Sorry to bore you but ill be very detailed so you all can understand me and proffer right advice.

TLDR; I am being indicted for fraud for not removing my former Boss card details before removing myself as an admin from an ad account and I have to write a Police undertaken before I get paid.

I work as a Digital Marketing for a brand in Lagos. My job involves creating ads, social media management and strategy.

We needed to launch a campaign on google but for some reasons my boss didn't know how to get his password. I suggested I created one, then he accepted and input his card details by himself. I sent him an invite to be an admin so he can see all im doing, which be accepted. He later became skeptical about it cos according to him, he said I created the account under my email so I am primary to the account while he is secondary, and he doesn't want that for his brand cos he already has google ad account, which means his card details is under my email and details. I told him it doesn't matter who is primary or secondary, we both share ownership cos he has admin status to it and he can login with his email too and I am not privy to his card details cos I can't even see the details on the card. He said no, that he wants to shut it down and remove his card. I then asked him how do we now pay for the campaigns already running? According to him, he said when someone replaces me, he would put it back and and initiate payments, I wasn't really paying attention to him, I then removed myself as admin from the ad account, meaning he alone owns it cos he was giving me the impression that I will bear the brunt of payment and I don't want my other ad accounts to be banned as a result.

He then got pissed and asked me to find my way back in to remove his card, I told him he has to grant me access then, he said no that he is not an admin to the account cos when he wanted to gain access to the ad account, he had verification issues while logging in, but I told him that he is the admin now and I don't even have access anymore. I had to reach out to support but they referred me back to him or attached a code to the backend of the site. He won't grant me access because of this primary and secondary thing and that he doesn't wanna click on a link that he's not sure what I have said to google cos he claims he's not the admin. I have apologized tire and explain tire yet he won't listen.

He said I should write a Police undertaken that if anything like fraud affects his card, I should be held responsible so if im innocent I shouldn't have any problem writing it before he can pay my money. Or I should find my way into the ad account to allow him remove his card. I told him I can't write any undertaken cos I wouldn't wanna be held responsible for anything I don't know about. The man is so mean so im being careful with writing anything.

My issue is, I need legal help for this issue. I work 6 days a week and I sleep over at the office some days cos the service we render involves entertainment so I need to gather content. I sleep on the floor in the office cos the accommodation is messy and I've lost weight cos of his work.

What should I do??

Don't take bad advises from people online who are not married and have not lived with a pregnant woman. Pregnancy change women due to hormonal issues they experience, it is just a passing phase. Once she births, she will go back to normal and will not even remember all she did.

Life is sweet generally but can be cruel to others.

I was once a happy guy with a bright future but marriage is practically killing me. It all started when I become sick and was admitted in a hospital. my aged mother was the person staying with me and was responsible for my everything. inside the ward, another patient was with this very beautiful girl that was very hard working, my condition was critical that my mother will have to bath me sometimes, this girl now started helping my mother and to a point, my mother will leave her to be taking care of me and go home.

To my surprise, this girl brought some provision for me and slept over in my house. she continue visiting till one day, I told her that if i was strong and capable, I would have loved to date her. she confessed instantly that she was really interested in me and did not care about my condition. According to her, she was born in a poor family and can handle the pressure of been broke, that she will be the happiest person if I love her back the way she loves me. I was moved with her words and to cut the story short, we started dating.

Her parents were highly against the relationship initially but when they become tired of us, they allow us to do our thing but never involve them if something happened. fast to December last year, we got married. I was not even able to pay 1h to her parents. she just pack her things and join me in my house. we were the happiest couple on Earth till things started going north.

First, we agreed to do many things in the farm against hunger next year, we started with melon farm, then groundnut and yams. we were still on this and I must confess that she is hard working but pregnancy came and this girl started misbehaving, she will not follow me to the farm again and will not even cook for me. I dare not complain cos she will insult me seriously. sometimes, I will tell my sister to cook but this girl will not eat it because the food is bad.

One night, she sent me out of the room in the night that I must get bananas for her to eat. I suffered that night till I got it from one woman on credit cos I was not having money on me. last month, she was sick and visited one private clinic, I was to give her 10k for her treatment but did not have the money so I told her to give me 4days to look for it, there was no insult I did not receive that night. I have to sell my yam seeds and pay. infact, I'm tired of this life presently cos i use to think that she will help me but the reverse is the case now.

Please I need advice on the way forward, I want to run away from home but she is pregnant, her people refused to help us too cos they warned her before.

In today's environment of uncertainty, it maybe best to future proof yourself and your future family by ensuring you are financially, academically and job ready before marrying.

I have mates who married early with kids even in universities but they are struggling because they did not deepen their educational achievements to command better jobs in the future.

While i got married close to 40 with about 7 certifications and a Master's Degree. I happen to bailout my friends who married early because they have not been able to climb the job market with just a BSc.

So you need to decide what the future will hold for you. Our parents time was very different.

Former Nigeria President Goodluck Jonathan says he has no accounts or property abroad.

Jonathan made the comment in response to a report that the federal government has requested for the bank statements of public officers including his and his wife, Patience; former ministers of petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke and Rilwanu Lukman.

The request was reported to have been made by Abubakar Malami, the attorney general of the federation, to help an ongoing investigation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) know individuals involved in the Process & Industrial Developments Ltd gas deal.

“We aver that the Federal Government of Nigeria did not contact Dr Jonathan or his wife before issuing these subpoenas. If they had, we would have advised them of the fact that you cannot subpoena what does not exist.”

