Dear Doc. / All,

I just finished chating with a childhood friend of mine who recides in Pennsylvina, in the U.S.

She told me that her Dad has been ill for sometime now and dignosised with Emphizima.

She nearly resign to faith, but I believe somehow that he will gain back his health soonest.

His currently has alot of trouble breathing, cant walk more than 100ft with out running out of air,he coughs a lot, and when he blows his nose, it comes out black, he is very weak and tired all the time, though his tongue colour is still as same as it were before he got ill.

His currently dignosised with emphizima and we are looking for a herbal cure or any available cure. The tablets given him now were those that will treat him, but not cure! I mean just to make death easier for him or something close to that.

Please try reply as soon as possible to enable us know our faith.

I have past the levels of being deceived by miracles or contemplating so, i through the help of the spirit, perform miracles.

How can one know if a miracle is faked ? What will make you conclude that is fake or real? I mean what do you check out for in miracles that makes you believe should be real or fake?

From which angle do you view the geniuty or fake aspect of this miracles?

Well, if you direct that to me, I will say is the proofs. Like those I stated earlier.

A limited number of men and women will be resurrected to life in heavem. as kings and priests with Jesus, they will share in undoing all the effects of death that mankind inherited from the first man, Adam. (Rom. 5 vs 12, Rev. 5 vs 9, 10.

How many will God take to heaven to rule with Christ? According to the Bible, only 144,000 (Rev. 7 vs 4; 14 vs 1). God will give each of these resurrected ones a spirit body so that they can live in heaven. (1 Cor. 15 vs 35, 38, 42 - 45; 1 Peter 3 vs 18.

By far the majority of those who have dies will be resurrected to a paradise earth (Ps. 37 Vs 11 , 29; Matt. 6 vs 10).

Part of the reason for resurrecting some to heaven is to complete God's purpose for the earth. Jesus Christ and the 144,000 in heaven will progressively bring obedient mankind back to the perfection that our original parents thew away.

Then what about hell?

Have you ever wondered, whose worship does God accept? A certain woman may have had such a question come to her mond when she spoke with Jesus Christ near Mount Gerizim in Samaria. Calling attention to a difference between the worship of the Samaritans and that of the Jews, she said: " Our forefathers worshiped in this mountain; but you people say that in Jerusalem is the place where persons ought to worship." Jn. 4 vs 20

Did Jesus tell the Samaritan woman that Gd accepts all worship? or did he saw that specific things are required to please God?

Whose worship does God accept? the Islam, Christian, Jewish, Buddaism, e.t.c. ?

Or let me put it this way, if you are to compare the life then, and that of now, would you suppose or expect those you listed to come on camera with all thier miracles or allow the miracles to speak for themselves?

Is a general believe especially in this part of the country that for you to excel as a church, you need to cook a very good miracle video with lots of graphics and animations, I sorry for those that believe in all they see!,

If you are a man of God, rich and your followers are poor, then you are bad man of God, They were sent forth, he who has two garments, should give one out, while he travels with only one or so; not greedy pocket scrappers, even helping in looting our national money.

Satan too has pattern of miracle, if you don't believe or know before, I believe you should, by now.

An example of Satan's miracle is:

1. when Moses dropped his rode and it turned to a snake, satan helped his men to do same ( have you not read that too)?

2. The little girl for-telling through the aid of the demon that posses her, and her deliverance + the way her masters lost the capital investment on her (Have you not red about that too in the scripture)?

The list can you on and on, until you can no longer control me to stop.

HIV / AIDS healing miracles, and its like, do they still exist TODAY?

Well, I believe there are good reasons for observing such practices but I must confess that this reasons have their deep root in the pagan doctrine.

This are doctrine inherited from Egypt. we need to watch out for the signs.

Miracle of life, I believe. Well, does that mean that the TV Miracles we watch every now and then are miracle of life as you claim? I mean someone on TV set saying am alive today,  because so so so prayed for me. ?

I want us to know see possibilities that HIV, AIDS, Hypoglacemia, and the rest instand miracles can be framed.

