PoliticsRe: Nigeria Police Officers Caught On Camera Sorting Bribe Proceeds by SkyBlue1: 1:21pm On Nov 19, 2011
Apologies but any ideas to stir up cyber activism based on this grainy picture might be futile because the picture itself proves nothing. Not saying I don't believe the money on the table are proceeds from bribe taking, but what if when challenged they say they were simply gathering money to send someone to Mr Biggs or Mama Betule, then what? How can you prove it not to be the case? We tend to get emotional and think before we jump. Any attempt at pursuing these sort of things further would need more air tight evidence like videos, more detailed pictures of the process of actually taking bribe, etc; not a bunch of guys in uniform counting money around a table.

Come to think of it. . .in my opinion, David Mark would not be a bad choice for 2015 presidency anyway. I just love the man's grace, confident elegance, charisma and smooth leadership carriage. He comes across as a man that was Born to Command; a natural leader. Although I strongly doubt that 'the north' would allow a Christian take up their presidential slot. But then that's a matter for another day. I guess we would have to get to the bridge first before we cross it.
The same man that said mobile phones were not for the poor? I wonder whether he ever thinks of that statement in retrospect.

You will understand my point well when one day, the one you like to be President isn't elected, and termed a loser of the election, even though he got overwhelming number of votes. If ever it will happen.

The President's speech today is erotically mad, no one will go out to vote with this utterances. For God's sake, what's the reason for comparing Civil war with what is happening? I am lost in this.
This is not about understanding your point considering you don't even know who I would have preffered in the presidency before the elections and the ensuing violence erupted. Point is understood (you don't like Buhari being called a looser), but your proposal remains weak, very poorly thought out and undemocratic. If the person I want to be president fails to secure the mandate of the people I will get over it, because the people made their choice.
PoliticsRe: A Prime Minister For Nigeria by SkyBlue1: 1:45pm On Apr 20, 2011

Most respondents except some few doesn't understand my point, they think it is because Buhari lost the election.

Runner ups doesn't lose an election, but just doesn't get the required number of votes to win an election, you can't compare the number of supporters of Buhari with that of Goodluck in the North, and that of Goodluck with Buhari in the South. Someday, it will be a southerner that will become the runner-up, and then he will take up the right position of the Prime Minister. Even in sports, the runner-up take the silver while the winner take the Gold, so better understand that runner-up is not equal to a loser.

Prime Ministerial Positions will serve as an avenue to provide peace of mind and a sense of belonging between the North and the South, all sides will feel they are rightly positioned to govern the nation. No side will feel disfigured. If this will continue then very soon the country will be divided, I bet it won't be peaceful, because the North must get rid of all non-Muslims in the region, while the East must get rid of all Muslims in the region, it will lead to massacre, bloodshed, and only God knows when it will end.

As simple as A,B,C
No need to elaborate, I got your postulation perfectly fine the first time, and it remains as undemocratic and poorly thought out as when you first conceived it. What you are basically asking is for the country to be thrown into perpetual coalitions. Each party has its manifesto and although Nigerian politics at present seems to be less about party and more about people, it does not take away from the fact that different aspirants might see different way of doing things. What might attract people to a particular aspirant is their idealogy or way of doing things (even if this might not have been the case of recent). What your proposal could create would be indecisive coalitions that foot drag on issues due to clash of ideas, when a more decisive and clear path would probably be more welcome by the people. Stop using sports analogy because they do not apply here, this is governing a country, not doing pole vault in the olympics. I repeat, if the runner up has twenty percent of the votes then on what mandate would he stand as prime minister? twenty percent? The idea is undemocratic, idealogically stunted, and continues to exploit the divide that exists in the country, not heal it. It belongs to the litany of other such ideas like federal character and zoning that continue to sacrifice competency and good governance on the alter of "carrying everybody along". I don't want my president to "carry everybody along", I just want him to get to work.

Having 10 million voters isn't just a picking game, it is a system of sub-doing what has been undone. It will be very difficult to have both the Winner and Runner-up from one place, in most of the elections, it is between one powerful politician from the south and one powerful politician from the north, it has been like this for the past decades, and it will always remain so.
I disagree with your last sentence. Election is not about one powerful politician from the north and one powerful politician from the south. I am sorry but that sentence exposes so much which you might fail to realise. That WAZOBIA like mentality is what some people went out during these elections to vote against and if you really believe that your last sentence then this conversation is pretty much futile. Just out of interest, what if both president and prime minister were say, indigenes of Plateau state or some small group from that area. Would you be ok with that?

