formular2002: Friends, We are all at liberty to believe whatever we intend to believe but the standard remains the SCRIPTURE. It is appointed unto man to die once, after that, is judgment. Have u ever pondered on the concept and existence of "familiar spirits"? Its basically their handiwork. Instilling fear into humans by bringing memories and images of dead relatives. Once in a while, the images of departed souls may come around in our dreams probably due to our lines of thoughts before sleeping but that does not validate their existence. They are all figments of our imagination. I have been looking for opportunity to see my late dad again since he passed on last year but till now, NO SHOW He is gone and rested forever.........till we meet in glory. Traditions of men passed across in movies, tales and write ups also contributed to the spread of this fallacy. I have also watched many of such movies and have always pointed out to their inconsistent nature of presenting the stories. Dear friends, a man is meant to die once, and NO COMING BACK My brother... The standard remains the Bible and many are not disputing that. But know surely that the Bible is encoded and whatever you think you know may not be what it is. You may quote verses and not understand the context. And mind you, it was people like you and me that gathered the whole 66 books gather able and delivered it as what we should read.... If it was only the new testament that we read, maybe you wouldn't have known about Judaism and the history of the heavens and earth. Things in the new testament even showed that the writers got their knowledge from other books we don't read today. Example, how did Jude know Satan disputed with Michael over Moses body? Jude 1:9 How did he know prophesies about the end had been since Enoch Jude 1:14. But do you read the book of Enoch in the churches? No. In fact many Christians, you inclusive may or will think it's forbidden to read them. What books were Apostle Paul referring to in his letter to Timothy.. 2 Timothy 4:13? Were they the bible of today? Please note that I'm not encouraging you to read strange books... A Christian should be able to see strange or evil is books and detect it. But my point is that there are more you don't know about. It doesn't matter how great the status of our pastors are... There are more they don't know even in the bible they read. If you can't think about life and observations around you, you will be limited to the supposed wisdom you think you know. There are more wisdom of God associated with the bible and other sibling books that weren't included in both testaments we approve today and they are legit or at least they have more explanation to mysteries. Yes, the Bible is the standard, but is it not the same bible frauds use to milk people dry today even when the victim sees white but some authoritarian liars call it black before them and they agree. So if people can be deceived, you also can be deceived to believe wrong things about what you don't understand. Finally, there are mysteries we Christian can't explain even with the bible unless our eyes are opened by God... They are too complex, and don't begin to always defend our church doctrines because you revere the leaders... They also know in part and are mostly ignorant no matter their status(none of them present on earth today with their influence and riches are even greater than Paul or other Apostles or spirit filled disciples under them ) . ... After all, 1 Corinthians 8:2 will always be true. Shalom! |

starbuck: I don't have any biblical backing but from what I have seen and experience so far, reincarnation is real, the world is really mysterious....
2018 and above really thought me about spiritualism and Co...
Modified
The 1st encounter I had was that of my aunt (dad's younger sister)... I dreamt of an accident that killed a co tenant of mine, his car was hit out of nowhere, he didn't die instantly after the 1st somersault, then the 2nd somersault made him sustain a neck injury, I was beckoning on other neighbours including the man's wife to help me take the man to the hospital but they were all looking at me like nothing happened, then I had to get a wheel barrow to take him to the hospital (all these were in the dream).. The 1st hospital rejected him telling me that they can't treat him and I had to take him to the next hospital, which later took him in, I was like let them commence treatment, lest I forget, that particular hospital was very crowded and for sometime I started looking for a doctor to ask about the man... A man approached me and I told me that I don't belong here that I should leave asap, that he would relate with me If something good comes out of it.. I gave myself sense and left and was like after all, why would I carry the matter for head since the man ain't my hubby.. I left the hospital and met the man wife but she cared less about the incident..
I had another dream pertaining my kid after the 1st dream which made me cry and woke up and also found myself crying... I called my mom and narrated the dream to her but for our selfish reasons, we only prayed against the death of my son as I saw it in the dream.. Only for my mom to call me 2 days later, that my aunt died in an accident as exactly as I saw it my dream, the 1st hospital rejected her that she should be taken NAUTH but on reaching there, she was confirmed dead.. (A car hit her car out of nowhere and she somersaulted and a neck injury with other internal injuries)....
On reaching mortuary to see her, I went unaccompanied, BELIEVE ME I saw my aunt sitting on a rock near the building of the mortuary, she was looking at me eye to eye, I was frozen to death.. And since then I blamed myself for her death...
More stories still coming, let me attend to my kids
Jkisok Sharpwriter Dudeweedlmao Agarawu23 Whao, this is powerful.... Though I learned the strength to get up and rebuke bad dreams after getting up during fellowship school days, you've just made me learn another. And that is : understanding that the person seen in a dream may be cloaked and masked and not be the real person an event will happen to. It may even be one's self aside siblings. And we mustn't take it lightly because the dream came for a reason and we would deny our self good not to pray for the person we saw and rebuke evil generally. I can't imagine your feelings when you saw her staring at you (Chai... Pain, sorrow plus great fear mixed together.... Sorry). Also interested in what happened after you both saw sha.... Maybe she disappeared or you take style reverse away from the place. Thanks for cooperating and sharing this. I've gotten something today. Waiting for more though |

