been put in place before introducing this silly cashless policy causing suffering for Nigerians. Just coming back from the bank now it's like the half of population of the entire town queues on the ATM just to withdraw why? Cos there is no alternative, if there is, people will make use of it or who like to suffer? . No bank app has been doing well since 3 days ago, i can't open my bank app. Thank God say i have some money left on my Opay, that's how i have been surviving. The West we guys want to copy has many means of doing transactions online; Apple pay, Samsung pay, NFC e.t.c
So it's not just mine.
Since Monday been unable to use bank application.
I have sent mail several times and was getting scared that my application has been hacked. The only thing that has strengthened me is that I have not seen any alert of withdrawals,so I believe it isn't hacked.
The little cash with me I now treasure it like kilode and everyday I go to check that the pere cash is still there. grin

I am a graduate of Physiotherapy, after completing my NYSC I started job hunting but nothing was working. I got an email for a job interview in Kaduna only to get there and it turned out they were fraudsters; I was abducted and my account was emptied (funds I was saving to process my UK practicing license) and they also collected ransom from my family before dropping me off after 3 days.

I kept searching for job but it almost seems like it’s spiritual cos one moment something promising is coming up and then all of a sudden i get a negative response.

I cry all night atimes without my family knowing and my family even had to go into debt to pay the ransom initially.

I am just loosing my mind. I feel lost
Painful.
How much ransom did you family pay and how much was in the account of yours they emptied?
Also which bank and method did they use, direct transfer,ATM or POS?
Politics › Re: JUST IN: Adeleke Approves Payment Of Arrears Of Half Salaries by seborrhic: 9:10pm On Feb 01, 2023
Even though the ousted APC governor, oyetola and his predecessor, the horrible Aregbesola, were disasters,Adeleke is here trying to be smart by half.
They would pay areas of half of January 2019,then each quarter another months's half.
Effectively if Adeleke is to complete his term of office,at 4 years,he would have cleared just 9months areas,or in practical terms, just up to September arreas of 2019!

I support Tinubu...

But ermmm ermmm.

Baba is getting a bit too aggressive oo

It shows Nigeria will definitely change if he becomes President.

Fearless unlike Atiku who reversed the Deborah tweet. Or Obi smiling like a fagg0t up and down.

His rivals are really stupid and lily livered. They should be the one shouting aggressively now.

Tinubu will ALWAYS be a Don.
Honestly if not for his Muslim Muslim ticket and the presence of obi in the contest, Tinubu would have been the candidate to turn Nigeria around and to beat.
Anyone that is voting Atiku instead of Obi to spite Tinubu is a big fool.
Another northern criminal in office for another 4 years is a disaster one sees and still goes into.

Charge and bail lawyer.
Assuming she even meant to say popsy,it means her dad bribed some lecturers or used connection to see her through.
We all know it's all lies though.
That is one thing with many women and girls, they act or say things before thinking.
Listen to a woman when she has a quarrel, even with her husband, boyfriend or even a family member, she would utter all kinds of things, truth, partial truth or outright lies just to make the opposing person look horrible to anyone that heard, and they can even shout all these obscenities at 2am,to ensure even the sleeping wake up to hear whatever she is saying.

I thought Gbaja was threatening to arrest Emefiele! How come he visited the HoR and the speaker didn't ask security operatives to pick him up? Yeye dey smell.

By the way, why are they going back and forth with this naira redesign policy? undecided
Did you complete secondary school?
That if he still fails to appear, they would issue a warrant of arrest for him.Since he has appeared,no need for the arrest!
It's just that the nass is full of clowns and criminals who are only interested in how much they can get for being there,if not, they would know the constitution grants them a lot of powers,in their oversight functions.
That's why people don't take them serious, but at least any person that passed through a secondary school should have understood what Gbaja said.Unfortunately, you didn't.

Why am i seeing antibiotics as part of the treatment for what is a viral infection?
For superimposed infection.
All that difficult to stop scratching can open up some of the pores, with those dirty hands you may introduce bacteria into the pores of the chicken pox.
Hence the need for the antibiotics atimes.

