Of course i knew you were not talking about women......you were certainly referring to the men......and you implied that they did not know what marriage was about. You conveniently ignored the original question about women doing chores.

Your post meant that men should stick with their women regardless of what the women do....and not sticking with them meant that they did not know what marriage is about.

My position is that a woman who knows what marriage is about should be ready to sacrifice....in other words do chores.....for the man you want to marry. That you should have also mentioned.

When I am referring to a man's love, I'm not talking of BB, Brazillian hair, club and Mr. Biggs; I referring to a man who knows you well enough to know your dreams, desires and support them; a man that loves you enough to merge your visions with his; a man that is a solid support in times of problems; a man you can lean on and cry when sad; a man that is your greatest fan and support; a man whose warm embrace makes you forget all your worries in the world. If you know what marriage means......then you won't have issues doing chores for the man you want to marry.

I have made many purchases from them online and they have delivered all to my office. They are usually on time, except for an item they did not deliver but they refunded my cash.

I understand what ICAN is trying to do.......but its clearly from a bitter point of view as against a well thought out point of view. They are losing students and they need to protect their interest.

contra: i think you should get ur facts right b4 making concluding remarks abt what you don't have any idea of...ICAN is a member of IFAC and observes the same global practice governing the preparation and presentation of financial statement(for every sector... not just banking)...what has been happening b4 now is that Acca qualified professionals just attend 2weeks seminar and they're given ICAN certificate but ICAN professionals have to write as many as 5 papers to get Acca's certificate. This practise has made potential ICAN students to opt for Acca since they can always come back to get the iCAN certificate for 'free'.

Nigerian Police?

Very useless set of people.

I was once at a police station to report a robbery at my house as it was visited the night before. They asked me to pay before they could take my report and also asked for additional payment for a police report i wanted to send to my insurance company.

The also detained the security man i took to the station to give a statement and refused to release him until i paid for bail.

I believe our police is beyond redemption. They are worse than the robbers themselves.

The OP did not mislead anyone. You'll still pay if you are sacked just that what you will pay is 'for the unutilized portion of the stipulated Two (2) years, the pro-rated cost of the training programme plus interest at the prevailing bank rate.'

....and this particular bank is Union Bank, i guess they copied it from Access Bank.

I'm not sure if we have this in Nigeria but in some jurisdictions, there's what is called the 'Unfair Contract Terms Act'. Any unfair term in a contract is null and void but i don't think we have this in our Nigerian legal system.

I believe that our pain and anger over the brutal murder of the students has blinded us from seeing some sense in what Desola wrote.

Have you ever been robbed before? Have you ever seen how robbers have killed or maimed their victims? Did you for once think of getting back at them for what they did to you or your loved ones? If you ever felt that way, then there's a chance u can act like the people of Aluu.

And for those against the sharing of the video, if that individual had not made the recording, we would not have felt as much pain and made so much noise. The murderers would then not be brought to justice. In some way, we should be grateful to whoever made the recording and uploaded it.

I don't see any problem here.

Overdraft = negative bank balance = company owing the bank = loan from bank = current liability (since overdraft is meant to be a short term loan)
