So sad.

If you know how insecure some men can be expecially when the woman has it it going for her.

A friend of mine who worked so hard to build a primary school, run an inter country educational business and owns two houses is being victimized by her husband.

The man feels so Insecure at the way she hustles.

He left for his family home 6 months ago and his back to her now.

These days I don't know what else to say to her other than:

"Watch your back"

She's is trying hard to make the marriage work because of the kids.

The man is not happy that's she's successful.

He keeps looking for new ways to make her miserable. But family and friends are tired of the whole stuff.

Stories like the one in this thread make me worry...

It's not so important .it's more of revenue.

How many danfo in this Lagos is road worthy, based on your experience with the inspection officer.

That paper doesn't make the vehicle road worthy.

From the statistics I saw, in February alone, only 5060 passed out of 56000 that was inspected.

If your car or vehicle is found wanting or have any issue, you won't be given road worthiness.

Sure. It varies from province to province. No matter the province, you have to write 3 PEBC exams, evaluating, MCQ and OSCE. After passing those, then you follow the provincial steps.
In ontario, if you pass all exams at one attempt, you go ahead with PACE ( a form of internship) the Jurisprudence.
Should take about a year and half to 2 years

In Lagos, they are very thorough with the whole inspection exercise.

Last month, I had to go three times before, I was given RDW.

The inspecting officers seemed to find a problem each time I went.

I found a hack and I passed the last time.

Making money online is so real.

I work as a freelancer and I make a lot of money via upwork and fiverr. I didnt buy any stupid course, everything I learned was from nairaland, YouTube and online blogs.

In making money online, you have to be pray to God and be patient, then you work super smart and hard.

If you are interested in freelancing, just go to the fiverr and upwork thread on nairaland they have 90% of the information you need.

Nobody should PM please because i don't have term to teach anybody.

The real peeps who make money don't have the time to teach anyone.

It's traumatic,
No breathing space
You get enemies if you take sides

A couple starting life needs all the privacy they can get.

Not people telling them how to eat, sleep, sit down or live their life.

Your life become public knowledge.

You need to inform everyone about your movements.

Stop her before she gets into what will ruin her fast.

Trust your instincts.

If you feel the man is manipulating her.

Hope your baby has a job or business she is running?

This animal came to feed on my chicks last night, luckily i was still awake i wrestled with it before i finally killed it.

At first i thought it was a dangerous animal because of the eyes reflections on torchlight.

This is the first time am seeing this animal, i thought it was a bush cat till i did google imagine search.

The search labeled it as Rusty-spotted genet.

At first, I took oats without sugar for close to 8 months. I use three crowns milk powder refill or Marvel. It tastes nice.

But these days my sugar level is a bit controlled, I throw in a pinch just to see what happens.

By the way, don't buy Quaker oats or any instant oats. They're not so healthy.

Buy steel cut or rolled oats.

If you can, buy the kit.

If you can't, go to a good Pharmacy around you, ask if they run tests for fasting blood sugar.

Or visit a hospital.

Before you do the test, makes sure you don't eat to take anything in the morning.

When you wake up, just head over to run the test. Go between 8am to 9am.

That's how I spent all of 2021 fighting diabetes.

No one is talking of high cholesterol levels.
That's what took me to clinic before I discovered diabetes.

From the tests, I had it for long I didn't know.

After meds and lifestyle modifications it went below 90.

From my experience, if you can control what you eat, you can fight it.

What helped me
✓ Eat oats every morning as breakfast
✓ Boil and drink mango leaves as tea. This works super fast and it tastes nice.
✓ Stick to wheat based foods and oats
✓ Change your milk. If you have diabetes use Marvel
✓ Go strict with doctor appointments
✓ You cant eat all fruits, Do more of cucumbers
✓ Forget White rice, do more of brown rice
✓ For swallow, grind your wheat at the market, unripe plantain flour, oatmeal
✓ For pap, use millet or the one people call baba

I wish I can go on and on.

Eat and exercise right!

i've been living under the fear of having a heart problem for more than five years, but my people refused that i should go for scan probably because of fear that it might be true, and there won't be money to care/treat it..

Do you have persistent chest pain that feel like you have an inner bruise.

Biko, don't kill yourself over something that you've not confirmed.

Trust me I have been there.

Sometimes these things might be psychological.

You might be going through something else,
Panic attacks, diabetes, anxiety issues, high cholesterol etc

Visit a specialist Hospital.

If it's what you fear, you might be asked to run an ECG and Echo to determine what's up.

Then if it's a heart related issue at your age, it can be well managed with:

Blood thinners,
lifestyle modifications
and strict supervision under a doctor.

Before if I talk long Grammar.

Save up some money, like 50k.

Confirm what exactly is wrong.

No matter the diagnosis

Don't worry You'll be fine.

Don't Start what you won't be able to control or finish.

Been on the lookout for this collaboration since Ed announced his interest in singing the song.

It turned out well.

Lesson learnt:

Ed saw potential in this song and came looking for Fireboy. Whatever it is you do. Keep grinding. Favor will find you.
