^^ with dreadlocks u dont av to patronise one barber who runs his biz on petrol Gen. I am even thinking of investing in oando shares . . . . Lol |
With the fuel price at N140/litre i would suggest dreadlucks for economic reason. . . .lol |
I pity the govt and private co workers who can't get a pay rise overnight, as for the commercials pple who trade directly they can still adjust. Where does the unemployed go from here ? . . . |
We have just gone from $30b in reserve acc to $40b debt under Gej. That's $70b+ gone and there is no improvement in power, road, health, or oil sector. FRESH AIR INDEED ! ! ! |
@Gbawe, we need to get accurate censor results first, but there are so many factor that will work against it like u pointed out, one u didnt mention yet is that of religious manipulation. We have cases of Hausa/Fulanis refusing to release their women for counting because islam does not allow their to expose themselves to the world, so they remain inside while the censor officials are forced to rely on the words of the men. Also we have cases of shortage/excess of materials in diff parts of the country. To make things worse we av just launched satelites that can't be utilised for tracking of population movement and our borders are wide open. Any populatn censor anytime soon will likely tow the path of previous ones. |
We need a more scientific method of counting, better stats of children being born, pple dying, those migrating etc. At the centre of this there shld be a computerized national database of all her citizens. Population info holds the key in Nigeria wealth-sharing/planning and it is only normal we get it right. We really av a long way to go especially the in computerized database part. |
. |
That's a no-brainer. |
Recently Nigeria launched 3 satelites . . . And i am beginning to wonder if these satellites cant be used to get images of these bomb prone locations say every sec. . . . If they can, then i expect them to try to trace back the tracks of these BH and get useful info about their network. We cant continue like this. |
This thread is simply unbelievable . . . |
The problem is definitely more complex than initially thought. Very soon bh will target northern leaders who av failed them on state and regional level. |
What happens to the few christians and non core northerners among them ? What the CPC guy beaf qouted said culd be . . . But dont forget the Berom pple of pleateau r the ones with similar marginalization as NDeltans, their land got destroyed as a result of tin mining activities. |
@BigB1 u cant put the blame on tinubu, Gej and Pdp clearly rigged that election . . .even with tinubu and Buhari combo or CPC and ACN combo Gej and Pdp wovld av done the same thing . . . The fact that jega who is at the centre of this is still incharge of INEC is frightening . . .it goes to show how far Nigerians can be taken for a ride. |
. |
We have to look at it from a Pdp angle to realize that Gej has taken something that belongs to the northerners. According to pdp they agreed to rotate power btw the north and south every eight yrs, if they av a problem within pdp i expect it to be solved within PDP and save us the northernern anger. As for buhari he has said well, i expect him to behave cos he is not a pdp man and the votes casted for him wasn't really perfect. . . There were cases of minors (u-18) who voted in regions buhari swept in that election. Our main focus shld be on Gej . . . He holds the key to so many things that we need in this country right now. What Buhari suggested concerning the cost of our government is one of those key things. |
Dont ever be decieved, non core-northerners are the ultimate and overall targets of these attacks. I hope Gej and his trustees come up with something good. |
Northern PDP members are telling us that Gej has stolen their mandate and that they will make the country ungovernable for him, my questn is: shld Pdp's internal conflict be settled with the lives of Non-core northerners? This is possible because of they av dominated our intelligence and defence structure already, Gej who happens to have provoked this reaction is sitting there and hoping to continue his choping and glory-seeking exercise. Just like 1966 they have a genuine reasön to feel cheated but av resorted to expressing themselves in a barbaric manner . . . . .to make it worse Gej is acting like he does not know what he has done wrong . . . . . . . . I see alot of pride, ego, and false pretending taking us back to 66 if care is not taken. |
