.....the Temple was still not yet rebuilt.

3. World wide peace and an end to all wars. Universal disarming of weapons. Micah 4:1~4, Hoseah 2:20, Isaiah 2:1~4, 60:18.
...obviously war exists still, and many wars are fought in the name of Jesus.

4. Moschiach reigns as King and all Jews will follow commandments of the Torah. Ezekiel 37:24, Deuteronomy 30:8~10, Jeremiah 31:32, Ezekiel 11:19~20, 36: 26~27
...all Jews are not embracing Torah and certainly not following the commandents.

For other sins ..it is not effective. What God desired was a contrite heart or a broken spirit..

What God desired is a sincere repentance.. no human or animal sacrifices we ever desired or necessary..
