Someone mentioned Ulster University, Birmingham few days ago with tuition £9900+ in January 2023 entry for MSc International Business and Data Analytics. You can check that out.

By budget of 10k GBP, are you talking about the tuition fee or maintenance/processing costs or both? If it's tuition, I don't think you can get any Uni in the UK at the moment with 10k tuition for Master's for international students - that's almost what home (UK) students are already paying. Start looking at 12-13k minimum.

IHS fee = £705
Total = £1068

You mean each of the dependents were charged $1152.94? That's definitely too much. It ought to be same £705 for MA and each dependent. Even the $890.65 is too much considering the exchange rate of pounds to dollars. You might need to contact them for some refund as I feel strongly it's an error.

For a 1 year course, your IHS fee is £705 not £470 as you think. This is so because extra 4 months will be added on top of your course duration on your visa. You're expected to pay half of £470 = £235 for that 4 months. So what you're told to pay $860 is correct, as the USD equivalent of that £705. All the best.

I only uploaded my TB test and offer letter from the uni, my CAS stated that I was not expected to pay tuition fees and that I had a yearly maintenance of £16k so no need for POF.

Paid call: Aug 15th (decision made)
Collection mail/ Delivery mail: August 22nd
Passport delivered with vignette sitting pretty: August 23rd

Priority visa doesn't automatically give you a closer date. You have to search for date for biometrics just like regular service. The only difference is that with Priority visa, you're sure of getting a much faster decision on your application after biometrics - about 5 working days, unlike regular service that takes weeks for them to make a decision on your application.
