I dont believe he'ld have said something like that, but if he did, it's too bad for a player of his calibre. Let's leave everything open please. as he has denied making such statement. @ least till today, nobody knows what made Zidane headbutt Matterrazzi! |

Bolton match ended 2nil as I earlier quoted. I watched some of the matches shown on SS3 today, the referee manufactured a penalty for Gerrard, while replays showed no contact at all. Arsenal big guys cost us our match, as they looked jaded, while Bolton really dealt with our North London brothers. Cant wait to see other matches tomorrow |

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Walcott Relegated! by SirKay3(m): 5:29pm On Aug 19, 2006 |
My sister dont be afraid. Sure when the players watch the clips of the match, they'ld be surprised to see that they played very well with good ball possession, but were complacent in front of goal. Only Eboue impressed me, though Adebayor, the fake KANU, as you said missed two glaring scoring chances (he cant be blamed) until Walcott was introduced and this proved the right tonic we needed. Henry was not as sharp nor focused as he used to be in front of goal |
Sports / Re: English Money For English Players by SirKay3(m): 5:15pm On Aug 19, 2006 |
Rightly said and thank you for your observation of the huge transfer prices for those English players |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Walcott Relegated! by SirKay3(m): 5:09pm On Aug 19, 2006 |
@ GUNNER, It's too early to start criticising any player now, guess you see that Henry too was a shadow of himself in the match. I believe with time they all will be as sharp as expected again |

The boy played well today, despite his being introduced in the 78th min, yet he provided the assist that resulted in the goal scored by Gilberto Anyway, TSpurs continue your criticism of ARSENAL, as you have the right to say anything that you like @ other GUNNERS, If we are not a threat to other clubs, definitely we'll never be criticised or hated, so let them say whatever they liked against us. Today is one of those days, you win some, lose some |

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Strictly Chelsea Talk: by SirKay3(m): 4:54pm On Aug 13, 2006 |
@ All Chelsea supporters here, What happened today? I wished you the very best yesterday, but it seems the way the season is starting is not rosy, with the loss to Liverpool minutes ago. @ Akolawole, Take heart, the guys really tried their best. Or should we say it's because of what Mourinho said earlier today that he wished the match is to be played in two weeks time or what? Well, we win some lose some sometimes. Everyday is not Christmas GUNNERS FOR LIFE |
Sports / Re: Gunner's Trophyless Season by SirKay3(m): 4:24pm On Aug 13, 2006 |
@ TSpurs Why cant the same FA get you into the Champs League, if you claim we were assisted through food poisoning? Point of correction, we won the Amsterdam tournament please @ Akolawole, Not all Arsenal fans on Nairalanders hate other teams please. Agreed they go to the extreme sometimes to defend Arsenal and in the process use abusive words, that doesnt mean they are haters. Am apologising on our behalf please. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: FG Bans DSTV From Airing English Premiership by SirKay3(m): 4:06pm On Aug 13, 2006 |
The match is being shown, not on SS3 as usual but SS8, which is for portuguese subscribers, but deliberately left unscrambled. SS3 is showing Nigeria Premier League match between Dolphin FC and El Kanemi Warriors. |

Career / Re: Can Christians Work On Sundays? by SirKay3(m): 12:22pm On Aug 13, 2006 |
It depends on the nature of the job you are doing. Doctors and nurses must be at their posts even on Sundays due to their work schedules. There was a time that I was running essential shift duties @ work, which made me to be in the office even on Sundays, though not all Sundays, except when on Morning, Afternoon and Night duties. This I did for 10 solid years. To me there is nothing wrong with it, if it is not for personal reasons, like you are working for overtime |