megareal: Man is a tripartite being. Body, soul, spirit. Body (flesh) dies and never wakes again. Soul is judged and either lives or die depending on judgment, spirit returns to God, it never dies it is eternal. We know spirits can be summoned as Samuel's was 1st Sam 28, meaning they are not under lock and key and may transcend worlds. My grand ma in-law claimed to be a reincarnated soul. When she was but a child, She told her family where she was originally from, the number of children she had and named them, she also described her compound, the special tree she planted to honor the birth of her first son, husband and former relatives. The family traced her claims to three villages away and realised it was truth. The manner in which she died was confirmed, and her former children when they saw her screamed and raised alarm. The whole village agreed that she was indeed who she said she was. She was calling names, asking about some folks who had died and recognized people in her age grade who were still alive. Her first children used to come visit her at her husband's house till they passed on.
The truth is there is a lot we do not know as even the Bible reveals this truth in mysteries . If the flesh dies and soul and spirit aren't dead, there is a possibility they may come back.
My occultic relatives can summon dead people to tell them things. Some call it familiar spirit which is the mirror spirit of the clean spirit of man. Deliverance ministers argue that it is the familiar spirit that is "reincarnated'' and it is the familiar spirit which people see in dreams and as ghosts. I personally am deeply spiritual and I live in a constant world of de ja vu. I always feel I have lived most experiences before and can predict an outcome based on my latent knowledge.
It is a mysterious world we live in. Things are happening but it's only the higher beings that can understand. God is a wise God and he shrouds everything in mystery. You're talking bro... Chop kisses |

mysticgal: 3 times it happened to me
8 years ago a friend of mine died. the day she died, I never knew she had died but my parents did because we were all friends. I w3nt to the market to shop and I was surprised i saw her because, she stayed very far away from my place so I hugged her and we talked, promising to talk to her some other time. I got home and my mum told me my friend was dead. I said which friend? she said so so so of this family. I laughed because I believed she was lying. well, it turned out that, my friend was killed by her roomate and she went roaming. may she rest on peace
second one, In the university, I fought with this particular girl at a choir practice and that caused a rift that even if I see her, we just eye ourselves and pass.
then one Sunday I was coming from church only for her to see me, run to me and hug me but then my mind was like new year new life so we got gisting. she asked when I'd resume school, I told her, I asked same question and she said did not know for that particular period. I even had to ask why she was at the area and she said she came to shop at Shoprite cause Shoprite was close. I told her I was staying with my friend who happens to stay behind Shoprite who was a medical student. we concluded, hugged and went our way.
I got to the house and my friends were just talking about a student of the school that was crushed by trailer in the morning while going to church but I didn't pay mind till my friend now said that the lady I fought with a year ago was dead, I said which one? the said so so so person..I fainted twice that day
happens I'm not the only one she met, she met a lot of people including her twin brother just that she appeared in different clothing, one that the person knew her for. Besides I think the reason I met was because I was going to the teaching hospital where I stayed with my friend which is where her body was deposited. And also that is behind Shoprite she claimed to be going to shop at. May she rest in peace.
Third one, A classmates mum died and for the first time in my five years of degree schooling, I decided to go for a burial. went for the stuff and even gisted with my classmate. No sobriety no nothing. only for me to go home, at night in my dreams, the lady appeared to me and asked me to give a message to my classmates. I asked why? she said I should just do. I told her I won't. this woman kept pestering me that I asked her how do her family know I'm saying the truth. she described an event and showed me her favourite George wrapper she was wearing. I told her to go straight to her family that I wasn't doing abeg
Do you know I not only wake up sick, I spent almost 2 weeks in the hospital . Besides my people kept seeing vision of death. People said it was because I gave her hope by asking her how her family would know I'm saying the truth. but who cares?
I had to go for deliverance. i was even looking for cele church let them use came and wipe every eye I use in seeing dead people
hallelujah I am free Your second story shook me (very emotional) Your last story made me laugh... And was the message bad that you couldn't deliver it? I know it's not easy though... Who would want to have dealings with the dead anyway ? |

