Most company tries to increase their bidding power although in a way not really good. because if someone is with so much skill then he/she wouldn't be so good in all of them or they would require alot of pay. Anyone who claim to have all that skill for that money is likely a fraud.

As you can guess easily, the company expects this and are aware.

So on your part, simply apply for the job if you have the core skills and forget all those jargon written there. Every job offering starts with the letter of applications and then the interview section and finally the offer letter.

So during the interview you have all it takes to discuss in details what you would be doing and what you can do. infact explictly discuss them if HR refuse to bring them up.

I'm going to be as explicit as possible and I need professional legal counsel/inputs to the issue stated below. (Pardon all blunders biko)

My wife recently got fed up with her place of work and decided to tender her resignation letter. She happens to be in the teaching profession and we all know what goes on in the private teaching schools (Most anyways).

On Friday the 4th of March which was supposed to be her final day at the school, the school's HM instructed her phone to put her phone on her desk (HM's) on the pretense that it was an open day and didn't want her distracted. She did exactly that and the day went just fine, after which, she dropped all the school's materials/properties with her and left.
On getting home, she went through her phone and discovered that her WhatsApp messages and conversations had been deleted, text messages deleted, all her contacts deleted, and all chats on her phone read. As if that wasn't enough, a few of her contacts called her to tell her they received messages from the school asking what her relationship was with them? Imagine!!!

Moreover, I think it is also good I state the fact that she and the HM haven't been best of friends due to an event that happened sometimes back between both parties. But for her to pick up her phone and go through it, and not just that, but also deleting her chats and wiping off contacts, deleting photos that has to do with the school, that's to the extreme haba!!!

Is there any legal ground to pursue this case or is it me just being emotional hurt that my wife's privacy has been trampled upon and I need to act. What should be my next point of action?

A few suggestions were made but among all, I did find interest in web development.

I’ve actually started with HTML and CSS and I really would love to go beyond FRONT END web development to FULL STACK.

Web development is also an art just like it is technology. You don’t need to do the maths if you don’t want to. In simple words only people who take on part like data science and write algorithms really do need the maths.
So on the part of tech you need to know how to think logically.

That aside, you can always learn math along side web development, the maths are rudimentary maths and nothing so special. The main thing you need to succeed is true passion, curiosity, proper research and information

outdate languages and tools are not really a choice especially when building a non-personal project. you're forced is the idea rather than you having a free will to stick to old tools. everyone just follows up the updates and you have no choice.
