Ogbeni, ...and you are? The surest source? I suggest you wait till tomorrow to profess your faith based claim in your mid week service. No offence intended. We have gone past this profession of claims that do not hold water. I am an EH hopeful and would like to have closure the same time with GT but would not hurriedly embrace any consolatory and unfounded claims. After all, those saying EH have some waiting to do stated their sources like HR woman, friend, uncle etc. You can prove me wrong by stating your source. Like I said eatlier, no offence intended. The freers person here is the person without source, except for the pressure of waiting for APL, he comes here to get infor, laugh n logout..
When someone claim he gat info, aside the pressure of waiting, he feels "it shul happen so that the won't take him as a liar" as if he is responsible for releasing the list, Nor wonder Jarus once said, he don't want of to predict APL coming Dec 31st even though his source mentioned it..
I ask my uncle as i promise, he said " It can be Next week but Just hold on, when it will happen I will let u know" he didn't sound sure...
I think to be sourceless in this place is the best thing, i am now a floor member till APL drops..

APL will be out SOON as the GMD said.. but before then, let me drop an info I learnt about recently from my HR Source.. it has nothing to do with the release but rather with a very weird method applied in correcting the first list..

She claimed that a first list was submitted sometime in October but it was met with disapproval from Top Guns in government causing the initial delays and rancours.. mostly because it was claimed to favour more of the west and south and not enough of the north... According to her, on that day she informed us that the GMD called a very short emergency meeting after the Quiz Event, it was resolved that the list should be modified after which online documentation should follow..

.. she said they (HR DEPARTMENT) consequently proceeded to remove some names from some states in order to balance it by adding some names in order states.. NOW the weird gist is, CAN u imagine the method they applied in choosing the new names that were added... she said that in order to be fast with the selection and to make it fair, they logged into the dashboards of the candidates with high scores that were not selected before, then they checked the number of times each candidate had logged in since the interview and the regularity with which they logged in and from there, they selected over hundreds of new names based purely on how often they frequented their dashboard. when my boss asked her why,, she said since the candidates in question all had the necessary high score, they couldn't pick all, they needed a particular number and so it was down to luck... and for the method, she said the logic was that those who were continually checking their dashboard showed that they were really interested in the job and were eager to know if their status had changed but those who didn't log in oftenly might not care much bout the job..

mehn, I was shocked dat day.. that is how many of us here would be called by luck.. from dat day, I began to believe more in prayers ... people who were not in the original list, see how Fate turned tins around for their favour...... just with a weird reason of logging in to ur dashboard oftenly.. that's it... we wait.

Production can run round the clock but HR, ADMIN, SCM, IT as well as a couple of other support functions can wind-up a few days to the year end. What you have in most cases is just a Hand-Full of individuals in such support departments being present just in case while the bulk of them would have traveled.

Another thing I forgot to add is she said that given the amount of publicity the recruitment has faced of recent, the comprehensive list (FOR GT'S ONLY) would probably be published in a National daily FIRST, immediately before notifications are sent in order to display the veracity of its federal character. AND also that the recruitment is NOT hinging on any court case, that the NNPC committee set up to oversee the recruitment is bent on settling the matter out of court, series of meetings have been held with the lawyer in question and his lawyer...

.... And for the last recruitment that was done in NPA in 2014. Appointment letters were issued in 2016. Getting desperate now for a recruitment that was done few months ago is simply not necessary. The major thing is that your name should be on the list. The FG can take 40 years but your name will still come out.

They will call u a liar and all sorts of names now. I know someone who has been in Abuja for the past 3 weeks on top this same job. Infact he was given a list where he confirmed his candidates are on the list (only way I was certain they will recruit) . It's good to be hopeful but this is Nigeria I promise you. I think the energy spent here hoping could be used to lobby your senators, house members and everyone you know that can help. Try to raise money for the slots from a confirmed link. There are always slots available for the right price, make sure the person giving u d slot has an image to protect incase it doesn't go through and he needs to refund. But to think these things will just come to you in Nigeria especially this North dominated executive is simply being unrealistic. I Just feel I should put it here, it might help someone. Also remember that most of what these officials say on TV is different from the true fact

Only knew the answer to 3 out of the 5 questions asked.
