Some votes are more important than others, in Nigeria, you need 25℅ of the votes in about 25 states in addition to having the highest votes.

Now there are states with lots of votes, which is a good on the one hand but because it's not the only requirement, you need people who can convince those who hate you to vote for you, so you can get the required 25℅.

Let me ask you this before buhari became President, he has always gotten over 10 million votes. But the moment he wasn't contesting Kano was lost, Kaduna almost, kastina lost, he couldn't pull that kind of crowd because he wasn't on the ballot, this is even when the person he is supporting is a Muslim, the vice is a Muslim, the state governors, Senates and house of rep are under the same party, now compare a state like rivers where the only Apc strong man is on a revenge spree because of primary, no senate or house of rep member to rely on.

While growing up, sometimes my father takes me out with him and during those times he teaches me certain things that a man should know.
Thing is, something happened I can't recall but that thing made him tell me he preferred my younger brother to me (We are 3 boys tho), I even noticed it because he took him out more and bought things for him. I was this kid that's so quite, reserved and always on my own and he never liked that. On the other note, my brother is very agressive have this agbero type of behaviour lol. My dad fell ill and I took care of him both at home and in the hospital to the point of his death I was with him, I didn't take what he said to heart and he never apologized but I did all that because I loved him very much, I saw him as a hero, even the person that he preferred wasn't interested in taking care of him as much as I was.
I totally forgot about this whole thing until this my younger Bro accused my Mom of been bias towards him which is true but as the first and oldest son I always stand for him whenever that happens because I know how it feels.
