A case of having number of votes surpassing number of accredited voters. It's those excess votes that were removed that made Adeleke's votes reduced to 219k.

A number of public Universities in Nigeria are just concluding 2020/2021 session because of the long strike - they were even behind before the strike. Only some of them have commenced 2021/2022 session. So I think it's in order.
