IDE Are collection of tools and technologies needed to build a software.

Frameworks are not stacks nor technology but rather a blue print of codebase to start creating something most likely an application.

IDE refers to Editor, debugger, server tools, cli etc

Frameworks are blueprint of codebase of what you want to build. Most likely contain collection of libraries

The first laptop is an Elitebook 8440p with 8gb ram and 128gb SSD core i5(quad core at 2.4Ghz) while the other one is an HP pavilion 15 with 8gb ram, 1TB HDD(core i3 4th gen with quad core, pegged at 1.9Ghz). Which of these two Laptop, will be good for coding for him?
We know he'll need something better than these two as he progresses, but this is for the meantime.

I think it’s because the older generation of tech clients in Nigeria is yet to acknowledge and respect the position of UI/UX in web design.
You can’t tell me that those sites were designed by a UI guy. An average (even a mediocre) Nigerian UI/UX guy can deliver far better products than majority of what we see online. And these guys aren’t even expensive at all.
On LinkedIn I see Nigerian product designers pulling off mad concepts everyday, but you just don’t get to see these products actualized in reality; except in new startups anyway.
