Your application is barley a month now and still within the standard processing times for Nigeria applicants. You should be expecting a response from IRCC by month end or in May.

It will end in praises.

Thank you sir..i will keep you posted on here.

You've no problem using your company account as the primary POF for your visa application. The post you quoted, was actually referring to applicant who is currently an employee in his/her respective place of work and now using company/employer's sponsorship as POF for a study visa application. Your case is quite different and appears logical in the Canadian immigration because you're the bonafide owner of this business and not an employee.

Keep all hope alive and don't be frightened.

It will end in praise

Thank you sir,i really appreciate you.

Hello Segzyndpep,

Your case is different. This won't pose as red flag especially if you demonstrate you have a reliable source of funds and economically established. No VO would refuse you because you used your owned company's account to want to study in Canada except if your failed to show convincing reasons about your intention to study and other aforesaid reasons. Its your money irrespective of the account its deposited and the VO understands this. Don't fuss over what isn't necessary.

All the best

Thank you sir,God bless you for this.

Calm down sir. One thing you and everyone on this forum need to know is no matter what you read on this forum, you must not panic. The information on here are a combination of rules and general guidelines. It is the duty of applicants to use their discretion when applying the information on this forum towards their own peculiar situation. From the information you provided, your situation is different and you should be okay.

If you were able to convince the visa officer via your letter that your business will not be affected, you and your wife are the only signatories to the account and submitted all the required documents then you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
Just so you know, I have seen people get approved with company account. Even though it is not always advisable but it has happened and still happens.

For future reference, what you should have done is transfer the funds (Living expenses and balance of fees) from your company account to your chequing/current account and explain the source of the funds. Also, you will submit your current and company account statements (to show source of funds) and other supporting documents.

P.s: For all applicants, once you have done your very best and submitted your application, leave the rest in God's hand. If you feel there is a need to add a document, use the webform.

Thank you,God bless you.

As I always advice prospective applicants on this thread, that the Canadian Visa officers doesn't regard company sponsorship for a candidate (employee) seeking for career advancement in Canada and the fact that no matter the amount in the company's account, the applicant's study visa application will still be turned down on the basis of financial insufficiency. This is as a result of several factors which I have listed in my previous post about Employer's sponsorship.

I prefer you're self-sponsored applicant, while your company provides a cover letter confirming the fact that you will be absorbed upon your return with a promotion in office and an increase in salary as the case maybe.

As per the direction of the visa process, follow the LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR A SUCCESSFUL CANADA STUDY VISA APPLICATION to begin your application.

It will end in praise.

Good evening sir,i am scared right now because i use my company bank as financial proof.I am the owner of the company and i already paid the first semester fee,my wife is a signatory to the account and i also proof that aswell.I dont have money on my personal bank account so i didnt use it at all.I state that she will continue with the operation of the company while i am away. What is my faith?I wouldnt mind having your email sir.

Well it looks very aristocratic and stylish, but there is nothing unusual here. I absolutely do not see the bright colors that are so needed in the modern world. You see, we already live in a boring world and everyday routine depresses us, so it would be very cool to add bright colors here. I also searched for a design for my kitchen for a long time and could not find anything suitable on the Internet because everywhere there were boring and monotonous designs. In the end, my friend advised me to find a couple of options on Homemakerschallenge and there really turned out to be very cool designs for the kitchen and bedrooms. By the way, you can find many more interesting things there ...

Hi My Fellow Australians

Happy New Year!

Is anyone relocating (or planning to relocate) to Sydney? My family and I and happy to host you for a few days till you find your accommodation and generally settle down. In fact you will be welcomed with hot, spicy Jollof and cold orange juice, with the possibility of dodo, and of course all for free.

What is in it for us? Nothing, or should I say the blessings of God.

So why are we doing this? Well, let's just say, it is our own way of giving back and serving God this year. When we arrived a fellow Nigeria we barely knew took us in, accommodated us and feed us for FREE. So yes we are giving back.

Why Should You Trust Us:
Good question. Unfortunately, I don't have a convincing answer. As Nigerians I know we know SCAM is real. But I am happy to answer questions to ease your fears.

Family Composition
We live toward Western Sydney
Family of 3
You get a room to yourself.
I wouldnt mind if you can help my migration processing,i have some amount but isnt enough.if its successful will pay back when am.in.

Can you assist me?i only have about 10k$ and i want to migrate but thats isnt enough to migrate as a student.I will appreciate your help.

