All guys are players. The way to know a guy is not a player is if he says he wants to marry you. The way to know that he's a player is if he leaves you for refusing him sex. That is what I have been saying all over the forum. Even if I am wrong, you cannot suffer any harm by following the way of no sex before marriage. |
I will neither confirm nor deny reports that I am or am not in a relationship at the moment. i will neither confirm nor deny my eligibility nor will I comment on my previous experience or inexperience in relationships. ![]() |
When the security of a person is at stake the issue of whether the only means of potentially saving the person's life is right or wrong becomes less important to me. |
If it's not sex, then it must be ... food ![]() |
jogego: what about browser exploits? Does your hardware firewall protect you from browser exploits? Vieira: Two questions, - Out of every 1000 installations of SP2 in your testing environment, how many were problematic? - Out of every 1000 unpatched Windows PCs owned by ordinary folks, how many will be compromised? You wll find that one number is much larger than the other. |
Wisdom, with which I would get back the money from the person who chose the money. What would you do if you are told that the Emir of Sokoto wants to see you personally? |
Kodewrita, the old testament does not support war. 7 "They fought against Midian, as the LORD commanded Moses, and killed every man. 8 Among their victims were Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur and Reba—the five kings of Midian. They also killed Balaam son of Beor with the sword. 9 The Israelites captured the Midianite women and children and took all the Midianite herds, flocks and goods as plunder. 10 They burned all the towns where the Midianites had settled, as well as all their camps. 11 They took all the plunder and spoils, including the people and animals, 12 and brought the captives, spoils and plunder to Moses and Eleazar the priest and the Israelite assembly at their camp on the plains of Moab, by the Jordan across from Jericho. 13 Moses, Eleazar the priest and all the leaders of the community went to meet them outside the camp. 14 Moses was angry with the officers of the army—the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds—who returned from the battle. 15 "Have you allowed all the women to live?" he asked them. 16 "They were the ones who followed Balaam's advice and were the means of turning the Israelites away from the LORD in what happened at Peor, so that a plague struck the LORD's people. 17 Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, 18 but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man." (Numbers 31:7-17) This is not called war in my book. It's worse |
Too late. I left before the final semester. What would you do if you find out that George Bush is your uncle? |
I install all the updates and I've never had any problems. Some people using pirated software have probs installing XP2. Some software products are also known to conflict with XP2. I have never had problems with any of the updates and I install them as soon as they become available. I think that is the best course of action for the average person. It would be very wrong to encourage people not to download security updates. |
What is the most important thing in a relationship? |
Legry, I think your first date was an arrogant, beautiful girl. Men have the habit of giving beautiful ladies too much attention and it enters into their heads and makes them think they are something important. I don't truly respect a lady until I can honestly say I would like her even if she was fat and ugly. I'm not going to start worshipping a lady just because she's good-looking. Afterall, beauty can be bought these days - ask Paris Hilton. |
ladies are to reject guys ...Is rejection of a man's proposal a thing of joy to you? I have never understood how women could sit around "waiting for the right guy". I mean, they have so much faith in fate! What if the right guy doen't come around? I like to be in charge of the things that affect my life. Marriage is something that's so important in a woman's life (especially) yet you see girls sitting around waiting for guys to ask them out because they can't handle rejection. When you want to apply for a job, a scholarship, admission to college, or so many other mundane thing your fear of rejection doesn't stop you. But when it comes to something you spend every waking moment thinking about you want to sit down and wait for fear of rejection . |

Or perhaps she uses a different name when performing? (These days, even a model that is not popular will have a lot of self-promotional pages on the web. The fact that I get 0 hits shows that there's something wrong somewhere ...)If she's a professional model and she actually loks like that, I see no reason why she should not be popular enough to be found on the web. |
there are businessmen who rely on contacts and special privileges bestowed on them by friends in high places. This is also known as Public Relations! |