Just to iterate, having the rejected candidate of an election automatically getting the prime ministerial post is undemocratic. What if the runner up has only 20% votes, what mandate would he use to take up such an important role (that is normally appointed by the president)? 20% mandate? Are you serious?
PoliticsRe: A Prime Minister For Nigeria by SkyBlue1: 9:32pm On Apr 19, 2011
I am quite weary about increasing the size of an already overbloated and expensive government structure. Apart from that, why must the loser of an election be automatically given the post of Prime Minister? How is that democratic and what mandate is there? Countries that have a president and primeminister usually have the president picking the prime minister by the way. This your idea seems a knee jerk response to the Nigerian situation as opposed to a more elaborately thought out plan, and unfortunately continues to carry that WAZOBIA like mentality that has bred animosity in the country and kept competency as a factor at the backburner. Would you be ok if the president and prime minister come from one place? Just curious.

This is not the choice of your people. Here is my personal experience:

I didn't go 4 d senatorial poll because I don't blive in any of the candidate of all the parties. But I voted in this presidential polls and was I was rudely shocked to see that the check-box for the NASS polls against my name was ticked. Meaning that someone had thumb-printed in my name for one of d candidates (my guess is PDP is d culprit, which is the party that swept all the seats in my area).

Then, I came across this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nl5JSE1YrCs which confirmes my suspicion.

The unproductive party has perfected the act of riging over time (12yrs). They are the master rigers.
Just out of curiosity, what did you do when you found out?

The Skyblue I know is always objective. This one is sounding like PDPs PRO.

Go and check INEC's facebook page and see loads of video evidence intentipnally ignored by INEC. My group made complaints to INEC officially about child voting and multiple thumb printing.  We even gave suggestions on how these could be avoided during the presidential elections.  Till today we have not got a reply. On whether they heeded to our suggestions or not , d results r dere to see. So don't come here and tell us we didn't complain.
Stay on point, you might just choose to see what you want to see in my posts so it might be futile and that is fair enough, I am not really here to convince you (you don't even know who I supported among the three major candidates). I did not even know that INEC had a facebook page, the one I know is their website, the numbers given to alert the commission to events unfolding during the election. There was even a number to text, people didn't seem to use this as much as they could. There was even a guy coming on here claiming he had tried to get images of rigging and was almost beaten up or something like that, and there were numbers to call which he didn't seem to. Your group might have lodged complaints and that is fair enough, but most of the people complaining here from what I can gather did not. So what exactly is your point?

DId you see the youtube evidence of madam rigger? Did you see CNN's evidence of underaged rigging? What did GEJ do about it? Please dont come and cry now. Does a country like Nigeria need polling booths in every kilometer? MAybe the 120,000 are for effective rigging. These elections should be recounted with finger print evidence. Obviously the riggers all around the country are too daft to know finger prints are unique to each individual and cannot be forged. That is the only identity we human have that cannot be forged. The joke is on PDP this time.
I saw the youtube video you refer to (which shows rigging in rivers state during the congressional elections and not presidential - not saying it makes it better but just to correct you). Now my question is this. We were given numbers to call incase of any trouble. I remember before elections posting videos and information about numbers to call for people who might see something not quite right during the elections, so imagine my irritation when I saw multiple posters coming here during election to complain of this and that when there were numbers to call to nip things at the bud then, when the counting had not yet been collated. But it is now that a good number of results have been collated that people are now making noise? Are you kidding me? And you wonder why we don't get things right? If you lodged complaints and they got ignored, then that is another thing. I repeat, whatever evidence you have take it to INEC (they have a website) and post it here for us. All this noise is getting us nowhere.

