RalphJean:
Even me I have a similar problem.
My correct date of birth is 12th March 1990.
But on my original WASSCE cert, it was reduced to 12th March 1994.
They just removed 4 precious years from my age, I want to correct this.
Surprisingly, i want a reversal of that your age.
The only difference is the month. Mine is feb 12 1990 to feb 12 1994.

They invited the head and the leadership of NURTW, not whatever agbero you see on the road or that you look down on as inferior human being even though your daily realities are the same.

I bet you did not read up and comprehend the subject matter before commenting.

And I don't remember quoting you or questioning your post on NL, unless you are @ beresponsible, the poster I actually quoted.

You are entitled to your own opinion, but I just don't see where or how you are being treated as slaves by the NURTW. Stop making up absurd rubbish just because you arrogantly think you are better than other people because of how they earn their daily bread which you really are not.

You keep bringing up rubbish upon rubbish to defend what actually? Mediocrity I guess.

If a clown like you happen not to see how those touts brutalise drivers and conductors on the road who supposedly are their members you will have a second thought about them. it is either you probably leave on the island or you leave in a cage away from the mainland.

I dont blame people like you, I blame the owner of lagos who installed his puppet and tout to loot the treasury of the state for prof like you to speak Stupid english for all inclusive govt. Welldone sir.

Makinde is doing great in oyo and he conscripted the Union there and heaven did not fall.
They are using assasin to head a national union branch in a state and you went to show total support to such a silly act.

Next time I see your post or comment comparing nigeria particularly lagos state to other countries and their transport system, i will report you get banned from NL and any social media forum.

NURTW is a national transportation organization and the largest trade association in Nigeria, their members are on our roads 24/7 and they know more about our roads and transportation in general so who do you go to for credible information and solution bearing insight when it comes to transportation in Nigeria? The NURTW of course.

The NURTW members and leadership with vast and real-life knowledge regarding transportation or professors sitting in airconditioned office with little or no transportation knowledge?

This is how you hate-mongering ipobs let tribalism, bigotry, misplaced and misguided arrogance overtake your sense of reasoning and basic logic.

What is wrong with agbero sef? Is it not a job or must all of us be University graduates paving the streets for jobs or sitting in airconditioned offices?

The people you look down on and insults because of what they do for a living have families that they take care of, they pay rent, they pay school fees and go through the same daily worries that you and the next Nigerian go through so what's the difference between you and agbero?

The fact that you are not agbero means you are better, successful and doesn't deal with the same hurdles they go through as Nigerians?

You are not better than any agbero, vulcanizer, mechanic, food seller, security guard or million of hard-working Nigerians out there making an honest living.
If you believe the Agbero i see on the road everyday are the best set of people to proffer solution to the transportation crisis we have in Lagos, then I rest my case with you.
Common sense they say is not common.

I don't think there is any place in my quote where I said uneducated or artisans Are inferior to the ill educated ones so to speak. As a matter of fact, i am a pro artisan in our various schools.

I respect people from all walk of life but animals in human clothing touts treating legit hustlers as slaves on their own job is a no no for me.

You do not have to go to uni to acquire knowledge. Regardless of his background he still have some knowledge of transportation in lagos that can never be acquired in school.
Bros which knowledge does he has to offer?
Where i school, people spend five years in transport department, carry out research and project using foreign case scenario. These people have embodiment of knowledge to apply with moderation to nigerian context. Not a tout of all people. A well known killer!

Who came up with the phrase "wetin concern Agbero with overload" must be a hero.

Hi guys, is it a glitch from first bank nigeria because i got a mail for their 2019 graduate trainee program from the job portal page in my mail. on the 12th of this month. Yes it is 2019.

I knew the recruitment was already on since last year but I applied anyways.

Surprisingly, the opening didnt last more than 24hrs before it was removed on their job portal. The retail head and the other that has to do with the intelligence remained there.

Here is my question:

Could it be they wanted more guys for this year recruitment?
Or its just a computer glitch from their website?

You said nothing spectacular in Infinix Phone and u still turn around to talk about its durable battery. So a Smart Phone with a durable battery is not spectacular.

Let me tell you. No matter how good a phone spec is, without a good durable battery, it is a beautiful piece of useless sh!t.
When you leave a comfortable life from home to work, the long time durable battery will be the least of your problem.

I just weak for Lagos.

The OP is right and to a large extent very wrong on some of his point. He just dey speak English.

Whatever skills you have, never rule out the almighty number one factor. CONNECTION. Recently, I went for an interview on banana Island. From the secretary to the head of the organization. They kept asking me from where did I apply, who invited me, how did I find out they were recruiting. This is just a mere internship for 6months or so.

The woman just look for flimsy excuse to dispatch me with the usual we go call you syndrome.

Also, A CV written by the best recruiter in this world will not do shit if you dont have the necessary requirement on such CV.

Spot on is the skills and experience with what you can offer. This can actually get you the job but yet not still guarantee without connection.