The following story illustrates the way some of our married men behave at home, and sets the stage for my question. The Horse and the Wife "An army officer and his new wife where on their honeymoon after a long and very happy courtship. On their honeymoon, they decide to take their horses through a beautiful forest reserve in their area. As the horses were crossing a small stream, the woman's horse mis-steps and jostles the man's wife. Once across the stream, the man dismounts, walks over to the horse, and stares into its eyes. Finally, he states, "That's one." The man remounts his horse and they continue their ride. A bit further down the path, the woman's horse stumbles when stepping over a fallen tree. The man dismounts, stares the horse in the eyes, and boldly states, "That's two!" He returns to his saddle and they move on. As the afternoon sun began to set, the woman's horse once again lost its footing on a mossy slope. The man dismounts, moves to the woman's horse, and helps his wife out of the saddle the man. Moving to the front of the horse he stares it in the eyes and firmly says, "That's three," removes a pistol from his vest, and shots the horse dead. The woman, quite upset at seeing the beautiful horse killed, says to her husband, "That's terrible, why would you do such a thing!" The man stares at his wife and firmly says, "That's one!" Some of our men, like the man in the story, are terrors at home. An example of this is the father figure in Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's 'Purple Hibiscus' story (book excerpt). These men are feared by wife and children alike, and they do terrible things which the wife and children will never report to outsiders. These same men are often regarded by outsiders as 'community leaders' and people to be emulated, because they may be successful in church and business and in popular social circles (not just in the army). Nobody knows what happens behind their closed doors in his home Have you or someone close to you experienced such a husband, father-in-law, or father? What do you think causes them to be this way? What is the positive or negative effect of this kind of behaviour on their wife and children? What do you think a woman who finds herself married to such a man can do? What can a child of such a man do? Please feel free to share anything you know on this topic. Thanks. |
According to the last Sunday's edition of the Sun newspaper, Marilyn Nwene, pictured below, is a "Nigerian-born model making waves in the US" Looking so flawless: https://www.nairaland.com/img/marilyn-nwene.jpg Picture of model Marilyn Nwene I'd like to know more about the girl behind this flawless look. I've tried obvious google searches like 'Marilyn Nwene', 'Nwene Model', 'Marilyn Model Nigeria', and so on with no success. We already Oluchi and Darego, two Nigerian Models 'making waves' out there, but who is this Nwene? How did the Sun people get her picture? Did she visit Nigeria recently? |
Heh. Sometimes one wants to Nigerianize some of these jokes. I don't know if Nigerianization makes the joke more or less funny. |
Of course she'll know how much I make, but it will be too much for her to spend, or my name is not Seun ![]() Ok, on a serious note, I really don't see how her knowing about the money will make any difference. I mean, I am respected as the natural head of the family, right? And in business, it is not all the money you have that you can spend. So there will be a budget and any money not allocated in the budget must remain in the bank, and that's that. No further discussion . |

Love4ever, Some people (usually men) are physically abusive and they will keep beating you until the day you die. The beating will not stop because there is no way one can be in this life without getting angry from time to time. Anger is no excuse for physical abuse, but if you allow it the man will continue until the day you die or finally leave him. If your boyfriend is in the habit of hitting you it is better to break the relationship. This may motivate him to get help for his condition. If your boyfriend is hitting you, then he would start beating and boxing you if you finally get married. Even if you're a masochist and you enjoy being beaten, you also have to consider the effect of this environment on your children. It is better for a lady to leave a man that shows the sligtest tendency towards physical abuse. Of course ladies won't listen when they are 'in love' but I don say my own. Seun. |
Wow! I'll distribute the money into several safe (i.e. foreign) banks and run to Europe to continue running my websites. What would you do if Genevieve Nnaji meets you one day and proposes to you the next month? |
Hello, Now that the Gulder Ultimate Search is over, we need to do more things right to maintain our growth rate. 90% of our men, as far as I know, are car freaks - we worship our cars, regardless of model! Those who don't have their own cars yet - and those whose cars are 'rickety' - dream of buying their favorite production cars someday. My ideal car must be small, sleek, fuel-efficient, potentially fast, with good air-conditioning and safety features. I don't like racing cars because they look too fragile. I don't like convertibles because I don't understand why people would want to expose themselves to the elements (rain and hot sunlight!). I don't like Jeeps because they are bigger than necessary. I don't like trucks - for goodness' sake, they are meant to be used for moving things! My favorite car manufacturer is Toyota, because many of their cars are very close to my definition of the ideal car. In fact, my favorite car is the Toyota Corolla. I think it's perfect in all respects, and I'll definitely be getting one when I have the money. Mercedes Benz? BMW? Ferrari? Nah, just give me a simple, sleek and efficient Toyota!
