I acquired two plots of land in Ogun state late last year but I've not had enough funds to develop it.
I have done the survey plan already.

Now I hear the omonile's are busy selling people land there so I need to do something fast!
I am thinking of two options:

1. whether I should fence it round and put a gate there ( like 4 block level)
2. Use the funds to build shops in front of the plots

Please based on your experience what shoud I do as I dont want to lose my hard earned money. Does the survey plan cover it from omonile?

Build shops. Shops will ensure that eyes are always on the watch for suspicious activities. Also, the rent you get yearly can be invested into building the main work.

it was an online course on google digital marketing and if you finish, you take the test/exam. My own was to tell her the number of pages to read daily and with that format, i knew when her test date was on, so she couldn't fake that part.

if it was a book and she didn't read it but claimed she did, then she's not doing me, she's doing herself. Truth was, she knew why she had to read and was tired of not doing anything and procastinating.

I had a girl then that made me her accountability partner and it was fun really. I made it interesting. If she does any of her day's task completely and early, i'll reward her and if she doesn't do it for that day, she'll part with a fine. It was challenging to her.

Eventually, i was always rewarding her.

Lol. Don't beat yourself too much. I have books too that i consistantly plan on reading. I even set the numbers of pages to read daily and how to go about them but somehow, i end up reading few pages and stock them among my list of reads. I know i'm doing myself.

I've noticed that getting an accountability partner, someone to help you stay discipline helps too. You'll tell he/she you want to finish a book before a fixed date and he/she'll help you strategize how to go about it.

Sometime in May this year I became friends with a girl from a group I belong to on Facebook, we started talking, I told her I'm not ready for a relationship she was ok with it but as time passed, she started catching feelings. she is from Anambra but lives in Yola while I'm from Anambra but stays in Lagos. I feel pity for her cause if I call it off now , it will look as if it's because I have already had s3x with her, but the truth is right now I don't feel the whole relationship abi situationship.

Making water isn't that easy an experiment. We know that 2 molecule of hydrogen and a molecule of oxygen undergoing an exothermic reaction will produce water. Now nature will easily produce water without man's input but producing water artificially isn't easily. The heat generated is intense, isolating the elements from nature is fvcking expensive. Besides, how can you shoot a missile of hydrogen gas? How many metric tonnes of the gas is need to make a drum of water? The hydrogen gas used as fuel for a jet engine can't make a drum of water if reacted with oxygen. Therefore, how much more do you need to make a sea, in space, with the massive heat coming from the sun without the water evaporating?.