Rubbish!
So it's the Islamic tenet that made them to dispense to the poor?
What of Buhari,is he not a Muslim, does he think of the poor?
What of Dangote, the richest African. When he is fixing his exorbitant, monopolistic prices for cement, flour etc, does he think of the poor,or is he not also a Muslim?

Johnrake69:
This was what Yaradua was trying to avoid by issuing more import licence so as to crash the price of cement back in 2007.

Dangote even threatened a whole sitting President back then.

We never see anything. When Dangote is done with Nigerian economy many will be eating from the dustbin.

Cement is so expensive considering the fact that he pays almost nothing as royalties for our minerals. #25 per ton of limestone is what Dangote pays but price of cement is constantly on the increase. Dangote's economic impact means it's cheaper to import cement than buying the cement we manufacture in Nigeria.

Next will be petroleum products.

Beggar thy country men has always been Dangote's ideology.
The same thing he would soon do with fuel.
I told people that were jubilating that with soon to come onstream of Dangote refinery, that petrol would not only be abundant but relatively cheaper that they are all imps and f ools.
I categorically stated here that Dangote won't be bought at the pump at less than ₦350.
It has not even come on stream and fuel is already ₦350.
When he comes on board,CBN would not give preferential forex to importers because they would tell them Dangote is producing fuel.
That they can import fuel if they want but have to source their own foreign exchange.
By the time importers calculate and find that to just break even, they have to sell their black market dollar sourced, imported fuel at ₦650-₦750,they would start seeing selling at ₦450 with Dangote fuel as a bargain.
Una never see anything!

IMASTEX:
Which pressure? The one he is part of or even created. How can a new note be launched since last year with a close timeline yet until this week all the banks are still paying with old notes. Who then is to face out the old notes. Britain has a new note with a timeline till 2024 for the old ones. Once old ones get into the bank, it doesn't come out.
Mr man there are many f ools in this forum that sometimes even replying to their posts makes one very angry.
Someone supporting an incompetent and corrupt CBN governor that has come up with another nonsensical policy his limited brain didn't think through.
What you just said is the simple, commonsense way to implement this naira policy, which is what every government with CBN governor with a commonsense would do:give a reasonable deadline, which in my opinion should be at least a year. Then, which is the most important part of the steps to ensuring the policy works:any old note that goes to the bank is never recirculated, then ensure the banks have new cash to meet up with 80% of estimated cash demand for each day.
If the non circulation of old notes and good percentage of new cash demand need is met,I bet you, before 6months of a year deadline, there would be just a few customers that would still have the old notes in their possession.

Politics › Re: LASG Reverse Itself On Filling Stations Operating Between 9am And 4pm by seborrhic:
jydeskill1:
Why reversing it? The filling stations are wasting our productive hours on the road burning the same fuel which is not available. Only today, Ikeja along was free from cement because the Oando filling before Airport turning obeyed the rule. We spent less than 10min for a trip we usually spend more than an hour.
Then where will you see the fuel to buy when you have to rush out by evening time to attend an urgent matter or an emergency and your car or cab you boarded runs out of fuel?
Where will fire trucks, hospital emergency vans or other emergency vehicles have the fuel to take emergency cases to a referred facility or when a woman in labour has to be rushed to the hospital and there is no vehicle in sight or the one that is available has very little fuel and not sure of it being enough to take her to the hospital?
The same utterly stupendous and mentally deranged reason they gave,to avoid long queues, would even play out more with this 9am-4pm utter crap because most transport owners knowing that limited time will all be queueing up to be in the queue during that same period.
Many people don't even know that the same stiffled economic growth caused by lack of electricity is also made worse by almost all filling stations in Nigeria closing by 8pm or max 10pm.
If half of the fuel stations in Nigeria or even 1/4 are open for 24 hours the growth to the economy and direct/indirect employment that will cause will be enormous.
But one imp comes up with a stone aged 9am-4pm idea, and some people even see merit in it!
Some of you have sawdust for what you call a brain!!

To know that some of these high government officials have degrees and are parading certificates gives credence to the expression some people make that "school is a sham".
How a commissioner, agency head etc, came up with such utterly pathetic idea in the first place,is enough to investigate the degrees and certificates they have been using.