So u guys av no real plan for battle all this while, u ought to av done these planning the moment they struck those ibo traders in Kaduna . . . .by now i expect more to be happening than these words we r seeing in the pages of Nl. . . . . U guys actively mocked other ethnic grps in previous bomblasts. |
dayokanu:wasn't replying ur comment . . . . .twas the one b4 urs . . . Kettykin |
Back then was a diff ball game. An active enemy is diff from a passive one . . . I expect u to know. |
Hmmm . . . that's some word from Buhari . . . I expect Gej to be wise and listen to these advice . . . The man has surrounded himself with the wrong pple. |
There is notìng special abt the removal, in a country where the govt is efficient there is nothing wrong in giving the govt more money to work with, in Nigeria the govt is too inefficient to check the activities of the cabals alone, how do u give such a govt. more money and expect results. Our govt cant just wake up and tell us that there is no oil subsidy in developed nation we aspire to be like and so we should follow suit. The reality of Nigeria does not work with petrol subsidy removal. . . . . . . . . . |
mikeansy:when it was Westerners taking the heat most u guys said all sort of things, now it is the Easterners and it has suddenly become a tactical move to shuttle between silence and proverbs . . . . . wonda no go end oh . . . . . .the number one tribe in Africa . . . . . . hmmm |

Why shld the matter/issue of a southerner stealing a northerner's mandate within PDP be settled with the lives of pple they claim they are justling to secure. The issue is this Gej guy is a weakling. . . . period . . . . .if not i don't see how he will fold his hand and pretend not to av crossed the path of his fellow party pple. The issue of northerners using the lives of their percieved political and religious enemy to drive home a point shouldn't be there, if Gej and his Pdp cohorts hadn't compromised the judiciary system maybe these core northernes wouldn't av had such a strong hold on we all today. Unfortunately we have his southern sympathizer by him even when it is clear he is clueless. Like i said earlier the Guy ( GEJ ) is a weakling, he is suppose to resign under a normal circumstances but i would suggest he stays in power cos we can't afford to make these core-northerners have their way like that, it will send a message that could be sucidal to all Nigerians in the long run. |
R u sure u really wanna stop it cos the reality of Naija is harsh . . . .no one wants to face it with clear eye oh . . . . . . Lol |
After going through this thread, i must say boko haram is with us today because internal fightings within PDP, the northern leaders made their position clear that victory of Gej as president will amount to stealing the North's mandate and they promised to distabilize the govt. For this reason, it could well be an aggrieved buhari & co. who have turned to this group for the task of distabilizing the peace of Nigeria And make it ungovernable. One thing is clear PDP shld not be using religious and tribal war within Nigerians to settle their scores internally. Nigeria is not for PDP, if jonathan has stolen something frm the north they shld settle within themselves. |
One Nigeria forever ! ! ! |
coogar:When i said it in a thread few weeks back some folks here swooped on me like bee, Saying there is no sane muslim who would support BH, it seems more pple are begining to realize the truth now, the core-north are in support of these acts and 95% of those affect are non-muslims i can quarantee u that. Most of the victims are southerners(45%) and hausa/fulani(55%) who r have taken to christianity, this particular case just happens to affect the ibos due to the church involved (catholic), the average core-north man does see hausa/fulani who is a christian as a hausa/fulani, to them it is impossible, islam is the reality of their culture so only a hausa/fulani who is a muslim is recognised. For those ibo amongs us calling the westerners cowards, i hope they realize that we stand to gain nothing as a divide Southern Nigeria. This is not the first time the victims of such act will turn out to be mainly ibos. The reality on ground is, the ibos can't all continue to proclaim one Nigeria half heartedly while it is clear they are the worse hit. It is either they react or accept a southern Nigeria status fully. Imagine a southern Nigeria united against any northern rubbish + the fact that we have christians and middle beltans simpathizers in the north. |
seanet02:the tin tire me oh !!! The man yarn im own as a Nigerian and them dey condemn |
hercules07:very daft comment there, especially the bold part . . . . . . . |
