manny4life: The more I reply you, the more idiotic I sound.

In your definition, define HUMAN DEVELOPMENT.

Tell me what HUMAN DEVELOPMENT COMPONENT doesn't revolve around infrastructure?

First off, define INFRASTRUCTURE?

There are different types of infrastructure from Healthcare to Security, to Energy to Education, Communication, Finance and Money and what have you.

Like Chino did, I will school you in a minute
Stop exposing your illiteracy please, for your own sake.

Here's all the definition you need on Human Development Index: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_Development_Index

It is a measure of Life Expectancy (which is also greatly affected by HIV rates), income and overall welfare of an area, and does NOT have to include infrastructure.

You're such a dullard. Run a key search of "infrastructure" on that page and check back to me if you ever get results.

Bestviewer here claims Imo people are trooping to Anambra without proof and I'm just wondering, is this the same Anambra where its inhabitants are reeling from earth shattering AIDS rates or the same one where most of its indigenes have deserted to go claim another man's land as their own (Lagos) or gotten their assses jailed for drug trafficking in China?

Mehn, you are pathetic.

Foolish, stupid, idiotic and trollish Chino/Kingbang (by the way the Awka and Onitsha threads are rotting by the wayside).

manny4life: Not only are you slow to reading and understanding, you have comprehension problem as well... Read again, this time, take it really S L O W. I said, " I will not stoop low to engage you or ever banter words with you", read again... It means I will reply you but I ain't got time to trade words with you. You should learn, very important.

You "will be", so much for being certain.. You will be YET, you're posting irrelevant material as your counter-measure, like seriously, Nigeria needs to reevaluate their graduates.

We asked you to open the thread, if you can't open the thread, then kill it. Put up or SHUT UP, that's how it's said.

Finally, I recommend that you learn when to speak and shut it. Know what the thread is about before bringing up garbage and irrelevant conclusion, none of that you put up was relevant to the status quo. If you wanna discuss that, open another thread..
Clap for yourself, master dunce.
But here's the kicker: You say you won't stoop to my level of trading words with me, right? Oy, but could you be kind enough to explain the usage of "clown" in your post? Or is that a term of endearment in your obviously mediocre lexicon?
Your actions define stupiddity each time you post, it's tragic now.
So you rushed on my post like a tout only to try backtracking by saying you won't trade words with me?
Once again, clap for yourself. Keep advertising your tomfoolery.

Once again, the advice you're giving me should actually apply to you, because it is CLEARLY who barely grasps what the thread is about. Who said it was restricted to only infrastructure? YOU and ONLY YOU.
So, you feel it's necessary to judge a 2 year old administration on infrastructure but don't feel it's okay to equally judge an 8 YEAR OLD administration on the quality of life of the people in its care?
Boy, you have proven to possess such idiiocy far exceeding anything ever witnessed on these boards.

In your case, I can't even fully call you a "graduate", as your stuppidiity proves otherwise.

manny4life: Unfortunately, his discourse is irrelevant because we're not talking about economic or development index, the purpose of this thread is simple:

WHAT HAS ROCHAS DONE WITH N211BILLION LOAN + FAAC + IGR + 13% DERIVATION?

The topic is enlarged and emboldened, so I don't understand his rant... What a clown.
Mehn, you're a true dunce.

The question asks, "What Has Rochas Done With 211 Billion?"

So, where in the post did you see "this is only restricted to infrastructure"?

Can you point it out, dummy?

Are you NOT aware funds are also set aside for Human Development?

Please, make no mistake, YOU chose to understand the thread as being ONLY about infrastructure, no one else. For me, I rate a government by it ENTIRE body of work, and that INCLUDES Education, Health, Housing, Security, Infrastructure and general WEALTH.
I rate a government by the number of people it's been able to pull put of poverty, while you're busy showing off how narrow-minded you can possibly be.

Please, shift to a corner if you have nothing meaningful to say to me biko.

manny4life: You and I will not banter words on NL, I have earned my strides on this forum, I have class and will not stoop low to engage you. Then again, just like your rant about opening a thread on Anambra which we welcomed, even your opponent "CHINO" welcomed the idea, YET, you've been unable to do so. Your rants about HDI is irrelevant, the theme of the thread is simple - explain how N211billion was utilized and as usual, you resort to bickering. Need I say more? It shows how your level of understanding, kindly assimilate the purpose of the thread before you throw your tantrums.
We sure do have lots of dunces on this NL, and you - Manny4life - have just proven to be one of them.

You claim you won't stoop to my level, but you foolish quoted my post in the first place even when I wasn't talking to you? Now wey I don reply you, e don turn problem?
C'mon boy, I don't want to believe you're that sttupidd.

Secondly, are you telling me you're also too dense to even read properly? I said CLEARLY, I will be dedicating a thread and a FULL day to Anambra, and you're talking crap.

Haven't you seen the mod warn me about not derailing this thread with the pictures, and instead advised me to open a separate thread for it?

Nwanne, just expect that thread this week when I'm done transfering them from my camera to laptop and compressing them for Nairaland standards. Kpata kpata, e no go exceed Friday, but expect that thread nonetheless.

