Investment / Re: Property Or Shares Which Do You Prefer? by SOJ(m): 5:09pm On Oct 15, 2007 |
Property investments are a sure way to make stable income fromyour investments.I said stable becuase you are sure that your investments would appreciate in value and never depreciate. You can also invest with little capital depending on the offer available. However in Nigeria, you need big capital to invest in real estate and property because of lax regulations concerning it.Minimum you say? Well, try N1,000,000 and above |

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Plz Whot Do You Think Could Be Wrong. Help! by SOJ(m): 12:53pm On Oct 06, 2007 |
There could be dozens of things wrong so it'll be difficult to pinpoint naything right now.But i suggest he get professional help with packaging himself viz a viz his resume and personality.Thats very key to getting a job NOT ur class of degree. And ultimately,he'll need to come to terms with the power of divinity, that of God working for him to get a job;i did my self and, well,God always has an answer for evrything.Good luck to ur friend |

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: First Bank Interview by SOJ(m): 7:35pm On Sep 16, 2007 |
I think a total white or a light blue shirt under a black suit is appropriate.Bankers prefer conservative colors so nothing flashy.I'm going for the interview too so see u there.I guess its a done deal that we might all be recruited;this is just a formality to get acquinted with respective candidates.Good luck! |
Business / Re: I Have N15,000 To Invest. How Do I Go About It? by SOJ(m): 11:59am On Sep 06, 2007 |
I would suggest that u open an e-gold a/c and fund it by purchasing e-gold from a merchant. You can then proceed to trade and invest with ur a/c on numerous online invest sites e.g. www.relaxbusiness.biz Doing this will help u raise some money which u can use to execute some other plans of urs and it'll give u time to decide a real sector business you may want to venture into.(assuming you avent spent the dough yet, abi? ) |
Business / Re: I Need Your Suggestions Please! by SOJ(m): 8:29pm On Aug 30, 2007 |
@Olowotee 331 posts?funny i avent seen ur posts here?Anyway, i think its a question that has been answered over and over again here.If u really desire to go into a business for urself,u need to look around u for immediate ooportunities u can exploit. One way to do this is to check for the needs of people which r not been filled. Also u can ask around, there might just be people like u who r looking for invest partners.i'll give some posts later but hope u can work with this for now, ? |
Business / Re: A Short Term Rental Office Space With Facilities For Small Biz Owners. by SOJ(m): 8:17pm On Aug 30, 2007 |
I'll say great idea too.Small biz in Nigeria are in great need for such concepts. There is one company already into that: Executivechase services. It'll be gud to check them out as they represent competiton. Overall, its an idea that can surmount all odds given sufficient time and effort. Quote: Secondly, how do you guard against scammers setting up a presence, using your services for a month, defrauding members of the public, and dissappearing, leaving your location with a bad name, deterring potential customers? They are way to go about it the documentation required are as good as opening a bank account and contractual agreements sign for legal purpose.(with clauses that would scare of and shady biz) They really isnt a foolproof way to guard against scammers,u just hope they dont spoil ur broth! |

@Evept OK. fine. but u dont av 2 be there;just finance it.anyway, its what u want that matters.u can consider a biz in IT.but really, there is hardly any biz u gonna do witout being physically present in Naija.if u av stayed in naija a bit,u can look around u 4 opportunities dat abound. amidst ur network too,u can identify some key areas to fill for profit.f this doesnt jog ur creativity then i will get u some concepts l8a.i gotta warn u,i'll be a lil biased cos my interests lie in IT and online biz ideas.LOL |