What do you think, Miracles without proofs are well, 

Someone raised a point on this thread that Did Jesus christ produce or show any evidence of all his miracles? I believe this point is not right, I equally believe that is was because of the evidence people of then behelf that made them believed totally in his ministry.

Maybe I should crave out some few examples;
You remember the man blind from birth? you remember almost everyone testified to his healing? You remember Lazarus's resurrection after the 4th day? you remember the testimonies that followed? You remember what happened at the beautiful gate? Do you think that was faked too?

I bet you can't compare the miracles in the scripture with the "Make look Real" we are currently seeing.

I know you will say if TV set happen to be in use during the era of Jesus early ministry, then Jesus Christ would have been on CNN or the best TV station huummm?

The Miracles TV show, Newspaper and bills journals are not meant to speak for themselves, Let the witnesses, speak it out. Even if it means off-set.

The last time stop watching Wresting was when I discovered it was all entertainment and not real. Same to Miracles, 89% are faked not real.

I don't mean to fray your nerves; but then I would appeal that when people make claims, we can believe them until further investigation reveals them as frauds. I know several such cases in large denominations, and we have to recognise these sad cases for what they are.

Meanwhile, am I to believe all spirit you say? not even to even test them? How do you intend investigating an already telecast miracle?

Which of the Bible school are you affiliated to? and is your certificate recognised?

The testimonies you shared are so great,  I don't really deny the fact that God helps us out in our day to day activities.

But, I think when we are talking about miracle, we should have not only a proof, but a very sound one. I could remember an aticle I read somewhere in a forum, stating clearly that when this TV miracles were investigated, they were all lairs,  I mean 89% of them.

The aticle clearly state where someone was asked after he testified about being HIV positive and recieved healing to produce his previous test result + the current result, he claimed he can't find it. When it was investigated in the Hospital where the previous and current test was done, the File was missing, not only missing but even the Hospital cannot remember doing such a test!

I believe all the testimonies here, Atleast if is glorifying God. Even when the one lies, that is left between him and GOD!.

Do miracles really happen today? if yes, how do you explain it to unbelievers? How fellow believers?

Well, the question still remain is Burial Ceremony bible based? you only have the story of Ascension and Transformation. The point still remain that Burial Celebrations are not Transformation, or are they? I mean take the case of Lazarus as a case study.

Ok, maybe the example am giving here is far fetched. What about hummm, someone around us that died last year, and we are fully booked to attend his Burial Ceremony or Funeral, Is that person going through expirience transformatioin as you claimed? or Ascension?

Meanwhile the verses that quoted transformation / Ascension, were they directed to Christains to start celebrating Burial Ceremony? I mean the Main Funeral itself!

I believe this bible verses are not in line with Burial Ceremony.

Meanwhile, the lords pass-over? are you talking about (before his death)? if yes, then why don't people celebrate Burial Ceremony before the dead dies? I mean say few days before ?

The Ascention story you quoted, huuummm,  is that a burial ceremony? what happens to the story from the cross to his tomb, I believe thats the burial process we are talking about here. Another of Lazarus, Where we were told that there is nobody celebration, eating dancing but people busy crying, crying and crying for the death of Lazarus.

I believe in Miracles, just as I have stated earlier in my introductory speech.

The last time I checked on miracle on TV was when NAFDAC / EFCC are proposing to start scanning or certifying every telecast miracles. I don't know if that has been passed yet or dumped to the dust-bin.

But we are trying to point at the movie type miracles, covered by the church alone, edicted by them and soon on. Just like 4get_me, witnessed a miracle in his life, and few days later he was able to heal more persons (though we had reference to only one yet).

Even your proofs can make a positive impact in the readers bible knowledge.

Huummmmm, other factors like?, worldly factors? factors that has to be with what people around us do?

please try point out few factors as you claimed !

The signs of the last days are strange things, we want to alert ourselves with the guidelines from the holy scripture and in order for us not to fall into any pit.

Lets forget self acclaimed respect for any pastor!, They might be evil somethings and one can not help but believe PERSONALLY in God. You and God alone, and not you your pastor and God.
