1. In order for PO to be declared the winner, he need to prove that he score the highest vote, and that include the fact that Atiku wasn't qualified to run.

2. In order to get a rerun, you have to prove that the three major contender score the same number of votes or that LP was omitted from the ballot complete. Irregularities doesn't rise to that level, neither does ballot box snatch or blurred images.