I'm a medical student, and gf ( not sure what to call her now) is in MLS. We are both in same level (500l).

It all started in 2015, when we gained admission into the University. We began to read together and subsequently I started teaching her. Later on, she made me to read and susummarize her course topics (which I did for up to her 300 level) for her as she usually found it difficult to read with textbooks and understand the contents.

Months before my 2nd MBBS examinations, I began to notice changes in her attitude and behaviour towards me, up to the point that she told me that if I did not pass that examinations that, she will forget about me. But as God may have it, I passed successfully.

Financially, it started right in year one as I celebrated her and her mummy's Christmas from my own pocket. It got to a point that I usually give her her money almost every day (for up to 5yrs) Whenever, I'm traveling in any of our vacations, I usually give money for upkeep until I'm back.

In 300l, I bought her gift worth almost 30k and also celebrated her birthday which she demanded I get her 'point and kill cat fish' that cost 9k.

I usually pay for her textbooks and seminar work as we are all in medical school, I really do a lot for her, as she always told me she would never leave me right from yr 1 to 500l after which she started telling me, their people from Anambra will not let her marry people from Ebonyi State.

She's has known this for all her life, but decided to bring it up just now, when I'm beginning my marriage plans with her, She's started giving me unnecessary excuses in one form or the other.

This made me to ask her again if we are ending up together and she told me that she has to seek for her mother's consent, and would give me a feedback.

Before, she travelled (this is just before the lock down) as she was complaining that she does not have any money on her to eat and she want to go and learn how to plait hair which will cost her #8,000, I gave her #16,000. The next day after collecting the money, she told me that she received a call from her mother that she must come back to her State and she travelled with that money without learning anything.

Yesterday by 8:24pm, I called her to tell me the outcome of her mother's discussion with her. She told me that her mother insisted that she cannot marry an Ebonyi man, and she cannot go outside her mother's decision.

In conclusion, she told me that she cannot marry me.

Well, as expected, I'm bracing myself up for insults, (I really don't mind this right now) but amidst the insults, pls advice a brother who's fighting emotionally.

He got married in October 2018, had a baby in July 2019. His wife had a fibroid in her uterus hence a ceasarian operation was carried out.

A few days ago they went for a scan to see what the fibroid looks like. To his amazement he was told his wife is 10 weeks pregnant. The young man is devastated. I had a very trying experience last night ; I went to sleep a few minutes past nine (which was very unusual , I usually go to sleep around eleven, twelve , one) I woke up in the middle of the night because of stomach ache and after finishing in the white house (toilet) I went back to sleep . I'm not sure i slept for up to 30 mins before I woke up again and I saw a black human hand on my window (there was only a hand no body or anything else) I tried getting up but I couldn't, I couldn't scream , my whole body was held by sometin (or som1) I couldn't see . It got scarier when the force started choking me and breathing became difficult for me , then I started praying and it stopped and the hand went away . I usually dont believe in stuffs like this so whenever a hear a story like I would wish it happend to me so I can experience it and satisfy my curiosity . But I never ever , ever want to experience sometin like that again . After the experience it took all the man in me and more not to fly to my parents room . What broke my heart was when I couldn't sleep and I prayed for dawn to come quickly only for me to look at the time and see after 2 . ps atheists stay off I gat no strength for argument . Statement of Problem

She wants to match make for me. She is always talking about her friends daughters, so last year i tried to reason with her and allowed her to send me her choice (this was before my present relationship).

Hauwa's Point of View
Hauwa is already feeling rejected about the whole saga and has asked me to keep peace with my mom. She says she undestands moms are protective. She handeled it well with maturity. I delibratelty asked her to visit my mom from the begining of the relationship so that they can familiarize with themselves but my mom wont accept her. Hauwa is saying it will be difficult emotionally for us if our relationship and marriage is not accepted.


Mom's Point of View
The first reason my mom gave is that Hauwa is Igala while we are okun (i have introduced my mom to an Okun lady in the past she said our village doesnt marry from Yagba, I also introduced her to another youruba lady she said the lady parents are not together so she wont keep a home).
The second point my mom raised is that the lady is financially independent, makes money and drives a Jeep. (I have asked Hauwa about her financial status and I am convinced runs is not not her way cos she has elaborated on how she affords her lifestyle and its genuine).She also asked for the 4million she loaned me before I talk about marriage which I will. I asked her if she wants cash or a car and she said a benz. My plan is to get her an SUV before end of the year so i can focus on settling down next year. I am very lonely and tired of bachelor life. I want to settle down and start have kids not sleeping around like a fuckboy.


Family point of view
My family is very educated and well travelled so i dont understand why this issue is coming up. I am already processing visa for Hauwa cos i cant keep breaking my heart by ending relationships at her command just to to make her happy. My dad is neutral but he wont want to offend his wife so he might try and reason with her. My sisters have said they will support my chioce but I shouldnt complain if I make the wrong choice even tho my mom will try to convince my siblings not to give me any kind of emotional support.


My Question
What are the repercussions of going ahead with the marriage plans?? Has any man successfully gone against their moms wish and turned out happy??


NB: No one can change my moms mind, not my dad, not pastor, not her sister. on one because she will convince them she is right and tell them I am lying, that she has never rejected anyone except this person.
Please I dont want to give the impression that my mom is a bad person cos she has trained me in the right path and I have never lacked because of her. She is also very supportive and has provided everything and more at all times for all her children.