Completely agree, criminality is criminality, no arguments from me. But do we shout "rigging rigging" and close our eyes to under age voters that seemed a very common phenomenom in the north? We can't be biased here. Was the election perfect? I wouldn't say so. Could it have been better? I would agree it could have been. Was it better than the last one we had? I will absolutely make that claim. In cases where there might have been rigging, it could simply be a matter of the riggers got outrigged by the better riggers, but I would say that the shouts of rigging have been over played. There were 120,000 polling booths around the country. What percentage of those got rigged (either by multiple thumb printing or under age voters) that we won't hear anything other than rigged elections? If we are going to be serious about this then results from booths in violation of electoral law can be disregarded to send a clear message, simple. People should push for that if they are serious. PDP is not the only party in Nigeria that knows how to rig. Let us stop being lackeys for people who might have rigged.
No need to get into any uneccesaary arguments. The poster I was challenging had been going on about rigging happening in certain areas and I was simply saying we should condemn all types of electoral malpractise (including those of underage voting - which he rarely seemed to mention). So what exactly is your problem with that?

If the argument is underaged voters, then the election should be cancelled and done right
Can you at least try to be reasonable. There were 120,000 polling booths in the country. PDP is not the only party that knows how to rig, why are you so sure that CPC did not rig  for Buhari too? Do you think all the polling booths are in cities? Do you know that most of the Nigerian population live in rural areas (quite a few of which might not be so easy to observe??) Some people are making exactly the same mistake online bystanders and observers made when doing analysis and forecast on the rerun gubernatorial election in Delta state. They thought everybody lives in cities. INEC has a website, we were given numbers to call before the election. If you have evidence to back up claims like the one in bold why didn't you call the INEC number? Why don't you post on their website and present the evidence for all to see? It is very easy to allege and yet we were all informed of the INEC numbers to call if we saw anything funny happening. Have you called them with your evidence and they said you should go and sit down??

People should not register to vote if they have no intention whatsoever to go and vote on the day, it creates more opportunity for spare ballot papers (accrediation or not) being used for rigging. If the will was really there, ballots could be checked again and results from booths with considerable amounts of violations should be cancelled altogether to pass on a stong message that rigging will no longer be tolerated. But then what about underage voters in the north? How does scanning for multiple voting by one thumb checkmate underage voters? I wouldn't be surprised to find that there was rigging in some parts of the south south, but personally I think rigging in eastern states are quite over played. What did people expect exactly? Did Buhari campaign in the east?

The amusing thing is that Ribadu stepping down might not even help Buhari but might help Jonathan instead. I really hope all these stories including the meeting Buhari was supposed to have had with IBB and Atiku, etc, are not true, because for someone who was selling himself on integrity, change, etc, it would be a tad disappointing.

PoliticsRe: About The Presidential Election On Saturday. by SkyBlue1: 1:18pm On Apr 12, 2011
If I was a betting man, I wouldn't even bet on my ability to predict the winner of the coming presidential elections (which is what makes it so interesting). I think Jonathan has a good shot because of the PDP structure on ground (and not necessarily because of rigging). I had completely written off Ribadu in the past, but with the announced legislative results gone by, who knows, he might have a distant shot (although I personally very much doubt he can win). Buhari's chances are difficult to read, he might just be able to force this to a run off (if he doesn't just get it). If Buhari is winning this election I very much doubt it would be by a wide margin at all, he would just get about enough to win. Regardless though, for the good or the bad of the country, Jonathan's chances look the most promising. His obvious rival seems to be Buhari and it is not even clear whether the hypothetical scenario of Ribadu stepping down would even help Buhari's cause at all (because we all like to assume Ribadu supporters would naturally have Buhari as a second preference).

At the end of the day the elections might be decided based on the ratio of people voting for parties to the ratio voting for personalities. It seems logical to assume most people voting along party lines would want to get rid of PDP (in that case ACN gains), people voting on personalities would probably then pit Jonathan squarely against Buhari. . . . we'll have to just wait and see. Personally if we were to have an opposition in government I would rather it be CPC than ACN.

I just hope people won't be screaming "rigging rigging" without any sort of logic or proof when the person they hoped would win loses because it is not only one party that is capable of rigging and elections in Nigeria are not necessarily decided by the loud urban population. Most of the populations is claimed to live in the rural areas, and which party has the most structures on ground in such areas? . . . . . .

