See these assholes, they’re worried only about their colleagues, we are all in this together. All the money u collect as allowances spend them now on foreign medical trips. Bunch of wicked people. This virus might just turn out to be what we needed to better this country. This year is turning out sweet. |
They won’t hear. It’s just glad that we’re all in this together. They’ll enjoy the mess they created too. |
The only thing good about this Coronavirus outbreak in Nigeria is that our politicians will finally feel and enjoy part of the mess they created. They’ll enjoy the medical care they put in place with the masses. Many of them may not survive if they contract the virus. |
When this is over, I hope we give credit to whom credit is due, scientists are working tirelessly to find a cure and when they do we should praise them for that. |
So them no wan die |

Back then in IJ FGC Lagos, we used to scale fence at the back of JS1 hostel. There was this night there was massive scaling. What we scaled mostly to do was buy bread, egg and noodles from one Mai Shai at Iyana Era. This very night was my first time scaling, a friend asked me to help him get noodles and eggs on my way back. On getting there, I met quite a number of my colleagues waiting and eating already, we ignored each other sha, to avoid suspicion from people that we’re students. I sha waited till it was my turn, it was already very late when my turn reached, every other student had left, leaving just me and another friend that we went together, we bought our stuff and those of my friend in school. Around 11:30 we left the Mai Shai to go back, my mind wan cut, what if dem catch us? I sha do strong mind dey bounce dey go on a lonely dark street. As we approached the point of entry (fence) I noticed broken bottles scattered on the ground and some slippers, I looked back and around; wetin happen for here, these things weren’t here before na. What that meant was Obtainers don chase guys o, Obatainers! Ah! If dem catch me lasan na gbege o. Obtainers was a term we used to refer to local louts then (area boys), they can spot a student easily. We hastened our steps and got to the point, sharply in two steps I reached the top of the fence and jumped back in, i landed awkwardly and sprained my ankle, omo it’s better to break leg than get caught and expelled. On entering we saw flashlights pointing towards our direction, we dodged in a nearby bush. When the coast was clear we went to our hostels; as we reach my friends were surprised to see me, I was like; “wetin happen”, they replied: “dem no catch you, they talk say dem don catch u na”, I said who, they replied “Obtainers “. I told them I saw signs of scuffles but I didn’t see any Obtainers. They made me realize that they chased some students and even caught some, some fought back but were overpowered. That was my first but not my last. Boarding school was fun mhen. I enjoyed it wella. |
amaniro:Their grandfathers were brothers. |
Which other method? Abi conductor or pure water seller go collect transfer ni? |
Wash. So you’re telling me Kano state laws supersedes the Nigeria constitution that allows for free movement anywhere in the country, dem for seize his passports too na. |
I still see no reason why anyone chooses to join cultism. No pay, no rest of mind, no meaningful value is added to you. Cultism isn’t being tough, it’s just plain stupidity. |
In your dreams. |
When just 500mUSD is spent on education then how does the country grow? The driving force of any country is the educational sector, if this sector is properly cared for all others will fall in place naturally. |
A country will eagerly accept this offer. |
Wait till it starts to rain in Lagos. They are not fixing drainages now o, but are doing patch patch road works, after now all the roads will spoil and they’ll fix them next year again. Nigerian leaders are the same. |
Did tigers ever roam Africa? If no, then there’s no ways they’ll be named. Ekun should be leopard while Amotekun Cheetah. The Yoruba adage: Kakaki kiniun se akako ekun, oni kaluku aya se ode re lotooto. The statement describes ekun as inferior to kiniun, which means a lion will never stoop low to eat from a leopard’s kill or remains. They’ll rather hunt separately. My opinion though. On the fact that there are no facts that Tigers roamed Africa. |
Federico Valverde is a very good player. He really worked that left side. |
Foolish thieves. Lagos rakes in billions of naira in IGR and taxes yet there is no world class road anywhere. See all those roads they claimed to fix, just wait till the rains come by June and see all of them wash away. |
See disease control center. Nothing is ever done normally here. If the post above of the Italian trying to run away is true, let’s just brace up. |
chemberlin:I am doing that. Thank you. |
Nigeria is just cursed with bad people and leaders. This man came into the country on 25th from a region that is currently under the outbreak, our immigration officials should have known best to quarantine these people for at least 14 days, but no, they let them pass, cos they’re oyinbo and are first-class citizens in our own country. Just imagine the man didn’t check into the hospital when he started feeling sick. And think of the possibility of some other persons that may have come in without proper checks. Now they’re saying they’ll fight it. Lagos is extremely dirty and stuffy. How do they plan to reach everyone this man had contact with both directly and indirectly. A friend of mine went to pick up an item from an Italy returnee that was probably on the same flight as this man on 26th and now the man is said to be in Benin, what if that man was exposed? It means I may be exposed too cos I met my said friend yesterday and we discussed this issue on this virus getting in here, and how it’ll be managed, not knowing it’s been here already. We really need to get serious in this country. Our government and leaders are just too bad and heartless. |
This is Nigeria. Everyone’s a criminal. |