By the way, i am still on the look out. B.tech in mech engineering, 2.1 nysc completed last march. Any opening or recommendation would be highly welcome.

Xenophobia mean ''Fear of foreign''

Englishman, pls who is a foreigner?

Even brexit is bound to driving out foreigners out of UK in the same EU. i asked again englishman, who is a foreigner?

You might wanna check back glo. The network service is amazing now. Atleast in my place. Rightly put by the other guy, i barely recharge after my 1k sub. You get to call all network with the bonus upon recharge. And they dont swallow your data like MTN and AIRTEL.

Sad thing we don't value our own thing here. Thats why the south african punk will continue to us with outrageous charges and nothing the govt officials who happen to be shareholders of these companies will do about it.

By the way, nigerians pay more than any other african countries in tariff and data charges of these foreign companines

While I condemn the stupid spoilt brat south africans, retaliating give us no better option to the services this people provide.

Do we have alternative to DSTV. I remember how hiTv came with prospect only to be swept away by the giant company.
I believe majority of the people on this platform cant trade their MTN sim card for Glo. Whatever the hell happens to glo that makes their network miserable happens to be a product of their dependency on the same MTN.

the same Nigerians that see shoprite as heaven. In Ilorin, they see that place as paradise. Common mall people go just to get groceries.

The only solution is for the govt to support the nigerian own firm in telecomm and other services the way they support Aliko Dangote with tax holiday and banning of product. Only on till then can we actually retaliate this criminal offence.

Nigerian citizen attacking their embassy can be condemn by the nigerian governmennt but it will send a straight message to their govt.

The nigerian govt attack of their embassy is an act of war. And trust me, you dont want a war with a south Africa now.

MaziOmenuko:
The joke is on you! Those shoprites branches you see belong to Nigerians. Its called a 'franchise', you can look up the word. You can buy a franchise to open a shoprite; royalties are being remitted to the brand owners, who may not even be in Nigeria. Same goes for MTN; most of the outlets are owned by Nigerians, selling services offered by MTN and remitting to MTN. MTN is now listed in Nigerian stock exchange and sold-out within two days. Who you think over-subscribed the shares? They generate tax revenue, have Nigerian staff, supervisors and Managers, have chains of outsourced services that keeps other Nigerian SME's running, engage in CSR's that contribute in its own little way to improve communities they are; they contribute positively to the Nigerian economy!

Be there and be destroying Nigerian businesses while those motherfvckers kill people. They waste people's lives and you are looting groceries and table water.

Jokers!
Smart comment here.

The bitter truth is that nigeria need south african businesses more than they need us. Massive Employment, tax revenue and services provide by their firm does not come second to any private firm in the country.

While I would condemn the looting here, somehow message had to be sent to the south Africa's govt who are silently in support of the attack of foreign nationals in their country.

Funny experience everywhere.

Well I went to a muslim wedding recently. The couple are muslim. The groom happens to be those muslims that keep bears and wear 3 quarters trousers.

Fast forward to the program, the alfa who happens to be the MC asked for the couple parents approval before they are joined in holy matrimony.

The bride's family requested their daughter should never be confined to usin kimar (you know those muslim ladies that put on hijab like ninja covering all their face).

The groom said it is up to his wife. The bride's family insisted that he swear to that. That was how the groom's family took it up that they cant force their son to anything that it is their life.

It became a rowdy session like in the national assembly that we have to calm both parties down.
The bride's parent said anytime they noticed the conversion of their daughter to that doctrine will be the end of their marriage. The groom again flare up again that they should go ahead and cancel the wedding.

Las las, we told our guy to tell them what they want to hear that he can do whatever he wants with his family after the wedding. The teblik guy stubborn but he later agreed and they were later joined.

Gbam.

It's sad we're going to be losing such a brilliant young man to the American system. Let the holy cast stones, let the wise learn.

Sad as it is, many people spitting bile and acid regarding this issue depend on this dirty money directly or indirectly to survive; they just don't know it.

I know businesses that feed whole families, pay salaries, send children to school that would have crumbled if they were not constantly patronized by "these guys" people are talking about.

As Nigerians are becoming known for cybercrimes, the South Americans are known for drugs, the Arabs known for terrorism, the Asians and italians for organized crimes, russians prostitution, drug, etc rings, indians rape, omo e plenty. There is no country where there is no crime, even the US.

I don't know why y'all are shouting. The US will just be using the opportunity to gain more control. See our government officials shouting extradition up and down, the fools, they will only be shooting themselves in the leg.

Best we can do is make things at home work first. No need crying over spilled milk. A child will surely do what he sees/thinks his father does.

Sweep your house so your children will not carry dirty feet outside.
Supporting businesses by prrpetration of crime is not justifiable. Thats absurd. So because Pable is a philantropist in mexico he should be allow to ruin the americans life he sold his products?

Not so smart?