I don't even see the importance of point four, is it a brag or what that all money wasn't given up?? So this really is your rebuff? I don't even know why I am wasting my time. And you are hinging too much justification on the fact that he came out without a conviction to his name in a US court, as if the US justice system (though better than what obtains in Nigeria) is a perfect one. Why was he ordered to give up substantial money? What deal was made? So the US courts are in a habit of seizing assets for no good reason? And you come on to talk about lack of conviction being the key issue? What about all the deals the EFCC cut with corrupt officials, or do you think plea bargains and deal making are non existent in the US justice system and only happen in Nigeria? I now remember why I alluded to him being convicted (was sure I had seen this somewhere). You asked me to show you and here it is (I put this link up before by the way). Now, you are free to try to disprove them if you want.

http://news.onlinenigeria.com/templates/?a=448&z=12
United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) confirmed that a former Lagos State Governor, Mr. Bola,

Ahmed Tinubu, ran a heroin ring in the country; was convicted, though with an option of fine; and was actually quizzed last month while entering into the country.

Documents available to the Nigerian Compass showed that the United States Government has written the Nigerian Government, highlighting the fact that Tinubu ran a cocaine ring in the country.

According to the document, signed by the United States Government Narcotics Attache in its embassy in Nigeria, Andre W. Kellum, Tinubu operated an organisation that distributed cocaine.

Kellum said that though Tinubu was not subjected to criminal prosecution, the fact that he acceded to forfeiting funds to the United States Government was on its own a conviction.

Kellum’s letter was a response to a petition pertaining to Tinubu’s suitability to stand for re-election in 2003 as the governor of Lagos State.

The petitioner said that Tinubu, owing to his conviction in the United States for running a drug cartel, was not suitable to stand for election in Nigeria.

In the letter dated April 9, 2003, addressed to the former Chairman, National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Alhaji Bello Lafiaji, Kellum wrote, “After consultation with the Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of International Affairs (OIA), this is in response to the above referenced matter, regarding Bola Ahmed TINUBU (emphasis that of Kellum).

“Pursuant to the aforementioned request, the Lagos, Nigeria Country Office (LNCO) of the Drug Enforcement Administration immediately contacted DOJ/OIA officials. Copies of documents received by the LNCO from the NDLEA were forwarded to these officials for verification.

“As such, please note that paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of the complaint indicates that persons named therein operated an organisation that distributed heroin and the proceeds of that illegal distribution were in the subject acounts to be forfeited. The complaint references U.S. (criminal) money laundering and (criminal) drug statutes as the authority under which the forfeiture occurs. Nevertheless, note that the complaint in this civil action identifies the funds as the defendant (Tinubu), not the account holders.

“Likewise, the Decree of Forfeiture, signed by a U.S. District Judge, identifies the criminal statutory authority for the civil forfeiture of the funds without regard to whether there is a corresponding criminal prosecution.

“The facts revealed in the U.S. Investigation of the funds and their source are detailed in the affidavit filed by the Internal Revenue Service.

In the letter from the NDLEA that resulted in Kellum’s reaction, the lead anti-narcotic agency in Nigeria said that the conclusion it could draw was that Tinubu’s drug case was yet to be closed by the United States.

The letter, in its opinion section, noted, “Former paragraph 6 above, Governor Ahmed Bola Tinubu was involved in Money Laundering Transactions along with Mueez Adegboya Akande and Abiodun Agbele in the United States of America.

“Even though he was not charged to court, he had to compromise the case. Otherwise, he would have lost the whole money.

“Arising from the case, Governor Ahmed Bola Tinubu forfeited 460,000 US dollars to the United States Government being proceeds of narcotic trafficking or property involved in financial transactions in violation of 18 USO 1956 and 1957 and therefore was forfeitable to the United States (emphasis that of the NDLEA).

“It is pertinent to note that the funds held by Citi bank which was released to Governor Ahmed Bola Tinubu and the action filed against these funds held in the said accounts was dismissed with prejudice. This in effect means the case has not been closed (emphasis that of NDLEA) an

Tinubu entered the lion's den (the US court system) and came out alive, intact, with his body parts intact and minor scratches.

But he is not a criminal or convict, as you suggested.
There is no need to be disenginuous. I called Tinubu's character questionable (to put it kindly) and I stand by it. If IBB and co are questionable then so is Tinubu. To suddenly try to seperate him from the pack because we feel like it is plain nonsensical. Progressive my foot!
Sky Blue: Funds being siezed is not the end of the world. If I buy a very expesnive watch that is actually stolen property, perhaps someone might accuse me of stealing it, and I'll have to return it. But so long as I don't go to jail or am not otherwise penalized (e.g., convicted of receiving stolen property, some crime like that), I'm clean as a whistle (at least, from the perspective of the legal system.)
The stuff in bold is the end of the story. In Nigeria, things might work differently.

