its true that some oceanic bank staffs lack discipline good customer service, like once i was at the oceanic branch along marina, the one in the fuel station, opposite conoil building, the lady i met at the counter was so brute, i kept wondering how she got employed. but then we cant blame the staffs for the mis-management, Mrs Ibru and her management team should be held responsible for that.