AngryNijerian: The day my uncle died my brother saw him walking down Onitsha/Asaba express way with a straight face and in a haste as if he was going for something very important. He bothered not to call and greet him because that would be wasting his time but immediately he got home he got a call that the man just died.
So many cases of such have been experienced by many people. A girl that works in a hotel traveled to another State but on coming back their bus had a fatal accident which everyone died but she still managed to return to the hotel she works. She stayed their for days before words start spreading that she's involved in that accident, she got the wind of what's happening and hurriedly told her colleagues that she wants go to the bathroom and take her bath.
As she left for the bathroom someone came in and break the news of her death and her colleagues were shocked telling the person that she just entered the bathroom and will soon come out. They waited for her several hours but she didn't show up, they decided to go to the bathroom and search for her. They entered the bathroom and saw just her towel and bucket filled with water. Till today that girl never showed up there again
There are many living among us that have died before, they full Nairaland self Lol... At your last statement... You see, the world is very mysterious. But many of us think because we're Christians we know and understand everything. I laugh.. The verses we quote in support of all these reincarnation issues are verses we don't understand. I m not saying I believe in reincarnation but I give possibilities for happenings in my mind. As for your stories, I believe you. Such happened to a secondary school mate of mine in SS2. He died and his ghost came to visit his grandmother who thought he was real. Afterwards he left and news about his death was brought to the woman. It was noted that the time he died had been before the mysterious visit... The old woman fainted at the reality that she was indeed visited by her grandson 's ghost. The guy died as a result of illness ; in fact it was said that he was recuperating but funny thing was that he told them initially that he would die. His parents and siblings hushed him at the thoughts and mentioning of death, but he still assured them (only God knew what he saw)..... And true to his words, he did die, before what I wrote up there happened. So if people talk and believers alike or any cocky man of God thinking he has known or seen it all, and dismiss these stories, I just laugh at their ignorance and just hope they have encounters. We most times call them demonic appearance, but with many stories and observations, it's not all true.. Some may be demonic but not all. |

OyiboOyibo: People need to start thinking objectively without allowing their emotions overide their thinking. According to story The pastor came to your house early morning your siblings were at home, then he raped you left the house came back and gave you crest to drink. You were still there o. During that time you didn't shout scream or alert your siblings. Can you imagine Meanwhile this said girl remained a chior mistress in that church for years and her family even after knowing allowed her. Who does that. There are many loopholes in this story. Then she started fvking the choir master who was Tim Dakolo and got pregnant twice. With Tim Dakolo denying the pregnancy. But the COZA pastor had to force them to marry to save the face of the church. And later got them dismissed sef. That's why Tim is always attacking the pastor though. Tim and his wife are both moraly bankrupt people and we shouldn't kill a man based on mere words from them. Let's be guided and allow Due Justice to prevail.. Some ladies are out to ruin men with this rape sh!!t. Tim is after this pastor because he felt they were both fviking the girl and he was left to carry the load.because he was forced by the pastor to marry the girl after impregnating her. You guys should think pls. Don't let emotion and hate overide your reasoning. The pastor might be bad but don't slander him yet by the mere words of morally bankrupt people. Let's be objective pls and remain neutral Lol... You're a good fiction writer! |

And funny they don't understand the scriptures they quote which brings this fear. Is it not funny people think they will be incarcerated by God because of Moses and Miriam's case or touch not my anointed verse when they can't even think about the thoughts of God about the offending MOG. The bold Jesus isn't people's example to speak against evil, it's fearful verses of threats which they don't understand that turns them to slave. Nigeria matter has taught me a lot that long years of suffering can permanently colonize brain and make a sufferer love his oppressor... Stockholm syndrome things. Even the goodness in the Democratic system isn't followed and used for the good of the people and you're talking like the best thing after Apostle Paul... So shut your trap and watch... After all the voices of the good people in the country are being suppressed by the wicked in government... So you too sharrap! |