But here in the US, if you are not convicted and the case is settled, even if you must pay a fine, you have no criminal record and thus from the perspective of the law are clean as a whistle. There is nothing further to be said. Any analogies between the US and the EFCC don't work. . . simply because in the US you cannot bribe/payoff some PDP official to let you go easy.

US District Attorneys try to extract EVERY pound of flesh they can. If they felt they had a strong enough case against Tinubu, they'd have taken him to court, DEFEATED him, and he'd be rotting in a jail cell. That they accepted a deal suggests that THEIR CASE WASN'T STRONG ENOUGH. Now, if the DA wasn't able to make a strong enough case against him. . . who the f*** are you to say he is a criminal? Something even they weren't able to prove?

Anyway, we are arguing over irrelevant details. He was not convicted, and thus is not a criminal. End of story, case closed.
Just like IBB has not been convicted anywhere in the world and is also not a criminal right? Perhaps what is more laughable is you making the seizing of assets seem like an everyday occurence. And not being able to secure a conviction means he is clean? Let us see what the sitting judge said about the case again

JUDGEMENT:
j,  Neither a claim nor answer has been filed on behalf of the defendant funds ,  accordingly, it hereby
ORDERED that the funds in the AMOUNT of $460,000 in account,  in the name of BOLA TINUBU represents proceeds of NARCOTICS or were involved in financial transactions in violation of 18 U.S.C ss 1956 and 1957 and therefore these funds are forfeit to the United States,
And the same mouth would now start making noise about IBB being a crook when he is not yet convicted, right? The word hypocrite comes to mind. What makes Tinubu different from IBB (who was also under strong allegations of drug dealing during his tenure), Atiku, Obasanjo and co? Funny.

This whole debacle started with me claiming Tinubu's character to be questionable, and I stand by it!!

Can you define what an ex convict is and how Tinubu fits an ex-con profile. See ektbears response above.

They have been there for 6months and ppl already see positive movements from them.

ACN being tagged as progressives comes from Tinubu days where he battled against the PDP-OBJ domination.

When ppl call ACN a party of progressives in the current dispensation its due to the good works of Fashola and Oshiomole plus the strong note on which Aregbe and Fayemi started.

A governor rolls out 20,000 jobs out of the blues in Osun state which has been under the PDP cosh for 8yrs. Ppl aint silly, they recognize a performer when they see one
With regards to you point about conviction, see post above. With regards to your claim about ACN being tagged progressive in part because of the start Fayemi and Aregbe made, please no need to be so disenginuous. When did Aregbe and Fayemi get into power and when did ACN start touting itself as a progressive party? Who really knows about the "works" of Oshiomole outside Edo state and what are these "works" compared to what has been seen around the country? ACN is seen as progressive because of Fashola, it started selling itself as that and getting such perceptions before Fayemi and Aregbe even got into power so no need to try and twist history here, or did posturing for the presidential elections only start after Aregbe "rolled out" those 20,000 jobs? How amusing.
You don't know what the word convict means. How can one be a convict if the case was settled? He was INDICTED (i.e., accused of committing a crime), yes. But he was never CONVICTED (judged guilty of commiting the crime.) Two completely different things.

It honestly pains me that you speak so authoritatively about a matter you know nothing about.
I would rather we don't veer of course but bring this back to the point. I was making an indictment on Tinubu's character which I claimed questionable. Now let us tie it to the court case and documents obtained in 2008 (which I had earlier presented some links to). Tinubu was not convicted of a crime yes, the case was settled and what was the result?

