Ever since I started sleeping in that format, I stop dreaming, is it normal for one not to dream?I dont know but I hardly dream when sleeping with my back facing up n my Tommy down .I sleep very sound n peacefully . lately my brother who snors while sleeping too stop doing that when ever he sleep in that way as well.
