RomanceRe: Does Nl Have An Annual Party For The Romance Section? by ShyOne(op): 1:47am On Mar 19, 2011
We could have NL Fest - summer picnic - byob and everybody bring one dish

We could have NL Santa - 190 could wear the Claus Suit and MzDark could dress as Mrs. Clause - Sean and JayBee can hand out gifts and the moderators could be elves.

We can draw our talent from the readers:

Mr Brown Jay can be the disc jockey for the event

A cover charge per person could handle the cover on the room and drinks

The women could cook and bring a dish(s)

Actually enough people read NL - there has to be some singing acts in the house that could perform for free exposure and advertisement

Where are the Nollywood Actors - you know they read NL too - they could give some mini performances and we could actually have different bands perform for free because it would give them exposure and could be their Christmas Gift to their Fans on NL

Yayyyy

Let's Do This PEOPLE

Wouldn't it be great to actually meet at a group bash in Lagos?  Wouldn't that be great?  I hear that at Christmas many, many people come to Lagos - family, friends, love ones.  Have the moderators ever given a big bash downtown Lagos for the NL Romance Section?  I really want to see what you guys look like in person - your mannerisms.  I want to see if your faces match your wits.  Wouldn't that be really, really fun and something to look forward to at the end of the year?  We could have a pay at the door type of event in Lagos for this section of NL.

I really am interested in seeing what you guys look like and partying with you.  I love watching people in action - laughing, talking, mingling and even the wall huggers are something to see.

What do you think?  Maybe Us NL's should plan our own party - we are intelligent and talk bold - who is up for it?  I would be supportive of such an event.  I don't know the area, but there has to be enough Lagosians that do.

@ Reality

Nooooo - it's how you look at it - I am not a staunch, traditionalist in my glory to God

I walk and talk and learn and make mistakes and beg forgiveness and dance and sing and love and constantly walk and talk to God daily.  Never had so much fun in my life.  I hate hypocrites - but really all of us catch ourselves at one time or another being the very hypocrite we hate.  But the one thing I can count on from God is that the first thing that God is - Is LOVE - God loves me unconditionally and is always, always, always there for me.  When all is great and not so great God is there.  God made man and understands us like none other.

I incorporate God more and more in every single thing that I do - daily - as God's presence sustains me and i truly live God being near and dear to me.  God gives me joy unprecedented in my life.  My apologies for my sharpness as I do enjoy your posts - I read your thought process frequently on NL.

@ Goldie

See - I only answered

if you sense me taking God's name in vain - you definitely didn't sense what God sensed

we are here to glorify God - so where you got that type of question to even approach me with made me ask that question - as your question completely caught me off guard.

i don't spend one iota of time with those that take God's name in vain - so i was stunned when you asked me that question and it just jumped out of my mouth to you as I assumed your question jumped out of your mouth towards me.

didn't mean to offend but you caught me off guard with that one.  sowwy

RomanceRe: What Would You Have Done If You Were In His Shoes? by ShyOne(f): 4:42pm On Mar 18, 2011
I have never understood women that test - in the first place

soo many scenarios and soo many tests - you are so busy testing that you are wasting valuable time NOT LIVING YOUR LIFE IN A FACTUAL WAY just FICTIONAL - what if this and what if that

YOU WILL miss your mate with all of the BS - i have never tested a person I am dating - i never even thought to do something like that - because it could actually be quite harmful adn shows a major lack of trust in God.
RomanceRe: What Would You Have Done If You Were In His Shoes? by ShyOne(f): 4:39pm On Mar 18, 2011
first of all she shouldn't have lied

but on the other hand - she found out how spineless he was and good that she knows now - if she faces any real trouble up or down the road - she will know that his direction is not the one in which to look for emotional, physical nor financial assistance.  At this point in his life Husband material he is not.  As soon as the boat rocks - he disappears.
FamilyRe: She Left Me After My Effort With My Kid by ShyOne(f): 2:28pm On Mar 18, 2011
You can believe that there is no space

No unethical plans taking root at your expense pushing her forward and holding you back

God's time and God's plan is the only space - not an ocean between 2 separate continents

She has to answer to God immediately - Talk to God

Because of God - EVERYTHING IS WITHIN ARMS DISTANCE

I go to God about my relationship in Nigeria - I don't go to my mate when I fear/have doubts/get unfavorable info-news - I go to God as God governs my mate, me and our lives

God governs her - talk to the one in charge in this and all situations and that is God
FamilyRe: She Left Me After My Effort With My Kid by ShyOne(f): 2:22pm On Mar 18, 2011
University of Michigan in Ann Arbor?

ooooo boyyyy - I know where that is located and have been to that town as well

poster - anytime I want immediate results - I go to God right away

and get answers

you are her husband - you have the right to appeal to God on your behalf in that marriage

Go to God right away for justice! Talk directly to God as though he is your parent in the room sitting across the room facing you.
FamilyRe: She Left Me After My Effort With My Kid by ShyOne(f): 5:01am On Mar 18, 2011
Also - have a minister talk to her on your behalf - I don't understand how someone can get so caught up in physical surroundings and forgot why they came here in the first place.

RomanceRe: I Had A Blood Covenant by ShyOne(f): 3:17am On Mar 18, 2011
talk to GOD and ask to be released

sincerity is your fasting

so be sincere in your request to GOD

then ask God to send someone to you as your mate!

remember - sincerity

I promise it will work - ok?

you just need to be released - the blood, the psalms from the bible - involved God

so go to God on your knees, quietly and ask God to release you and to send someone that HE chooses for you - to you

All is good - so don't fear - ok?

One thing I know without a shadow of a doubt - your covenant is always with God - it is never with MAN even though it appears to be - it is with GOD - so go to GOD to correct this appearance so you have peace, harmony, the right mate and happiness is yours for the taking.