Some Case info:
The United States of America, by its attorney, Michael J. Shepard, United States Attorney for Northern District of Illinois, for its verified complaint of forfeiture, states as follows:

1. This is a FORFEITURE action under 21 U.S.C , ss88 and 18, ss 981,
2. The DEFENDANT funds are located in the above-described accounts and were SEIZED pursuant to PROCESS ISSUED BY THIS COURT,
,
4,  beginning as early as 1998, Adegboyega Mueez Akande, WITH OTHERS OPERATED a organiszation (sic) which DISTRIBUTED WHITE HEROIN, a controlled substance under Title 21 of the United States Code.
5,  this DISTRIBUTION OPERATION was conducted on a LARGE SCALE and the PROCEEDS of the operation SUBSTANTIAL. The defendant funds represent proceeds of this OPERATION of property involved in MONEY LAUNDERING.
6,  the defendant funds represent  proceeds of NARCOTICS TRAFFICKING ,  and ,  MONEY LAUNDERING,  the funds are therefore FOREFEITABLE to the United States,

JUDGEMENT:
j,  Neither a claim nor answer has been filed on behalf of the defendant funds ,  accordingly, it hereby
ORDERED that the funds in the AMOUNT of $460,000 in account,  in the name of BOLA TINUBU represents proceeds of NARCOTICS or were involved in financial transactions in violation of 18 U.S.C ss 1956 and 1957 and therefore these funds are forfeit to the United States,
His funds were seized. How many ex govenors were convicted in relation to their accused crimes during Ribadu? What ratio of those cases were "settled" without leading to a conviction? Did that make those people innocent or any more respectable because they weren't convicted? What is more preposterous than my wrong (and yes mistake) claim of Tinubu's conviction is your sanctimonious and annoyingly pretentious anger as if Tinubu is some saint whose character is being dragged thropugh the mud. Am I the one who linked him to these charges? So please spare me the nonsense. It is a tad hypocritical than we can go on about how so and so is corrupt in Nigeria (even without prrof like the case with Tinubu), but when it comes to Tinubu different rules should apply? Has IBB ever been convicted anywhere in the world? What about Atiku? So why is it okay to castigate IBB and Atiku but not Tinubu? Challenging the federal government makes him "progressive"? So why is Atiku who fought with OBJ not seen as "progressive" too? What utter hypocrisy. Please go peddle your sanctimonious anger somewhere else. This whole debacle started with me claiming Tinubu's character to be questionable, and I stand by it!!

@Sky blue

I dont know what you mean but if you go to Edo state, see what Oshiomohole has done. Even in 2012, edo citizens say they wont vote, that they would rather just 'Install' Oshiomhole again. People are just insulting PDP all over Edo state.
When I think of the very few list of performing governors in terms of solid accomplishments and massive infrastructural rehabilitation Oshiomole doesn't come to mind. Fashola, Amaechi and Chime yes. Oshiomole might belong to the second tier if you will, but not amond the trend setters in governance. His works is known mainly to people in Edo and hardly beyond there. Him ,winning would most likely be because of people being fed up of PDP and few credible oppositions to his 'ideas' and candidacy, right or wrong?

For one, Aregbe and Fayemi are still under 6 months at their jobs.

Aregbe has already providd jobs for 20,000 citizens of the state which is a step in the right direction because if we ask, They would be paid at least minimum wage of about 10k which amounts to 200m per month.

Ask where was the 200m per month going to under the PDP led Oyinlola. Aregbe is already a movement in the right direction.

Think Tinubu as the face of ACN which is a good thing because It was Tinubu who notably stood up to the OBJ-PDP oppression on all when others were content with the garrison OBJ rule So Tinubu is good for us as a voice against oppression of the PDP

PDP wanted in the US? Since when? over 15yrs ago and he frequents the US like anything? Even if you are trying to discredit someone why dont you take the pain to come up with something concrete and reasonable
Apologies with regards to using the words "pending" since you are right, it is a concluded case, I should have just used the word ex convict since I was quite familiar with the allegations when there was the uproar against him. He is an ex convict in the states the same way Ibori is an ex convict in the UK.

Or are those different Tinubu's?

Now to return to your other points raised. No need beating round the bush because you have already said they have only been there for under six months and are "moving in the right direction", like many other governors who started well but ended badly did. So when we hear "ACN is progressive", you are telling me it is because of Aregbe's 20,000 jobs and not because of Fashola's transformation of Lagos state? A bit disenginuous to make that claim, don't you think? ACN is seen as "progressive" today because of Fashola. There are other non ACN govenors also doing quite well in other states so please spare us this rewritting. ACN has only four governors on ground. Two of those have been in power less than six months and hence it would be a bit too early to start judging their performance. People are still waiting for Oshiomole (who had the large civil society support) to transform his state. So what are you talking about?
