Congrats Vicky....good that you overcame the psychological abuse....I remember her, having same acting skill set as Susan Bach....the period she married, it was in vogue then to marry foreign based men and about 50%+ didn't work out....remember: Stephanie Okereke, Eucharia Anunobi, Regina Askia etc. |
naijacentric:We REMEMBER them, problem is that they are few....eg my BELOVED dad. |
This is what giving, giving to God and paying our tithes( no matter how small) helps us to avoid daily....it is well |
explosiveskull:Many men don't want serious commitment easily, the woman go don DO ALOT to even get his attention this long....it is well to all sisters. |
Emilokoiyawon:Men are easy to please indeed and many responsible, single ladies remain single even after doing all their best to keep a relationship, and many homes are already broken or on the verge of being broken because of many attitudes of men especially the 'traditional' ones....many women visit psychiatrists/psychologists not necessarily to boost their businesses but because of the troubles of men in their lives. ..if you get many likes, it is not because you said the truth but because we are in a patriarchal society and men seem to cooperate more with each other. |
Both SS and SE have funny names, u hear names in East like: Bonaventure, Evaristus, Zerubabbel.... |
When the year is coming to an end, it seems there are more cases of fire accidents.... Beware if fire, always make sure that you have water ( not just in taps or tanks but in buckets, incase something becomes wrong with the tap) and sand( for electrical fire accident) in the house as a way to put it out quickly before it spreads. |
Kingsteve:So, a woman must propose to a man? OR die because she didn't marry? You funny sha. |
Anybody in this dictatorial PMB's time that make statement against any politician in any position of authority in Nigeria, will see shege from them because these ones don copy well from PMB how to shut people up over freedom of speech. |
Since Bubu no change after he was voted in twice then, the probability of your 'ex-girlfriend' changing I think we all know is :N-I-L |
Men think it is enjoyment to be sleeping around and having children( both famous and hungry ones), anyway when old age reach they will realise that it is better to have 5kids from 1 woman inside a home than having 5kids from 3 to 5 ladies( scattered life). He doesn't want to put his daughters in a home by at least marrying one woman and doesn't want to claim this 3rd daughter( if really it is his) but prefers a blind adopted son? If Flavour is TRULY the father but is shying away from responsibilities, no problem, get busy and help fend for your child even if she attends public school. Train her and be praying for her to be a success....even if it seems Okoli should be her last name if he had married you, since na u train her, she can as well fly your family's flag than a stranger- father's flag unless you are not proud of your father's name, then being a girl, bear her husband's name later in life. Your daughter is not the first and will not he the last.... don't you know that children born circumstantially like this become great? Ask Clinton, Jerry Rawlings, Arch Bishop Duncan Williams and I think, our own Obj because God is the Father of the fatherless. |
Gone are the days when tuition fees was N90 or N250( N150 fees+ N100 bankdraft) @ LASU and UNILAG( confirmed)....now, it is almost above the reach of the masses....with these kind of fees, institutions ain't supposed to dictate courses to prospective students provided they have their WAEC( basically).....it is well. |
ultimatekint:U talk am finish...even their 'beauties' from the state dem and Ghana dey compete.... They have many primitive laws and even when we think their gov has 0 on his score card, Kofi people still use their 2 legs waka go vote for am..... |
sterlingD:Also forex....this guy had been making money from his days as MD of Icon Merchant bank @ Lagos Island( NIDB Building)....it is well |
Body dey scratch bobo at his age and he feels the way to do it fully and freely (legally) without guilt is through marriage...when he grows older he will realize that many men when they were his age and older sorted out themselves sexually even without marrying... I wish him well though, I wondered why his parents didn't ask him what he would use to support his new family if they weren't helping out...also, the girl's parents were another accomplice to this child marriage ( apart from the boy's parents).... Happy early married life, when you are 60yrs old and she is 59yrs old and having lived together, 43yrs in marriage ( quite heavy), what those in their 80's are supposed to be celebrating, hope you won't be complaining of boredom and need for brief separation.... It is well. |
