How I Helped My Sister With Food Items And Accessories To Take To Canada.
Recently, my sister escaped from this hard country to Canada for greener pastures. Many of you knew me on this site as that young girl with sharp mouth. Well, I may be choleric but I m also nice.
So this February, sister went to Ontario. I knew she'd miss home. I went to Wuse market and nearby street shops n bought varieties. I waka-waka my rubber slippers cut. My sister is a picky type that eat light foods but she still love our local dishes. She's going to miss home 😭 and I just want her to v her favorite foods as long as she can. Though she can patronize African stores over there too.
As I m typing this, I can't wait to see her, am so happy for her and I hope to relocate too via marriage in future. Hm, God when?

Anyways I ll list some of the items as I post them here. They are educative and useful for people going abroad too. There are some items you can take along like razor blades, shaving sticks, stock fish, palm oil, locust beans, garri, beans, rice, onions, matches, polish, makeup props, grinded beans for moinmoin or akara, crayfish, beans, balls, sellotape, dried pepper, potash, bathroom slippers, cleansers, needles and threads to sew post letter tear-tear undies or clothes. 😂 In fact, just carry any small daily use item we use here and conceal them well cos of over sabi long throat immigration officers at airport. It ll shock you you can buy a packet of blade that's not up to N1,000 for over $20 Canadian dollars, that's over N20K in Nigeria. Imagine blade pack kan for N20K? It no shock you?
So below are items I packed for her and she's enjoying them there. 😂

Self-discipline and staying busy solves it. With time you will realize it wasn't even that hard to control konji. You didn't just try. And you will be glad you made that move by staying busy and disciplining. Konji go be your boy by then.

One of the tactics I used by conquering it was facing my fears. The things that triggered I would watch them be it porn, sex videos I made with my girls. Aftrr a busy day I come home then I would watch over and over till it gets in my brains and I'm so in the mood then I just lie down and sleep off. By the time I wake up the feeling is gone.
The tiredness from the busy day contributed alot cos even when I'm in the mood I would be so tired to even say let me call one of my girls to come through.

Long story short I kept that pattern on till I got used to it. Watch what triggers me, get high on it go to bed no matter how Hot I got. Wake up and it's cleared..repeat another day till I became used to it. This is what worked for me. Facing my fears and conquering it. Might be different for another person but you could also try. But like every other thing it's very hard at the beginning. If you can endure the first 2 weeks and not succumb then you already 60% closer to success. The first 2 weeks is the hardest.

As a man the moment you have mastered to control your urges you have solved 80% of your problems. At this point of my life now I don't even have any sex urges.