There are oil companies here. One even recruited last month but honestly speaking, Germany has drastically reduced using renewable energy for now till 2030 or thereabout, what they use now is non-renewable energy like wind energy etc.
I think your profession will be of higher demand in America, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Russia, Norway etc but the opportunities here for oil workers is very small unless you plan to move to another country after your studies.

Am an interior designer here, pls advice is it something thats rewarding over there or i have to switch to something else.

So what happens when it is time to pay the other part of your tuition fee? It is not advisable to do that except if the person genuinely gives you the money to pay for your fees and not just to put in account and then removed

The truth is that i will raise the money before may which is the resumption. But i have to pay the first semester feb14 latest. That is the issue sir.I might have to defer though.

Also if i defer can i apply some months before the resumption?

Let me tell you the truth, might be hard to take but that's the gospel truth. You have to wait until you know you are financially capable of covering your tuition and living expenses before you start the process. For now, defer your admission and hustle for the rest of the money or get a sponsor (someone that can give you the other part of the money as loan or gift).

Thank you so much sir,Please what if someone sent money that can cover living expense and tuition to my account and i let it stay for a week before printing. Can it pass?Just thinking.I am an interior designee so i get contract most times so thinking any money that enter this Month i might let it stay for sometime before i transfer it.

UBC admission: 28th August
Online Application: 18th Sept
Biometrics Request: 20th Sept
Medical Request:16th Oct.

First time applicant.

My passport was to expire 3 months into the winter term and of course, my Visa's validity if granted wouldn't be longer than March, so I had to wait for it to drop to 6 months, then I applied for passport renewal. I also got my police clearance certificate in September.

Took me not less than a week to write a one and a half pages of SOP. I kept editing and restructuring, adding and subtracting. My strategy was to weigh the pros n cons of each point I try to make. Any information that I weigh n perceive could be misinterpreted, I thrower more light. For instance, my kids are part of my ties. The least is 2 years old. I felt the VO would wonder why a sane mother would want to leave her young child. At the same time, i felt the VO would also wonder how i would travel with a toddler given the intensity of my professional masters degree. I had to choose one side of the argument and gave solid reasons which sent a pointer to my determination to study and graduate with good grades while outlining adequate steps I've put in place for the welfare of the kids I'm leaving behind.

I also mentioned what I intend to do upon return and showed evidence of some tangible things I'd leave behind as a major fallback when I return. Each day I read my SOP, it made deeper meaning. I understood it differently and kept manipulating it until I was convinced that I had done noble. Worthy to mention is that I showed a career progression from my previous study and current work experience, to the intended program. Meanwhile, I attached an LOE to explain my previous US tourist Visa rejection, reason for not writing IELTS + correspondence from school confirming that IELTS would be waived if my UNN sends them a proof that I was taught in English, other source of income, family composition .

Meanwhile, I have a travel history(US and)
Self-sponsorship
Employed with a meagre salary
Printed n submitted the tuition n cost of living page as seen on the school's website.
Statement of account(4 months)
fixed deposit
Reference letter from bank
Transcripts
Proof of English Proficiency from undergrad school
Letter from employer(recent)
TCC
Pay stubs (3months)
Survey plans of properties in my name
Birth certificates of kids
Hubby n dad's biodata page.
Picture of just the kids together with a minor ward.
Confirmation letter from UBC on deposit payment
Conditional letter of acceptance
Tuition Fee is to be paid in 3 instalments

I think less is actually more. SOP was straight to the point so as not to bore the VO or divulge unnecessary information that could be used against me. For each information I gave, I asked myself if it was necessary and directly related to my application. Then I moved to weighing the implication of every possible answer. I actually set up a law court in my head.

For me, preparing and sending in my application was like preparing for a life changing exam. I almost gave up cos it was too much for just an application, but for the deposit I already made...I needed at least a rejection to get it back. lol

PS: I have an active EE profile and didn't delete for the purpose of this application. Afterall, my timeline in the morning is same even at night and what would be would be. It's not a do or die affair. Holding on to see what the end would be...

Meanwhile much respect to frankrobbin, justmellow and all those who take time to respond to questions on this platform. E no easy, I swear. See as hand dey pain me n I dey jump certain details wey I wan share. They'll definitely come sha...in due course whether or whethern't Visa is approved. Lol.

Much luv, fam

Can you help with my SOP?

Your colleague can transfer the money to you. However you need to briefly explain in your letter of explanation (LOE), the origin of the sudden lump sum deposit into your account as at the time of Application submission. If your friend will be sponsoring your education, a letter of financial support from him would suffice to further buttress the source of this funds.

Would you advice i make him my sponsor or i use my company account and make it self sponsor.I plan on making the transfer looks like a project money he will transfer it on different occasion and with different name.
