You keep bringing up this scripture and this scripture refers to the perfection through Jesus and not the law.
Kindly explain verse 8 highlighted below:

Melchizedek the Priest
1 This Melchizedek was king of Salem and priest of God Most High. He met Abraham returning from the defeat of the kings and blessed him, 2 and Abraham gave him a tenth of everything. First, the name Melchizedek means “king of righteousness”; then also, “king of Salem” means “king of peace.” 3 Without father or mother, without genealogy, without beginning of days or end of life, resembling the Son of God, he remains a priest forever.
4 Just think how great he was: Even the patriarch Abraham gave him a tenth of the plunder! 5 Now the law requires the descendants of Levi who become priests to collect a tenth from the people—that is, from their fellow Israelites—even though they also are descended from Abraham. 6 This man, however, did not trace his descent from Levi, yet he collected a tenth from Abraham and blessed him who had the promises. 7 And without doubt the lesser is blessed by the greater. 8 In the one case, the tenth is collected by people who die; but in the other case, by him who is declared to be living. 9 One might even say that Levi, who collects the tenth, paid the tenth through Abraham, 10 because when Melchizedek met Abraham, Levi was still in the body of his ancestor.

11 If perfection could have been attained through the Levitical priesthood—and indeed the law given to the people established that priesthood—why was there still need for another priest to come, one in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron? 12 For when the priesthood is changed, the law must be changed also. 13 He of whom these things are said belonged to a different tribe, and no one from that tribe has ever served at the altar. 14 For it is clear that our Lord descended from Judah, and in regard to that tribe Moses said nothing about priests. 15 And what we have said is even more clear if another priest like Melchizedek appears, 16 one who has become a priest not on the basis of a regulation as to his ancestry but on the basis of the power of an indestructible life. 17 For it is declared:
   “You are a priest forever,
   in the order of Melchizedek.”[a]

18 The former regulation is set aside because it was weak and useless 19 (for the law made nothing perfect), and a better hope is introduced, by which we draw near to God.

Do you have an idea, though, on what the damage reported could mean as no accident was reported?
After the damage reported, it seemed as though there was no fix or anything. You might be aware of these kind of things based on your expertise.

Is this what I might have experienced too?
I actually had the black patch thingy on my thigh after a treatment of malaria some years back.
I noticed i had it each time i had malaria for three consecutive bouts and on the same spot.
it spread out and became a big blister each time and later dried up when i recovered. I had to zero in on the culprit when after a yr i had same after taking amalar.
i rushed to the chemist and the pharmacist actually told me how lucky it was in a covered area, that pple developed such on face etc!!! she said it was a reaction to sulphur.
From that day till now, i AVOID sulphur containing drugs like amalar, fansidar, maloxine like a plague!
i am so sorry to hear about your friend but it could have been anyone.
this is also not an issue of self medication, these drugs are even prescribed by doctors.
my 2 cents, any drug prescribed to you should be checked for effects online so u can have a vague idea at least of what to expect.

Its on 24hrs for 30days.
However if your use up the 150MB before the enf of 30days, you will need to purchase a new 150MB.

This is cool.
150MB for N1k is nice (expensive retail price but overall great for medium usage).
With this one will have to stuggle to consume it before month end.

Using a BB is a matter of choice especially as you are the one spending your own hard-earned cash.
I had the option of getting a BB but see it as a waste. I get 24hr internet access at home courtesy of my office and even if I didn't I could still go for a cheaper alternative.
I use a S40 Samsung qwerty phone with the Etisalat N1k easy net package for a whole month and it serves my purpose very well.
I browse any site on operamini, I have mig33 and Ebuddy downloaded on my phone as well.
Compared to a BB, all I don't have is the BBM (Which I do not see any benefit if I am to pay N5k per month before I can access this service) and online realtime (I see this as an addictive way to always respond to anything that flies your way).
Therefore, I am cool with what I use as it serves my purpose. If a BB serves your prupose, use it.
There is no hating. Its a matter or choice.

However, the devil caused us to fall from this position God created us in and hence the coming of Jesus Christ was to reconcile man back to God as God desires our relationship with him.
This was the reason for His death on the cross.

After you receive Jesus into your life, we start to grow now as Sons of God to be one with him and show forth His praises.
1 Pet 2:9:
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

Therefore, to now understand your purpose and calling, the word of God is the best guide to achieve this and having a time out/retreat will sure show you the way to fulfil that purpose. No one can tell you what your purpose is as you have to discover it yourself. You might already have an idea now but the confirmation can only be gotten from the Word.
When you know your purpose, then will you discover the essence for your living.

Lets keep following biblical injunctions and not what men profess. We also are to be like the Berean Christians and do our bible study daily then we will not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
We are to be a good example for others to see and follow in our speech and conduct, in love in faith and purity. There's a whole lot to living as Christ instructed than for all this.