I don't care the quantity of meter supply they can offer but in 24/7 electricity with its bills regulated by our electric cards....Nigerians give excuses saying that surrounding countries which have gotten it right in terms of 24/7 electricity was because they were smaller in size....I believe Kaduna, Benin, Ikeja electric, Ibadan electricity companies can individually remove pride as the giant of Africa and understudy these smaller countries by paying them a visit... Imagine in a building, people have to share electric meters( that have cards) because of scarcity of the meters.... It is either we have an assembly plant for this meters here or just go buy from Ouidah, Benin giving them description of what we want( the one that suits our electrical system) as specimen for them to assemble for us....we are too corrupt in Nigeria and never sincere...people pay bills they ain't supposed to pay due to using the old meters or sharing with a neighbor with more appliances than what one has...abeg, who do Nigeria? |
Younghacka:Not bad....but many Chemistry lecturers ensure that those in Chemistry graduate with 3rd class.... She must fight hard academically and buy all handouts etc so she doesn't come out regretting. I know a lady who graduated with 3rd class Chemistry ( in her very late fifties), she had to do computer course with either APTECH/NIIT....anyway, best of luck on the rough path of Chemistry department. |
It is evident you people don't have sense. So with all your acclaimed wisdom you feel cheating on a supposed cheating partner is wisdom? What happens to walking away? Sometimes I don't know how some of you are wired. Marriage is not a do or die, if anyone can't cope with their partners' excesses they quit the marriage, husband or wife.. Una matter tire me oooo Oga wen claim wisdom, u said u wondered how some women are wired and wondering why she is acting this way? See, women don't just walk away from marriages like that after committing a lot to it ( including having the 1st child with a man), that is why she walked away in 2016 after her family had told her several times to leave the wife batterer....she left and started dating the landlord and has ( according to the husband she separated from) SECOND CHILD for the landlord.....we do not know if the man was falsely accusing her while she was in the house as many men do who have TRUST issues! |

PLEASE, STOP spreading RUBBISH, UNFOUNDED and UNCONFIRMED reports....all these rubbish reports that is gaining ground in Nigeria fuel mistrusts in marriages and even divorce..... That us how a man who claimed he married a virgin, later suddenly started suspecting she was dating his colleague at work....even the first child he had, while in hospital after the wife gave birth( still in serious pains) instead of being a man over his emotions/thoughts and pamper his wife, he had to carry the baby and check several times to see if the daughter looks like him....las las, this daughter starting growing, looking exactly like him and he even loved her mist sef....but, see the emotional pains he put the wife through and trust women, dem go remember all this and remind the man even when he don old ( if not for grace of God)....see, men should not always think women are wired like them for this flirting/adulterous game....women cheat too but there may be reasons even when I don't condone that. |
HRHQueenPhil:I UNDERSTAND your point and STAND with u....many women dont just cheat like men ie to taste another soup or for sex .....the man may have been beating her while she was in the house even on hearsays apart from other reasons which wife batters will tell u are reasons good enough to batter a woman.....for goodness sake, she left since 2016 after having it up to the limit.....my pain and cry is that while ALL men stood by this wife beater, fellow ladies are bashing another lady for telling the truth....a woman doesn't just love a man( or another man) without reasons then choose to marry/have children with him just like that, there are many reasons she may prefer her landlord. Her choice of new husband, landlord( 'too close for comfort') may be worrisome but na the one when her type fit find.....women stand with yourselves, samething we do in politics, we can die for a man to enter into seat of power but not for our fellow ladies......let me digress a bit: see the way Tonto and Stella dey disgrace themselves while men sit back and laugh....just too shameful. |
Do add FOOD/CAKES etc on wheels service too and catering for weddings/parties. |
ubest1:No be lie at all....Dbanj is older than him by 1yr. Unless his dad gave birth as a teenager. |

Great...the kind of thing my dad can do too. |