What I've stressed here is that threads like this should be encouraged, did you not see me say it?

So, on that regard let Bestviewer finish with his posting first. Didn't he say it would make 20 pages?

We're doing Imo today. We'll be dedicating another day to Anambra. Hope you'll be online then wink

bestviewer: See clown! You keep talking about GDP and HDI when there is nothing happening in entire Imo state. Infact the last we checked 2/3rd of imo state population has invaded Anambra cities particularly Onitsha seeking for greener pasture and economic survival.

Owerri is tiny small town with little or nothing happening in it.
grin This clown is getting desperate.

"2/3rd of Imo Population has invaded Anambra" --- Provide links or verified figured to back this empty claim or forever shut it. You're embarrassing yourself already.
Have I not given you a link to show a fact that 450 Anambrans are rotting in Chinese jails because they were so desperate for greener pastures they had to run out of Anambra to go traffick drugs in China of all places?
How many Imo people do you see doing this?

Have I not proven to you that 10 percent of Anambrans are dying of AIDS?

In your desperation, you've resorted to even repeating the pictures you've already posted. I thought you said this thread would have 25 pages worth of pictures. Have you run out of steam already?

Bros, like I already said to you, I'll dedicate an entire day to Anambra on this Nairaland, with a new thread showing to the entire forum exactly what squalor this state currently drowns in.

Wait for it, bros.

manny4life: I have not come out like this to someone except one person and he knows himself, but seriously dude, if you have nothing to say, please keep quiet. You said you were gonna start a thread on Anambra, did ekpenta bit of your hands not to start the thread? We're talking about pics and infrasturtural development and most importantly, your state is indebted with $1.5billion with nothing to show forth and you're yarning dust.

Biko mechie onu gi obula na emagho ife ga ekwu...
Bros, next time you're going to open your mouth and expose to us exactly how much of a dullard you are, at least try to limit your show of sttupidity to the people whose IQ's are as abysmal as yours.

Are you trying to tell me you don't know what HDI means? Well, let me spell it out for you cuz you obviously don't - HDI represents Human Development Index, and is a major factor in determining the success of an administration as well as the welfare of the people within the said administration's area of jurisdiction.
Now that you know this, my boy take your slow brain up a few spots, read his post to me (the one I just replied) and tell me we weren't discussing HDI.

Since Obi's apologists continually stress his areas of interest are not in infrastructure but human development, the set of facts I just tabled before BestViewer here just nipped that lie in the bud.

And as for thread, didn't I already say I was going to post the pictures? Relax bro, make Bestviewer finish his pictures and posts. We shall dedicate a full day to Anambra and the thread. Just hope you'll be around.

Okija_juju: I believe that Rochas spent all that 211 Billion on;

1. Cameramen - Paid them to take his pictures and enlarge them to put on billboards..

2. Radio - To make jingles about what he 'INTENDS' to do in Imo State..

3. Child Salary - Paying Imo State children their salary of 100 naira and 150 naira a month.. (Imo Kids have gotta eat you know).

4. Starting a Roadside Corn roasting business - grin

5. Sewing school Uniform for himself - You know that guy is Fat and would need a shitload of Materials to sew his uniform.

6. His daughters Wedding - Did y'all miss his daughters wedding?!

7. Broadcasting his daughters wedding LIVE on AIT - Yup!! That wedding was the shiit! Rochas had to shwo Imo State folks how to throw a cool wedding.

8. Building gates on all the streets in Owerri - Rochas, keeping the streets safe.

9. Paying Otimpkus (a.k.a Praise singers) like Berem, Abagworo and co..

10. Paying his bills at Ibari Ogwa Beer Palour.. grin

11. Keeping his fat wife FAT.. And also his Fat daughter.. grin

12 ........ Loading.. 2% complete.
LMFAO!! Rochas Okorocha is a con artist! I feel sorry for anyone defending him.

But omo... He's still better than Peter Obi, the 8 year governor who has done absolutely nothing to uplift his people, and only ended up scheming out the rightful governor while trying to impose another puppet village champion on Anambrans.

bestviewer: Hmmm

How do you measure GDP and HDI when you people are all running away from Imo state. Once they graduate from school, they take off. I know good number of Imo indigenes working today in Sabmiller in Onitsha The Onitsha Harbor Industrial hosts numerous industries and I know very well that there hundreds of people from imo state working there. As at today 1/3 of Imo state population are resident in Onitsha for their economic survival. How then do you measure GDP and HDI when nobody goes to Imo state either to live or do investment or business. cheesy
Really? Is that why, of the 500 Nigerians jailed in China for drug trafficking last year, 450 of them are from Anambra state?
It says it all on this link: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/06/6000-nigerians-in-foreign-jails-over-drug-offences/

Oh, but of course that's the truth you don't want to hear. Do you want me to continue?
Are you aware Anambra state is ranked Number 4 in the country in terms of HIV/AIDS rate? And I'm just talking about percentage ooh.
It says it on this link: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/11/world-aids-day-nigeria-records-decline-in-new-hiv-infections/
One in TEN people are dying of AIDS in Anambra.

