LmAooo why una like to see truth but no go say am except to dey deceive girls? grin

So you think hiring a good/competent lawyer is ₦50

That money that she wants to waste in hiring a lawyer, she should use it and repay her school fees and graduate in peace and with common sense
I know that it would be difficult to win because of Nigeria's failed judicial system not because she doesn't have a case, she could say it was a joke, then the school would have to review all her result to see if any were plagiarized from a textbook or copied from other students, see if any student can testify against her, has she ever been caught in any malpractice act before?, she could even lie that she wasn't the one who wrote the inscription on her shirt that it was written by a friend of hers, in law it is the duty of the school to prove the guilt, bring all her result out prove that the were plagiarized. She can only be punished for improper conduct not malpractice.

I personally believe if she has a good lawyer, she would go scot-free. For the action the school took to be valid, there must be evidence of malpractice, as in solid evidences like witnesses, malpractice material (phone, microchips, textbook etc) etc. That she wrote it on her clothes is not valid enough to make her guilty, any body can write anything. For instance, if I write on my shirt "I am a yahoo boy" does it mean I would go to jail for Internet fraud. The highest the law enforcement agency can do, is try to investigate me in order to get solid evidences which would be presented to the judge. Presenting my shirt where I wrote "I am a yahoo boy" to the judge as their only evidence would be tossed into the thrash can!!!!
exactly I think the school is just trying to save face, they don't have the right to make that stupid decision, I hope she challenges this.

This is a very stupid decision...clearly, she's got a death wish or something

An assassination where even the head of security to the presidential villa is been investigated for. It clearly was an operation that had so many approval before it got carried out and she's back already

Stupid! A very stupid decision
if they wanted her dead she would have been long dead, she was with her husband during the attack and a bullet only hit her arm and thigh. As someone stated what if she is part of the conspiracy.

The looting only stops because there's no malls to invade again! President Cyril Ramaphosa disappointed many of us! He was never proactive! His crisis management has always been a let down! He had the chance to prove to all that he's in control of the country but sadly he blew it away! There's a difference between being a true Democrat n being decisive ! As corrupt as president Zuma was or alleged, I bet he'll have handled the situation Better! Seeing the pictures of ruins from JULES street Jeppestown send shivers down my spine ! I have at least 3 friends whose car mart worth millions of rands gutted by fire! The hostel boys set the cars on fire and still went back to sleep coz they are UNTOUCHABLE! Just how many years of black ruling the nation, u see how fast the nation is deteriorating! May God heal the land of south Africa and comfort all those affected by this stupid show of madness
true I wonder how such could escalate to this level, were there not security personnel on ground, they could have used teargas on them, the govt needs to setup bail out funds for these businesses.

Nigerias Problem is foundational. The amazing thing is that when you read well, you will notice that the problems were deliberately created. What a evil.

Amalgamation Evil 1
The constitution. Evil 2
Quota system Evil 3

Population and figures Evil 5

It’s in Nigeria you can be compulsorily retired for Ethnic purposes
and most of these problems favours northern Nigeria. Hope we all see the picture.

True the amalgamation of Nigeria is it's biggest undoing, Nigeria just need to split back into the northern and southern protectorate.

the reason most northern states are not on the list is because they aren't skilled/ uneducated, you can't add the massive uneducated population among the unemployed, this list is probably for graduates who can't find placement.

2023 should be more than the south getting the presidency, it should be about what we plan to do with the presidency, we must end this false union. To spare the future generations from such monsters.

Anytime the south wants the support of the north we always try to do good things to them, like donation of food and money, building of roads now even Library.

Till today nobody can point out anything any northerner apiring to be president has done for any part of the south, even Atiku hasn't done any single thing for any part of the south, same with El Rufai, and yahaya bello, even Buhari before he became president one single thing he didn't do for the south.
this is deep a we always try to please them to show solidarity, they wouldn't do the same, nah so we take dey fall our hand. No northerner can win an election without the South same goes for the South but we always believe we need them more politically as a matter of fact if we are to vote by region I believe the South has the upper hand because the middle belt will likely swing in our favour.

Career › Re: "Earning N50M Annually In Nigeria But Considered Poor In Developed Countries" by Shattuck(m): 10:09am On Jul 13, 2021
EzegeNdiigbo:
Let’s start with what the value
of $1000 is in the United
States. Is $1K valuable or
valueless in the US?

Do you know that in the US, some
average people’s monthly rent is
over $1000? We haven’t included
taxes and other monthly fees. Now
in Nigeria, apart from few places in
Lagos and Abuja, I don’t think there is a place in Nigeria where
monthly rent is above $100 for a
bedroom apartment. So you see,
with 50M naira annual income,
you’re a million in Nigeria, but a
poor or rather, an average man in the US, UK, and Canada.

DO YOU AGREE? A Man Who
Earns 50M Naira Annually In
Nigeria Is Considered Poor In UK,
US & Canada? Let’s hear from you.

That's an argument between me and my tight paddy!!!

Drop your comment below.
With 59million naira equivalent in the USA you are not considered poor that's way over a 100thousand dollars annual income, if you check high paying jobs in these countries the annual salary is usually from 80k to 100kplus thousand dollars. If you earn the equivalent  of 50million naira in America annually then you have a high paying job.

Clear you dont understand then . What he was summoned to was just a commission of inquiry, not charges have been brought against him . He's not the only one who refused to appear, bu the only one arrested . If there was evidence of state capture against him ....all the white people who despise him ; judges ,law firms etc they'd made sure it was brought before the courts grin grin.... but Nadal!! Just noise .

As for the case he was busy with in court ....arms deal....another joke grin. Zuma wasn't even the president when that happened....so they know it wont stick.
he should have just appeared before the panel to clear his name, hopefully his case can be reviewed.

The judiciary is selective and factional, they're not fighting for the masses but for Ramaphosa to stay in power so that the white elite could continue looting with him and his side of the ANC. If Zuma is corrupt then let him be charged for corruption not this rubbish. He's not the only one to give that commission and parliament the middle finger .
by my understanding I think his corruption case is still on, his arrest was due to his contempt of court orders, hopefully after serving this sentence, he gets to answer for the corruption allegations against him.

You should understand these are the actions of his supporters. The majority of the country is against this - that's why there were huge "Zuma must Go" protests. So don't say SA loves corruption.
good to know, allowing more people like him into office would be the decline of South Africa, he needs to be punished for his crime.

Penguin2:
Personally I do not support the removal of immunity from the president, vp, Governor and deputy.

Just imagine what Saraki went through as Senate President because he hadn’t immunity.

Trust opposition politicians to keep dragging sitting presidents and governors to court on the flimsiest of excuses which would be a whole lot of distraction and won’t let him or her concentrate and work.

The framers of our constitution weren’t stupid when they put it.

Must we argue everything?
having the immunity has been abused more than not having it, Nigerian leaders are not known to be morally upright, anything that tends to reduce their power is a welcome development for the masses, for a nation with such amount of political lawlessness and abuse of power you think giving this set of leaders more immunity will benefit the masses?

your ignorance is pathetic for clarity same falana never said it is unlawful to arrest at night, he said it is quite unethical for the govt to always arrest at night when they can do that in daytime.