Sukueponmalu:I guess you are a proud APC loyalist or party member....Q: What have u personally gained from this border closure for 3months apart what you think are the positives that u read online or in papers? So, until the price of rice gets to N50,000 (if Nigerians don't complain) before you believe the masses are suffering? Your type are like PMB who say they understand the plight of the masses but know nothing about it. Inside this already hard economy where he has crumbled many companies and many families are struggling to survive( some on the brink of divorce) and many singles scared of their marital fate in this Buhari's economy.... At best, u will tell me it will provide jobs....say na everybody go work for rice mill after crumbling other sources of income ( no safety in the farms, no constant electricity, fall of banks and stock markets, crumbling of transportation jobs to both big and small entrepreneurs etc) and won't the rice mill jobs go to family, friends and cronies of the rice mill owners? See, when we see FAILED government let us jointly state so. |
APC is a tax regime with one of its helmsman, Tinubu as a tax master. Even countries abroad where they tax, they provide services/amenities and even the rich try to avoid taxes as much as possible but here, u almost provide all your amenities yourself and you still pay tax....we go dey help Bubu fund all his medical trips and private visits abroad and help pay all Senators car and furniture allowances....this government has been over taxing from day 1 as monthly, about N50 is stylishly deducted by banks....if Nigerians no suffer enough via APC they won't know they have been enjoying since.... Make nobody say I be PDP member ooo because, I'm not. |
I feel the man meant that family planning methods may affect the milk and affect the baby adversely....Abeg, I see a FANTASTIC, CARING man, the type that are fast fading because of crave for sex even when ladies are seeing their period and ovulating( when they don't even need kids)....she has a disciplined man. |
This your lady is like a girl that has learnt well from men, she no want stories...na first to marry her na she dey find so she kept two guys....this is the something men do always to women....anyway, take heart.....better to do marriage with a serious person than relationships....that is why we need God all the time, who knows the hearts and intents of everyone even when they are smiling to u. |
utenwuson:See, there are many things that can make one to be seemingly coca cola in color eg stress, not eating enough good food, no money and time, not knowing how to really take care of themselves well, but as circumstances change favorably, their skin color PEPs up. Mind u, there are natural ways of getting a better, glowing skin color without bleaching eg with essential oils, even with milk on the skin....let's stop the childish classification of skin transformations as bleaching....those who bleach know themselves and I may not categorically say if she is bleaching or not. |
Lilbest3:Yes, but not ANY kind of man.....Kate Hebshaw after marrying a king though ended in divorce cannot go settle for lesser without guarantee of better life/future.....same reply Madam Doyin Abiola and Nnamdi Azikiwe's wife gave when asked if they will attempt marriage again |
Misplaced priorities from so called scholars. What has the establishment of these Shariah courts( from Obj's time when they started all these agitations) brought in terms of development in Nigeria? What have the courts done to rid off the bandits and book haram it emboldened to dwell in Nigeria in terms of helping to give them death penalties or amputations as stipulated by their holy book? Have we been hearing of Shariah Courts in smaller, non-giant of African nations like Ghana, Togo, Ivory Coast, Benin Republic and have we been hearing of agitation for hijab,....have we not noticed PEACE in these countries? See, MURIC is causing more havoc than gains....there is no difference between them and book haram, bandits, Cattle rearers associatiom backing government just that they don't carry weapons....Nigeria for goodness sake is a SECULAR nation, we are going backwards daily by allowing the voices of these kind of people to be heard in Nigeria in this 21st century.....anyway, next time Nigerians must think more than 2ce before voting in any party. |
Most times it is the elderly lecturers who made 3rd class that lectured in Znigerian universities.... Funny enough 3rd class are actually very smart people but we have a rough higher institutional system with lecturers who want to fail people as much as they can even for the flimsiest excuse of not buying handouts...our system here is saturated, try researching on other African countries and send your CV& Cover letters...Truth is Teaching is classified under the 'working poor' and its salaries can't be compared to some other professions so, don't expect to be rich per se...I advise you also try to be flexible about your career options as sometimes life may give us better offers via another career path. |