And as you can see, my talk is supported by corresponding facts and links.
The above stated are what I mean by HDI - the actual welfare of the people in the state, which Peter Obi has failed woefully at.

Are you also aware Owerri's population has continued to grow? Exactly where did you pull out the phantom story about Imo people rushing to the decaying Anambra? Care to provide us with links?

The last census and economic review put Anambra's per-capita GDP at $1,600 and Imo's at over $3,100 and this is a fact you can verify yourself by making a few clicks at Google.com, not the petty pedestrian nonsense you've been spewing here like a semi-literate oaf.

Like I told you earlier, I dey compile those pictures and will create the appropriate thread for them. Then we'll have the viewers decide for real who the clown of the month is.

Don't throw rocks if you live in a glasshouse.

I welcome the thread you are about to open. It is for the progress of Alaigbo but make sure you are sincere about and post current pictures as we are doing here. Remember that we are discussing a gov that borrowed over 200Billion in two years but what we are seeing on the ground is just but dust, filth, underdevelopment, zero education infrastructure, zero health infrastructure. Well daluu for you input.
No problem, bros. Don't worry about date, as the pictures contain the camera's automatic time-stamp (that cute little orange writing at the edge of the image telling you the date and time).

So, when I've dropped them, we'll let viewers decide for real, whether it's comparing a governor on his second year in office, and his counterpart who's about rounding up his 8 years in office without any tangible GDP rise, unemployment decrease, Human Development Index improvement, literacy level rise or overall standard of living improvement in a state that gave him their votes.

Watch out for the thread, nwannem. Inugo? smiley

kingbang: Rubbish! I dare you to post current pictures of Onitsha and stop ranting! Anambra is heaven compared to Imo, even idio.ts know this.
grin Boy, you're a rettarrd. I never even start and you don the hyperventilate. Like I said, I'm compressing them to fit the upload limit, and it will be done on a brand new thread promising nothing less than 25 pages, starting from Ekwulobia, to the mud-ravaged, pollution-devoured mosquito headquarters known as Onitsha, down to the utterly wretched embarrassment Awka. They're all coming.

And for the benefit of doubt, the pictures have their TIME-STAMPS on them, telling you the exact dates, and thankfully, many of them feature Ifeanyi Uba's campaign posters, so you'll know they're recent.

Remember that erosion-ravaged bridge conneting Ekwulobia to the upper parts of Anambra? You go see all of them on that thread.

He who lives in a glass house must not throw stones. No fear, you hear?

Just watch out for the thread cool then we'll let viewers decide.

Meanwhile this is the administrative block Imo state university
Errr... I just have to disagree on this one here, as this is NOT the administrative block, but an ETF Lecture Hall.
I know this thread was created and mischieviously skewed to paint Imo in bad light, and as much as I can authoritatively say Imo is still London when compared to the degenerate, inhumane depths of squalor that Anambra currently is in, I think this is a welcome thread as it helps put the notorious noisemaker Okorocha on the hot seat, so the general masses can also see him for the scam artist he is.

I think more threads like this should be created about other states so we can all stop celebrating medioctrity. I love this thread.

I'm thinking of also doing one on Peter Obi and the dumpster that is Anambra sha, as my camera is loaded to the brim with frightening images of the sorry sights in Onitsha, Awka, Nnewi, Ekwulobia, and the many other glorified urinals that litter the place; as I paid it a visit just 2 weeks ago.

Make I go compress the images to fit Nairaland 200KB limit first.

Watch out for the thread, folks smiley

Posting pictures of people's houses (conveniently cropping out the access roads) and calling that development.

Make im post urban core for us to see naa, and I promise you, you no go chop anything like akamu for a while. Disgusting is an understatement.

I was recently invited to a function at one of the hotels opposite a cathedral adjacent to one of the markets at Awka. I was in Uyo at the time, so the driving went something like this: Uyo-Aba-Owerri-Orlu-Ekwulobia-Awka.
And I swear to you, the second we got to Ekwulobia? Come and see narrow roads, dirty free-roaming bingo dogs, and potholes all over the place.
When we finally got to Awka kwanu? Okwu ebigonu! Open sewage systems and open gutters reeking of rotten eggs and mosquitoes swarming all over them, battered and half-crumbled road demarcators, ugly derelict houses with very questionable architecture (in short, na death trap I go call am), not a single tree in sight to atleast aid the environment, stagnant air reeking of fumes from rotten 50-year old car engines, the roads are unmarked, no single pedestrian sidewalks anywhere.

I do have a lot in common with them in the artistic sense (since I absolutely love drawing, painting, animation, grafitti art), but they phucked themselves up, due to extremely unrelated vices.
O'Neal, because he was a narrow-minded bigot; and Talia from BBStarGame, because she really "showed herself" if you know what I mean...

O'Neal shot himself on the foot with his misguided hate campaign against West Africa, forgetting the frontrunning West African countries, Nigeria and Ghana, are currently leading the continent in the music sector. Being a DJ, this is very significant!

Today, he can't get any job in those countries, and his own country lacks the market size for the type of job he specializes in. So, he's only left with the option of planning to run to South Africa to survive, but who wants to host his condescending asss?
